1. An image frame type air cleaner, comprising:

the cleaning machine shell comprises a rear plate and a circumferential plate, wherein the circumferential plate surrounds the outer periphery of the rear plate and forms a basin-shaped space, the basin-shaped space is divided into an open chamber and a closed chamber, the open chamber comprises a front opening arranged on the opposite side of the rear plate, the closed chamber comprises an air inlet arranged on the side adjacent to the open chamber, the air inlet is communicated with the open chamber, and a cleaning machine body is accommodated in the closed chamber; and

the front cover plate comprises a front plate and a side frame, the side frame surrounds the outer periphery of the front plate and extends towards the rear plate, the front cover plate is arranged on the front opening of the open cavity in a covering mode but is not in contact with the front opening, a longitudinal distance is kept between the front plate and the peripheral plate, a transverse distance is kept between the side frame and the peripheral plate, the longitudinal distance and the transverse distance form an L-shaped air inlet passage, and outside air is communicated into the open cavity through the L-shaped air inlet passage and the front opening.

2. The picture frame type air cleaner of claim 1, wherein the peripheral plate further extends a coupler, the coupler being located in the L-shaped air intake passage, the front cover plate being assembled to the coupler.

3. The picture frame type air cleaner of claim 2, wherein the assembling member includes an extension plate, and an assembling plate is protruded on an inner surface of the front plate, and the assembling plate abuts against an upper side of the extension plate.

The picture frame type air cleaner of claim 2, wherein the assembling member is a U-shaped member, the U-shaped member includes two extension plates disposed at a distance from each other and a connection plate connected between the two extension plates, and a ventilation opening is formed between the two extension plates and the connection plate.

5. The picture frame type air cleaner of claim 4, wherein the two extension plates further abut against an inner surface of the front plate.

6. The picture-frame air cleaner of claim 4, wherein the connecting plate further abuts against the side frame.

7. The picture-frame air cleaner of claim 1, wherein the open chamber is a filter screen receiving chamber.

8. The picture-frame air cleaner according to claim 7, wherein two air guide ribs are provided on an inner surface of the front plate, and an air guide passage is formed between the two air guide ribs.

9. The picture frame type air cleaner according to claim 8, wherein the air guide channel has an air inlet end and an air outlet end, the air inlet end is adjacent to the L-shaped air inlet passage, and the air outlet end is adjacent to a center or a top of the filter screen accommodating chamber.

10. The picture-frame air cleaner of claim 1, wherein the peripheral plate of the cleaner housing has a top plate, the top plate having an air outlet, the air outlet communicating with the hermetic chamber.

Technical Field

The present invention relates to an air cleaner, and more particularly to a picture frame type air cleaner.

Background

With the development of industry and the increasing number of vehicles, the air quality of living environment is rapidly deteriorated, and harmful suspended particles in the air are greatly increased. The suspended particles can stay in the atmosphere for a long time, enter the body along with breathing, accumulate in the trachea or the lung, influence the body health blood vessel system, cause diseases such as allergy, asthma, lung cancer, cardiovascular disease and the like, and cause damage to the health of people.

Therefore, many people use the air cleaner to clean air at home or office to reduce the harm of pollutants in the air to human body. However, most of the conventional air cleaners are floor-mounted and placed on the ground, which occupies too much indoor space and affects indoor wiring and appearance.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the foregoing, in one embodiment, an image frame type air cleaner is provided, which includes a housing and a front cover. The cleaning machine shell comprises a rear plate and a circumferential plate, the circumferential plate surrounds the outer periphery of the rear plate and forms a basin-shaped space, the basin-shaped space is divided into an open chamber and a closed chamber, the open chamber comprises an opening arranged in the front of the opposite side of the rear plate, the closed chamber comprises an air inlet which is adjacent to the open chamber, the air inlet is communicated with the open chamber, and a cleaning machine body is accommodated in the closed chamber. The front cover plate comprises a front plate and a side frame, the side frame surrounds the outer periphery of the front plate and extends towards the rear plate, the front cover plate is covered on a front opening of the open cavity but is not in contact with the front opening, a longitudinal interval is kept between the front plate and the peripheral plate, a transverse interval is kept between the side frame and the peripheral plate, and an L-shaped air inlet passage is formed between the longitudinal interval and the transverse interval so that outside air is communicated into the open cavity through the L-shaped air inlet passage and the front opening.

