1. A stirrup-type wire clamp, comprising:

the clamping device comprises a main body piece (10), wherein a first through hole (11) and a fixing hole (12) are formed in the main body piece (10), and one end of the main body piece (10) is a first clamping end (13);

5. Stirrup-type terminal according to claim 1, characterized in that the first through hole (11) is located between the fixing hole (12) and the first clamping end (13).

Stirrup-type clamp according to claim 1, characterized in that the fastening bolt (30) comprises a threaded section (31) and an operating ring (32), the threaded section (31) being inserted in the first and second through holes (11, 22), the operating ring (32) being located at the end of the threaded section (31) remote from the body part (10).

The stirrup-type clamp according to claim 6, wherein the fastening bolt (30) further comprises a stop portion (33), the stop portion (33) being located between the threaded section (31) and the operating ring (32), and the stop portion (33) having a size larger than the second through hole (22), the stop portion (33) abutting against an edge of the second through hole (22) when the fastening bolt (30) is inserted into the second through hole (22) to control the range of movement of the fastening bolt (30).

8. Stirrup-type clamp according to claim 7, characterized in that the fastening bolt (30) further comprises a protection (34), the protection (34) being located between the stop (33) and the threaded section (31).

9. Stirrup-type clamp according to claim 8, characterized in that the fastening bolt (30) further comprises a locking assembly located between the protection portion (34) and the limit portion (33).

Stirrup-type terminal according to claim 1, characterized in that the body piece (10) comprises a body portion (14) and a frame portion (15), the body portion (14) being bird-head-shaped, the first through hole (11), the fixing hole (12) and the first clamping end (13) being located on the body portion (14), the frame portion (15) being located at the end of the body portion (14) remote from the first clamping end (13) and being a stirrup frame.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of line fittings, in particular to a stirrup type jointing clamp.

Background

The coverage of high voltage distribution networks is now increasing, so the task of rectifying and repairing high voltage distribution networks is increasing. At present, a jointing clamp used in the connection aspect of a main lead and a lead is generally low in connection operation efficiency, poor in protection of operators and incapable of effectively guaranteeing the power utilization requirements of people.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention mainly aims to provide a stirrup-shaped jointing clamp to solve the problem that the jointing clamp in the prior art is low in jointing operation efficiency.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a stirrup-type wire clamp comprising: the main body piece is provided with a first via hole and a fixing hole, and one end of the main body piece is a first clamping end; one end of the moving part penetrates through the fixing hole and is rotatably arranged relative to the main body part, the other end of the moving part is a second clamping end, the first clamping end and the second clamping end form a clamping area for clamping a lead, and the moving part is also provided with a second through hole; and the fastening bolt penetrates between the first via hole and the second via hole and extrudes the movable part so that the first clamping end and the second clamping end clamp the lead.

Detailed Description

It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be combined with each other without conflict. The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the embodiments with reference to the attached drawings.

It is noted that, unless otherwise indicated, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this application belongs.

The invention provides a stirrup type jointing clamp, aiming at solving the problem that the jointing clamp in the prior art is low in connecting operation efficiency.

As shown in fig. 1 to 7, the stirrup-type wire clamp includes a main body 10, a movable member 20 and a fastening bolt 30, wherein the main body 10 is provided with a first through hole 11 and a fixing hole 12, and one end of the main body 10 is a first clamping end 13; one end of the moving part 20 penetrates through the fixing hole 12 and is rotatably arranged relative to the main body piece 10, the other end of the moving part 20 is a second clamping end 21, the first clamping end 13 and the second clamping end 21 form a clamping area for clamping a lead, and the moving part 20 is further provided with a second through hole 22; the fastening bolt 30 is inserted between the first through hole 11 and the second through hole 22 and presses the movable member 20, so that the first clamping end 13 and the second clamping end 21 clamp the conductive wire.

In the present embodiment, the main body member 10, the movable member 20 and the fastening bolt 30 are engaged with each other, so that the wire can be clamped by the clamping area formed by the main body member 10 and the movable member 20, the fastening bolt 30 controls the position relationship between the main body member 10 and the movable member 20, and by tightening the fastening bolt 30, the fastening bolt 30 presses the movable member 20, so that the movable member 20 rotates relative to the main body member 10, and the second clamping end 21 is close to the first clamping end 13, so that the wire can be clamped. As shown in fig. 3 to 6, the fixing hole 12 of the present embodiment is a rectangular hole, the movable member 20 has a connecting portion 23 in a T shape, two opposite ends of the T shape in a straight line shape are free ends, which are respectively called a first end and a second end, this portion is the head end, while the middle end is connected to the other portion of the moving member 20, referred to as the third end, since the length of the rectangular hole is greater than the width thereof, and the distance between the first end and the second end is smaller than the length of the rectangular hole and greater than the width thereof, the head end of the connecting portion 23, that is, the first end and the second end can pass through the rectangular hole by the length of the rectangular hole, and then the movable member 20 is rotated by a predetermined angle around the axis of the third end, and after the movable member is rotated by 90 degrees, the side walls of the first end and the second end abut against the outer edge of the fixed hole 12, so that the movable member 20 is rotatably connected to the main body member 10, and the axis of rotation between the main body member 10 and the movable member 20 is parallel to the line connecting the first end and the second end. The arrangement is adopted, on one hand, to facilitate the processing and connection between the main body member 10 and the movable member 20, and on the other hand, when the fastening bolt 30 pushes the movable member 20 to move close to the main body member 10, the movable member 20 and the main body member 10 have sliding motion in addition to relative rotation, so that the fixing hole 12 is formed as a rectangular hole, thereby facilitating connection, and at the same time, the connecting portion 23 can move in the fixing hole 12 along the length direction of the fixing hole 12, so that the position between the first clamping end 13 and the second clamping end 21 can be adjusted as required, thereby ensuring that the first clamping end 13 and the second clamping end 21 can reliably and effectively clamp the wire.

Similar to the fixing hole 12, the first through hole 11 of the present embodiment is a threaded hole that is threadedly engaged with the fastening bolt 30, and the first through hole 11 is located between the fixing hole 12 and the first clamping end 13. The second through hole 22 is a rectangular hole, and the length direction of the second through hole 22 is perpendicular to the rotation axis of the movable member 20. When the fastening bolt 30 pushes the movable member 20 to move close to the main body member 10, while the connecting portion 23 of the movable member 20 slides in the fixing hole 12, the fastening bolt 30 slides in the second through hole 22 along the length direction of the second through hole 22 relative to the movable member 20, so that the first clamping end 13 and the second clamping end 21 are ensured to reliably and effectively clamp the wire in cooperation with the movement between the connecting portion 23 and the fixing hole 12.

Optionally, the first clamping end 13 and/or the second clamping end 21 have an arcuate clamping surface. The clamping face of the second clamping end 21 of the present embodiment is provided in an arcuate shape, while the clamping face of the first clamping end 13 is provided in an L-shape, the arrangement being based on the fact that the clamp of the present embodiment is a stirrup-type clamp, which is used in order to fit a stirrup-shaped structure. Of course, it is also possible to provide the clamping surfaces of the first clamping end 13 and the second clamping end 21 each in the shape of an arc.

The first via hole 11 of the present embodiment is located between the fixing hole 12 and the first clamping end 13, and correspondingly, the second via hole 22 is located between the second clamping end 21 and the connecting portion 23, so that when the fastening bolt 30 rotates in threaded fit with the first via hole 11, the fastening bolt 30 presses the edge of the second via hole 22 to rotate the movable member 20 around the connecting portion 23, and when the movable member 20 rotates, the second clamping end 21 approaches the first clamping end 13, thereby clamping the wire.

As shown in fig. 7, the fastening bolt 30 includes a threaded section 31 and an operating ring 32, the threaded section 31 is arranged in the first through hole 11 and the second through hole 22 in a penetrating manner, the operating ring 32 is located at one end of the threaded section 31 far away from the main body 10, and the operating ring 32 facilitates the rotation of the fastening bolt 30 by an operator, so that the use experience is improved, and the operating efficiency is improved.

In this embodiment, the fastening bolt 30 further includes a limiting portion 33, the limiting portion 33 is annular, and is located between the threaded section 31 and the operating ring 32, the stopper portion 33 protrudes in the radial direction of the fastening bolt 30, and the size of the stopper portion 33 is larger than that of the second through hole 22, since the second via hole 22 of the present embodiment is a rectangular hole, the limiting portion 33 is larger than the width of the second via hole 22, thus, when the fastening bolt 30 is inserted into the second through hole 22 and screwed, the limiting portion 33 abuts against the edge of the second through hole 22, on one hand, the movable member 20 is pressed to make the movable member 20 close to the main body member 10, the wire is clamped, tight connection between the fastening bolt 30 and the main body piece 10 and the movable piece 20 is guaranteed, structural stability is enhanced, operation is convenient, on the other hand, the movement range of the fastening bolt 30 is controlled, and the situation that the wire is too far into the second through hole 22 to cause failure is avoided.

Optionally, the fastening bolt 30 further comprises a protection portion 34, the protection portion 34 being located between the limiting portion 33 and the threaded section 31. The limiting part 33 of the embodiment does not directly contact with the moving part 20, and the protecting part 34 directly contacts with the moving part 20, so that the protecting part 34 can prevent the limiting part 33 from being scratched with the moving part 20, and the fluency of operation is ensured. Of course, the stopper 33 may be in direct contact with the movable element 20 without providing the protection portion 34.

Further optionally, fastening bolt 30 still includes locking subassembly, and locking subassembly is located between protection portion 34 and spacing portion 33, and locking subassembly can prevent fastening bolt 30 from screwing up the back and taking place the condition of pine and taking off under the circumstances such as vibrations, guarantees that stirrup type binding clip connects firmly.

Since the wire clamp of the present embodiment is a stirrup-type wire clamp, the main body 10 of the present embodiment includes a main body 14 and a frame 15, wherein the main body 14 is bird-head shaped, the first via hole 11, the fixing hole 12 and the first clamping end 13 are all located on the main body 14, and the frame 15 is located at an end of the main body 14 away from the first clamping end 13 and is a stirrup frame. In this way, the body portion 14 is integrally formed to conform to the shape of the stirrup, so that the clip conforms to the use requirements of the stirrup type clip.

It should be noted that, a plurality in the above embodiments means at least two.

From the above description, it can be seen that the above-described embodiments of the present invention achieve the following technical effects:

1. the problem of low connection operation efficiency of the jointing clamp in the prior art is solved;

2. the clamping and releasing of the lead can be realized through the rotating operation of one part of the fastening bolt, the connection between the lead and the lead is greatly facilitated, the operation is simple and flexible, and the application is wide;
