A method of making a groundball comprising the steps of:

step 1: collecting raw materials and stirring; putting the raw materials into a stirrer to be stirred for 1-2 hours;

step 6: scribing, namely scribing different lines on the surface of the ball by using a scribing machine;

step 7, surface cleaning treatment and collection; surface treatment is carried out by utilizing clean treatment collecting equipment; the cleaning treatment collecting equipment comprises a pre-screening box, a conveying frame and a collecting box which are arranged in sequence; wherein a reinforcing rod is arranged right above the discharge end of the conveying frame;

the pre-screening box is positioned in the dust return box; the motor penetrates through the bottom of the dust return box and is fixedly connected with the pre-screening box; a chassis of the pre-screening box is provided with a plurality of screen holes;

wherein a dust removal brush plate is arranged right above the pre-screening box; the dust removal brush plate is fixedly connected with a first air cylinder fixed on the upper support frame; the pre-screening box is provided with a discharge hole communicated with the conveying frame, and a sealing plate is arranged at the discharge hole in a sliding manner; the lower part of one end of the conveying frame is provided with a controller; the reinforcing rod is sequentially provided with a second air cylinder, a left end moving mechanism, a working motor and a right end moving mechanism which are electrically connected with the controller; the cylinder shaft of the second cylinder is connected with the lower sliding plate; the bottoms of the left and right moving mechanisms are connected with third cylinders through connecting pieces, and a cylinder shaft of each third cylinder is fixedly connected with the clamping frame;

the discharge end of the conveying frame is provided with a bearing frame; the front side and the rear side of the top of the bearing frame are both provided with a supporting piece; an output shaft of the working motor is fixedly connected with the rotary table through a belt; one end of the rotary table is rotatably sleeved on the support piece, and the other end of the rotary table is sequentially provided with a plurality of cleaning arms along the circumferential surface; wherein the bottom of the bearing frame is provided with a weight sensor.

the pre-screening box 1 is positioned in the dust return box 5; the motor 6 penetrates through the bottom of the dust return box 5 and is fixedly connected with the pre-screening box 1; the chassis of the pre-screening box 1 is provided with a plurality of screen holes;

wherein a dust removal brush plate 7 is arranged right above the pre-screening box 1; the cylinder shaft of the first cylinder 9 is fixedly connected with the dust removing brush plate 7 through a connecting plate 27.

The discharge end of the conveying frame 2 is provided with a bearing frame 20; the front and rear sides of the top of the bearing frame 20 are provided with supporting pieces 21; the output shaft of the working motor 14 is fixedly connected with a rotary disc 23 through a belt 22; one end of the turntable 23 is rotatably sleeved on the support member 21, and the other end of the turntable 23 is sequentially provided with a plurality of cleaning arms 23-1 along the circumferential surface, and the end part of each cleaning arm 23-1 is rotatably provided with a cleaning ball 24; wherein the bottom of the receiving frame 20 is provided with a weight sensor 25.

the conveying frame 2 conveys the floor, when the ground rolling ball at the forefront end contacts the lower sliding plate 16 in the initial working state, the second air cylinder 12 drives the lower sliding plate 16 to move upwards, the ground rolling ball at the forefront end is conveyed into the bearing frame 20 in a sliding manner, and then the second air cylinder 12 immediately restores the initial state; the weight sensor 25 in the bearing frame 20 senses that the groundball enters, the third air cylinder 18 drives the clamping frame 19 to move downwards, and then the left end moving mechanism 13 and the right end moving mechanism 15 slide relatively on the reinforcing rod 4, so that the groundball is clamped by the clamping frame 19; the third cylinder 18 drives the clamping frame 19 to move upwards, and meanwhile, the working motor 14 drives the rotary table 23 to rotate through the belt 22, so that the cleaning balls on the cleaning arm 23-1 deeply clean the surface of the grounder ball; after cleaning, the moving mechanisms at the left end and the right end slide at a micro distance, and the rolling balls are taken out by workers and placed in the collecting box.

Then, the repeated work is carried out, when the weight sensor of the bearing frame does not sense the weight, the second air cylinder drives the lower sliding plate to move upwards, the ground rolling ball at the forefront end slides into the bearing frame, and the circular reciprocating work is carried out in sequence.
