The purging system provided by the invention comprises a steam system, a water system, a mixing system and a joint system. The steam system consists of a steam inlet valve, a steam switch valve and a steam pipeline; the water system consists of a water inlet valve, a water three-way conversion valve and a water pipeline; the mixing system consists of a steam switch regulating valve, a steam ejector, a static mixer and a mixing pipeline; the joint system consists of a temperature sensor, a quick joint and a purging pipeline. The steam system, the water system and the mixing system are all connected with the joint system, and the communication state of the joint system is controlled through the opening and closing conditions of valves on the steam system, the water system and the mixing system. The purging system and the purging method can adopt steam and water to purge independently, simultaneously can mix the steam and the water in a mixing system to form hot water to meet the requirement of hot water purging of the device, can adjust the temperature of the hot water by adjusting the steam quantity, not only improves the purging effect of the device, but also does not need to add a hot water pipeline, and has obvious superiority to the device without laying a hot water system.

The invention has the following beneficial effects:
