Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a combined contra-rotating propeller electric propulsion system, which improves the propulsion efficiency, distributes the power of a large diesel engine with high price and limited model selection range into a plurality of small-power generator sets in the form of the electric propulsion system, enlarges the model selection range, reduces the initial installation cost of a power system, adopts the form of combining rudder and propeller into one, improves the maneuverability of a ship, and is particularly suitable for medium-sized and large-sized ships.
