In the carbonization process, high-pressure steam is condensed and the bamboo willow dissolves out substances to form carbonization wastewater. The carbonized wastewater has high temperature, large acidity, high COD value and difficult degradation, and is directly discharged to cause environmental pollution.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, the present invention aims to provide a liquid fertilizer and a use method thereof. The liquid fertilizer provided by the invention recycles the bamboo willow wet carbonization wastewater, and realizes the recycling of the bamboo willow wet carbonization wastewater; meanwhile, the obtained liquid fertilizer has excellent fertilizer efficiency.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides the following technical solutions:

the bamboo willow wet carbonization wastewater is wastewater collected in a bamboo willow wet carbonization reaction process, and comprises organic acid compounds, polyphenols and mineral elements; the mass percentage of the organic acid compound is 5-12%, the mass percentage of the polyphenol substance is 8-16%, and the mass percentage of the mineral element is 0.1-0.3%.

The liquid fertilizer provided by the invention comprises 100-120 parts by weight of bamboo willow wet carbonization wastewater, and is preferably 110 parts.

In the invention, the bamboo willow wet carbonization wastewater is preferably prepared by a method comprising the following steps:

In the invention, the bamboo willow is preferably bamboo willow No. 3, bamboo willow No. 5 or bamboo willow No. 7. The bamboo willow peeling operation is not particularly limited, and the peeling operation known to the skilled person can be adopted. The parameters of the longitudinal rolling slitting are not particularly limited in the invention, and the parameters of the longitudinal rolling slitting which are well known to those skilled in the art can be adopted.

After the wood beam is obtained, the wood beam is carbonized by a wet method, and liquid generated in the process of carbonization by the wet method is collected to obtain carbonization reaction liquid.

In the invention, the pressure of the wet carbonization is preferably 0.18-0.22 MPa, and more preferably 0.2 MPa; the temperature is preferably 130-160 ℃, and is further preferably 140-150 ℃; the heat preservation and pressure maintaining time is preferably 150-300 min, and more preferably 180-240 min. In the present invention, the pressure of the wet carbonization is preferably controlled by introducing water vapor.

In the present invention, the wet carbonization is preferably performed in a high-pressure sealed tank.

After the carbonization reaction liquid is obtained, adding activated carbon powder into the carbonization reaction liquid for adsorption, centrifuging, and standing the obtained liquid to obtain the bamboo willow wet carbonization wastewater.

In the invention, the temperature of the carbonization reaction liquid is preferably 70-80 ℃. In the present invention, the amount of the activated carbon powder is preferably 10 to 20% by weight, and more preferably 15% by weight, of the carbonization reaction liquid.

In the invention, the particle size of the activated carbon powder is preferably 0.4-0.6 mm; the source of the activated carbon powder is not specifically limited in the present invention, and commercially available products known to those skilled in the art may be used, specifically: 40-mesh shell activated carbon powder produced by green beneficial environmental protection science and technology limited company in Changgu city. In the invention, the added active carbon powder can adsorb part of tar substances and decolor in the carbonization reaction liquid.

In the invention, the adsorption is preferably carried out under the condition of stirring, and the rotating speed of the stirring is preferably 80-100 r/min; the stirring time is preferably 30-120 min; the stirring temperature is preferably 60-80 ℃.

In the invention, the rotation speed of the centrifugation is preferably 2500-5000 r/min, more preferably 3000-4500 r/min, and even more preferably 3500-400 r/min.

In the invention, the standing time is preferably 15 to 25 days.

In the invention, the organic acid compounds in the bamboo willow wet carbonization wastewater comprise acetic acid, dicarboxylacetone, propionic acid and butyric acid; the mass percentage of the organic acid compound is 5-12%. In the invention, the polyphenols in the willow wet carbonization wastewater comprise phenol, methyl phenol, dimethyl phenol, ethyl phenol and guaiacol; the mass percentage of the polyphenols is 8-16%. In the invention, mineral elements in the willow wet carbonization wastewater comprise calcium, potassium, zinc, magnesium, sodium and iron; the mass percentage of the mineral elements is 0.1-0.3%.

The liquid fertilizer disclosed by the invention takes the bamboo willow wet carbonization wastewater as a main raw material, so that the bamboo willow wet carbonization wastewater is efficiently recycled, and partial elements and effective components can be provided for the liquid fertilizer.

Based on the weight parts of the bamboo willow wet carbonization wastewater, the liquid fertilizer provided by the invention comprises 2-8 parts of humic acid by weight, and preferably 5-6 parts. The source of the humic acid is not particularly limited, and a commercially available product known to those skilled in the art can be used, and specifically, the humic acid is purchased from the company of chemical industry, heart-in-heart, Henan.

Based on the weight parts of the bamboo willow wet carbonization wastewater, the liquid fertilizer provided by the invention comprises 0.1-0.4 part of sugar alcohol chelated iron, and preferably 0.2-0.3 part. In the invention, the organosilicon auxiliary agent is preferably organosilicon with ethoxy modified polytrisiloxane as a main component; specifically, china agricultural silicone of china bio-technology ltd, shijiazhuang china, silicone products using DCorning 5211 of Dowcorning, usa as a raw material, and silicone products using L-77 of momentive, meiji as a raw material. In the invention, the organic silicon auxiliary agent is used to improve the permeability of the liquid fertilizer and fully exert the fertility of the liquid fertilizer.

The method for preparing the liquid fertilizer is not particularly limited, and the method for preparing the mixture well known to those skilled in the art can be adopted.

The invention also provides a use method of the liquid fertilizer. In the invention, the volume ratio of the liquid fertilizer to water is 1: (80-150) times of diluted solution is sprayed outside roots; or the liquid fertilizer and water are mixed according to the volume ratio of 1: (40-60) diluting and then irrigating roots.

The liquid fertilizer provided by the invention can be applied to any plants, such as rape and amaranth.
