7. The curved interleaved laminate as claimed in claims 1 to 6 wherein the curved strips are grooved on the surface of the curved strips opposite the curved laminated wood layers along the length of the curved strips.

8. A method for producing a curved surface staggered laminated timber is characterized by comprising the following steps:

processing the wood into battens;

forming the wood strip into a curved wood strip having a predetermined radius of curvature by hot or cold pressing;

sequentially arranging a plurality of bent battens and attaching the side surfaces of adjacent bent battens to each other to obtain a bent base wood board layer;

preparing a jointed wood board by rotary cutting the thin board;

bending the joined wooden boards to obtain bent joined wooden boards;

and superposing the bent base wood plate layers and the bent joint wood plates and bonding the bent base wood plate layers and the bent joint wood plates with each other by using an adhesive to obtain a curved surface staggered laminated wood, wherein the bent joint wood plates are positioned between the adjacent bent base wood plate layers, and the wood fiber directions of the two adjacent bent base wood plate layers are intersected with the wood fiber direction of the bent joint wood plate between the two bent base wood plate layers.

9. The method of claim 11 wherein the radius of curvature of the curved strips is determined by the rate of rebound of the strips and the relationship:

the thickness of the bent wood strip is less than or equal to the curvature radius/200 of the curved surface staggered laminated timber.

10. The method of claim 11, wherein the moisture content of the curved and joggled wood strips is controlled to be 8-19%.

Background

The staggered laminated material is a novel material in the field of wood structure buildings at present, can be used for manufacturing walls, floors and roof boards, but buildings with curved surface requirements, such as arch bridges, Chinese characteristic civil buildings and the like. The related art also provides a method of milling a whole plate material to form a building with a corresponding curve, but the milling is complex and wastes a large amount of materials and manpower resources, so that a whole curved wooden plate which is simple to process, has high bearing capacity and is large in thickness is urgently needed.

The embodiment of the invention provides a production method of a curved surface staggered laminated timber, which comprises the following steps:

processing wood into battens, screening the battens by using a stress grading machine, reserving the battens meeting the secondary standard, and performing hot pressing on the battens for 15-20 minutes at the temperature of 120-150 ℃ and under the pressure of 1-1.2MPa by using a hot press or performing cold pressing on the battens for 3-5 hours at normal temperature and under the pressure of 1-1.2MPa by using a cold press to ensure that the battens have bent battens 11 with preset curvature radius;

sequentially arranging a plurality of bent wood strips 11 and attaching the side surfaces of the adjacent bent wood strips 11 to each other to obtain a bent base wood sheet layer 1;

processing the wood into a rotary-cut thin plate serving as a combined wood plate by rotary cutting and bending the combined wood plate to obtain a bent combined wood plate layer 2;

and (3) carrying out steam-jetting and drying on the bent base wood board layer 1 and the bent joint wood board layer 2 through a drying furnace, wherein the steam-jetting is carried out for 15 minutes, the drying is carried out for 25-30 days, and the water content of the dried bent base wood board layer 1 and the dried bent joint wood board layer 2 is controlled to be 8-19%.

Superposing the bent base wood board layers 1 and the bent joint wood board layers 2 and bonding the same to each other by using an adhesive to obtain a curved surface staggered laminated wood, wherein the bent joint wood board layers 2 are positioned between the adjacent bent base wood board layers 1, and the wood fiber direction of the two adjacent bent base wood board layers 1 is intersected with the wood fiber direction of the bent joint wood board layer 2 between the two bent base wood board layers 1;

and hot-pressing the laminated plate layer by using a hot press at the temperature of 120-150 ℃ and under the pressure of 1-1.2MPa for 1 minute per 1mm of the curved laminated timber, or cold-pressing the laminated plate layer for 8-12 hours at normal temperature and under the pressure of 1-1.2MPa by using a cold press.

In some embodiments, the radius of curvature of the curved batten 11 is determined by the spring rate of the batten and the relationship:

the thickness of the curved battens 11 is less than or equal to the curvature radius/200 of the curved surface staggered laminated timber.

In some embodiments, a plurality of the bent bonding wood ply layers 2 between the adjacent two bent base wood ply layers 1 are provided according to actual needs, and the plurality of bent bonding wood ply layers 2 are stacked between the adjacent two bent base wood ply layers 1 by an adhesive.

In some embodiments, a groove 12 is formed in a surface of the curved wooden strip 11 opposite to the curved joint wooden board layer 2 along a length direction of the curved wooden strip 11, the groove 12 is formed in a plurality along a width direction of the curved wooden strip 11, and the groove 12 may be a rectangular groove, a T-shaped groove, or a dovetail groove.

In some embodiments, if the section of the bent joint wood panel layer 2 is insufficient, the lap joint is performed in an oblique lap joint manner and a lap seam is reserved.

In some embodiments, the battens can be longitudinally spliced according to actual requirements, and the joint of two adjacent battens is provided with the teeth and the tooth grooves which are meshed with each other.

In some embodiments, the adhesive is one of an animal glue, a synthetic resin glue, or a vegetable glue.