Therefore, according to the picture frame type air cleaner provided by the embodiment of the invention, the longitudinal distance is kept between the front plate of the front cover plate and the peripheral plate, and the lateral distance is kept between the side frame extending towards the rear plate and the peripheral plate, so that the longitudinal distance and the lateral distance are formed to form the L-shaped air inlet passage, the L-shaped air inlet passage does not need to be additionally processed and formed, the hidden effect can be obtained, the attractiveness of the picture frame type air cleaner is improved, the manufacturing process is reduced, and the thin design is facilitated.

Detailed Description

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of an embodiment of a frame type air cleaner of the present invention, FIG. 2 is an exploded perspective view of an embodiment of a frame type air cleaner of the present invention, and FIG. 3 is another exploded perspective view of an embodiment of a frame type air cleaner of the present invention. As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, a frame type air cleaner 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a cleaner case 10 and a front cover 20. Wherein the picture frame type air cleaner 1 can be hung on a wall surface to filter the ambient air in the room and to mount images or other objects (such as paintings, pictures, photos, mirrors or writing boards).

In some embodiments, the cleaner housing 10 can be a rectangular, square, or other shaped hollow housing. As shown in fig. 1 to 3, in the embodiment, the cleaner housing 10 is a rectangular hollow housing and includes a back plate 11 and a peripheral plate 12, the peripheral plate 12 surrounds the outer periphery of the back plate 11 and forms a basin-shaped space 13, wherein the back plate 11 may be provided with a wall fastener 111 (as shown in fig. 3), for example, the wall fastener 111 may be a hook, a hanging hole or a locking hole, so that the cleaner housing 10 can be hung and fixed on a wall surface by the wall fastener 111.

Referring to fig. 2, 4 to 6, wherein fig. 4 is a partial rear view of an embodiment of the picture frame type air cleaner of the present invention, fig. 5 is a sectional view of 5-5 of fig. 4, and fig. 6 is a sectional view of 6-6 of fig. 4. In this embodiment, the basin-shaped space 13 is further divided into an open chamber 14 and a closed chamber 16, where the closed chamber 16 is located at the upper half part of the housing 10 of the cleaning machine, and the open chamber 14 is located at the lower half part of the housing 10 of the cleaning machine, but the invention is not limited thereto, and the open chamber 14 and the closed chamber 16 may have other configurations (for example, the open chamber 14 and the closed chamber 16 are respectively located at the left and right half parts of the housing 10 of the cleaning machine). Further, the open chamber 14 includes a front opening 15 provided on the opposite side of the rear plate 11, and the closed chamber 16 includes at least one intake vent 17 (here, a plurality of intake vents 17) provided adjacent to the side of the open chamber 14, each intake vent 17 communicating with the open chamber 14.

As shown in fig. 2, 4-6, the front cover plate 20 covers the front opening 15 of the open cavity 14 but does not contact the front opening 15 to maintain a distance therebetween, and the front cover plate 20 includes a front plate 21 and at least one side frame 22, wherein the side frame 22 may be disposed along an outer periphery of the front plate 21 and extend toward the rear plate 11. For example, in the present embodiment, the front cover plate 20 includes a plurality of side frames 22, the side frames 22 are respectively disposed on the bottom side and opposite sides of the front plate 21 to form a U-shaped frame body to surround the outer periphery of the front plate 21, and the side frames 22 respectively extend toward the rear plate 11. As shown in fig. 6, the front plate 21 of the front cover plate 20 covers the front opening 15 of the open chamber 14, but the front plate 21 maintains a longitudinal distance D1 from the peripheral plate 12 without contacting the front opening 15. Further, the outer peripheral edge of the front plate 21 protrudes from the peripheral plate 12, the lateral distance D2 is maintained between each side frame 22 of the front cover plate 20 and the peripheral plate 12, and each side frame 22 covers the longitudinal distance D1 between the front plate 21 and the peripheral plate 12, so that the longitudinal distance D1 and the lateral distance D2 form an L-shaped air intake passage P (as shown in fig. 5 and 6), and outside air can be communicated into the open chamber 14 through the L-shaped air intake passage P and the front opening 15.

As shown in fig. 2, in the embodiment, the sealed chamber 16 houses a cleaning body 18, for example, the cleaning body 18 may have a blower (such as an axial flow fan, a centrifugal fan or a cross-flow fan). The open chamber 14 is a filter receiving chamber for receiving the air filter 2, and when the air filter 2 needs to be replaced, the front cover 20 can be detached from the front opening 15 of the open chamber 14 to achieve the effect of quickly replacing the air filter 2, however, the above embodiment is merely an example, and the air filter 2 can also be disposed in the closed chamber 16 or at the air inlet 17 between the open chamber 14 and the closed chamber 16.

Thus, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, when the cleaner body 18 operates, the external air can be sucked into the cleaner housing 10 from the rear through the L-shaped air inlet passage P, and then the external air is folded back (as shown by arrow L) and enters the open chamber 14 through the front opening 15, so as to filter the contaminants (such as suspended particles, bacteria and dirt) in the air through the air filter screen 2 in the open chamber 14, and further the clean air is formed and then enters the closed chamber 16 from the air inlet 17 and is discharged to the outside, thereby achieving the effect of cleaning the ambient air.

Therefore, in the embodiment of the present invention, the longitudinal distance D1 is kept between the front plate 21 of the front cover plate 20 and the peripheral plate 12, and the lateral distance D2 is kept between each side frame 22 extending toward the rear plate 11 and the peripheral plate 12, so that the longitudinal distance D1 and the lateral distance D2 form the L-shaped air inlet passage P, and the L-shaped air inlet passage P is formed without additional processing, that is, the front cover plate 20 covers the front opening 15 of the open cavity 14 to form the L-shaped air inlet passage P, and no additional processing procedure (for example, hole forming processing is performed on the front cover plate 20 or the peripheral plate 12) is required, thereby achieving the advantages of reducing the manufacturing process and the manufacturing cost.

In addition, the L-shaped air inlet passage P can be shielded by the side frames 22 to obtain a hidden effect by extending the side frames 22 toward the rear plate 11, so that when the picture frame type air cleaner 1 is hung on a wall surface or placed against a wall, any air inlet hole is not seen from the outside of the picture frame type air cleaner 1 to improve the overall aesthetic property of the picture frame type air cleaner 1.

Furthermore, when the cleaning machine body 18 is operated, the present embodiment sucks the external air from the rear to be introduced into the cleaning machine housing 10 through the L-shaped air inlet passage P, and then the air is folded back (as shown by arrow L) to enter the open chamber 14 through the front opening 15 to form a U-shaped air inlet passage, thereby facilitating the thin design of the frame type air cleaning machine 1.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in an embodiment, the peripheral plate 12 of the frame type air cleaner 10 has a top plate 121, the top plate 121 has an air outlet 122, and the air outlet 122 is communicated with the closed chamber 16, so that the external air entering the open chamber 14 can be filtered by the air filter 2 and enter the closed chamber 16, and then can be discharged out of the frame type air cleaner 10 through the air outlet 122 of the top plate 121, therefore, when the frame type air cleaner 1 is hung on a wall, no air outlet holes are visible from the outside of the frame type air cleaner 1, and the overall aesthetic property of the frame type air cleaner 1 is further improved.

In one embodiment, at least one assembling member 19 extends from the peripheral plate 12 of the cleaner housing 10, and the assembling member 19 is located in the L-shaped air inlet passage P for assembling the outer periphery of the front cover plate 20 correspondingly, so that the front cover plate 20 can be positioned more stably. As shown in fig. 2, 4 to 6, in the embodiment, a plurality of assembling members 19 extend from the peripheral plate 12, and the plurality of assembling members 19 extend from both sides and the bottom side of the peripheral plate 12 for assembling both sides and the bottom side of the front cover plate 20.

