Since the offset compensation fluorine-lined ball valve uses fluorine-lined rubber (PFA or F46 and PTFE) to prevent the valve from being corroded, the ball needs to be connected with the valve stem, and the ball is subjected to the pressure of the medium in the pipeline when being turned off, so that the ball offset can be combined with the valve stem to offset and cause valve leakage.

Referring to fig. 1 to 5, the present invention provides an offset compensation fluorine-lined ball valve, including: a valve body 1, the valve body 1 having a guide passage extending downward from a top thereof and communicating with an interior thereof; a valve cap 2 installed on the top of the valve body 1 to be suitable for closing the guide passage, and the valve cap 2 having a central hole coaxial with the guide passage; a valve seat 3 installed inside the valve body 1; a valve rod 4 with one end passing through the central hole of the valve cover 2, extending into the valve body 1 through a sealing channel and sliding in the central hole; a valve ball 5 located inside the valve body 1 and coupled to the valve stem 4; wherein:

the sealing packing 6 includes a main body portion 61 and an extension portion 62 formed by extending obliquely downward from the bottom of the main body portion 61; the lower edge of the extension part 62 forms a hugging connection with the valve rod 4, and a clearance space is arranged between the outer wall of the extension part 62 and the inner wall of the guide channel, so that when the valve is opened, the medium enters the valve body 1 and is pressed from the outer side of the extension part 62 to hug the valve rod 4 to form a first seal, namely a self-pressing seal.
