Background

The existing special-shaped plaster model in the market is generally carved by hands step by step, a better plaster model can be made only by carving personnel with higher modeling skills, the regularity is difficult to grasp, and longer making time is consumed in the carving process.

Since such plaster molds are shaped pieces and cannot be quickly formed by molds, it is necessary to find a way to quickly and accurately form the desired shaped plaster mold.

the forming method has low cost (almost zero cost) investment, the gypsum plaster board is used as a reference, the required model seeds can be obtained by molding the gypsum stack twice through the first clamping board and the second clamping board, and the model seeds finally formed are not different from the requirement because the two clamping boards are customized according to the model, the fitting degree is high, the whole manufacturing and forming process is rapid and simple, and the forming method is worthy of vigorous popularization.