As shown in fig. 3 to 6, each of the connectors 19 is a U-shaped member, each of the connectors 19 includes two extending plates 191 arranged at an interval from each other and a connecting plate 192 connected between the two extending plates 191, and a ventilation opening 193 is formed between the two extending plates 191 and the connecting plate 192. The outer ring edge of the front plate 21 of the front cover plate 20 can be assembled to all or part of the assembly pieces 19, for example, a plurality of assembling plates 211 are convexly arranged on the inner surface of the front plate 21 adjacent to the rear plate 11, the plurality of assembling plates 211 can respectively abut against the extending plates 191 of the corresponding assembly pieces 19, the two extending plates 191 also abut against the inner surface of the front plate 21, and the connecting plate 192 abuts against the side frame 22, so that the periphery of the front cover plate 20 can be stably positioned. In addition, the ventilation openings 193 are formed by the U-shaped connecting pieces 19, so that when external air enters from the L-shaped air inlet passages P, the air is not blocked by the connecting pieces 19, and the maximum air inlet amount can be obtained. As can be seen from the above description, the peripheral plate 12 of the housing 10 of the air cleaner also extends with a plurality of U-shaped assembling pieces 19 for the corresponding assembly of the outer periphery of the front cover plate 20, so that the front cover plate 20 can be stably positioned without affecting the air intake, and each assembling piece 19 is positioned in the L-shaped air intake passage P, so that when the picture frame type air cleaner 1 is hung on a wall surface or placed near the wall, each assembling piece 19 is not seen from the outside of the picture frame type air cleaner 1, thereby improving the overall aesthetic property of the picture frame type air cleaner 1.

However, the above embodiments are only examples, and in other embodiments, each assembly 19 extending from the peripheral plate 12 of the cleaner housing 10 may also have only an extending plate 191 for correspondingly assembling the outer periphery of the front cover plate 20. For example, the plurality of assembling plates 211 of the front plate 21 can respectively abut against the extending plates 191 of the corresponding assembling pieces 19, the extending plates 191 can abut against the inner surface of the front plate 21, the end parts of the extending plates 191 abut against the side frame 22, and when external air enters from each L-shaped air inlet passage P, the external air can be guided in from the space between the extending plates 191 to avoid being blocked to influence the air inlet amount.

As shown in fig. 3 and 7, wherein fig. 7 is a partial front view of an embodiment of the frame type air cleaner of the present invention, in this embodiment, a plurality of air guiding ribs 212 are disposed on an inner surface of the front plate 21 of the front cover plate 20 adjacent to the rear plate 11, a plurality of air guiding channels 213 are formed between the plurality of air guiding ribs 212, that is, two or more air guiding ribs 212 are disposed on the inner surface of the front plate 21, and an air guiding channel 213 is formed between every two air guiding ribs 212 to guide the outside air entering from the L-shaped air inlet passage P. In fig. 7, the front cover plate 20 is shown in a perspective view to clearly show the plurality of air guide ribs 212, the plurality of air guide channels 213, and the air flow direction of the front plate 21. In the present embodiment, the plurality of air guiding channels 213 are radially disposed, each air guiding channel 213 has an air inlet end 214 and an air outlet end 215, the air inlet end 214 is adjacent to the L-shaped air inlet passage P, the air outlet end 215 of part of the air guiding channels 213 is adjacent to the center of the open chamber 14, and the air outlet end 215 of the other part of the air guiding channels 213 is adjacent to the top of the open chamber 14, so that, after the outside air enters the cleaner housing 10 from the rear through the L-shaped air inlet passage P, the outside air can be guided from the air inlet end 214 of each air guiding channel 213 to the air outlet end 215 and enter from the center and the top of the air filter 2 (as shown in fig. 7), so that the dirt in the outside air is prevented from accumulating near the air inlet end 214, the dirt is guided to the center and the top of the air filter 2, and gradually accumulates toward the outer peripheral direction from the center and the top along with the use time, so as to fully use each area, the service effect and the service life of the air filter screen 2 are improved.
