A resin molded body comprising: a resin structure; an intermediate layer containing an inorganic filler and an organic resin binder and provided on at least a part of a surface of the resin structure; and a sprayed ceramic coating provided on the intermediate layer, wherein the inorganic filler is amorphous, the inorganic filler has a center particle diameter of 20 to 100 [ mu ] m, the intermediate layer has a thickness of 50 to 250 [ mu ] m, b is equal to or greater than 2a, and the amount of the inorganic filler contained in the intermediate layer is 40 to 65% by volume.

2. The resin molded body according to claim 1, wherein the organic resin binder of the intermediate layer is an epoxy resin.

3. The resin molded body having a sprayed ceramic coating according to claim 2, wherein the organic resin binder of the intermediate layer contains at least 1 or more of phenol novolac type, cresol novolac type, biphenyl type, and naphthalene type.

4. The resin molded body according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the inorganic filler of the intermediate layer contains at least 1 or more of alumina or a composite metal oxide containing an aluminum element.

5. The resin molded body according to claim 4, wherein the inorganic filler of the intermediate layer contains at least 1 or more of aluminum or a metal capable of forming an alloy with aluminum and an aluminum alloy made of these metal elements.

Technical Field

The present invention relates to a resin molded article.

Background

In the case of home equipment, particularly kitchen counters, it is preferable to use kitchen counters using marble from the viewpoint of heat resistance and beauty. In addition, for example, a water tank or the like in which a coating layer made of enamel glass is formed on a base material made of metal such as stainless steel is also used. In recent years, from the viewpoints of heat resistance, appearance, workability, and light weight, a resin molded article having a sprayed ceramic coating on its surface has been studied for use in water-using places such as a kitchen unit, a bathroom unit, a toiletry stand, and a toilet. However, a resin molded body having a thermally sprayed ceramic coating on the surface thereof has a problem of poor adhesion between the resin structure and the thermally sprayed ceramic coating. In view of the above, patent document 1 discloses forming a thermally sprayed ceramic coating by forming an intermediate layer made of an inorganic filler and an organic binder having a thermal conductivity of a certain value or more between a resin structure and the thermally sprayed ceramic coating.

Disclosure of Invention

Problems to be solved by the invention

However, the conventional resin molded body having a thermally sprayed ceramic coating on the surface thereof has the following problems: the adhesion strength between the sprayed ceramic coating and the resin structure is insufficient.

Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a resin molded body having high adhesion strength between a sprayed ceramic coating and a resin structure.

Means for solving the problems

In order to achieve the above object, a resin molded article of the present invention includes: (a) a resin structure; (b) an intermediate layer containing an inorganic filler and an organic resin binder and provided on at least a part of a surface of the resin structure; and (c) a sprayed ceramic coating provided on the intermediate layer.

The inorganic filler is amorphous, and the center particle diameter of the inorganic filler is 20 μm or more and 100 μm or less.

The thickness of the intermediate layer is 50 to 250 [ mu ] m, the center particle diameter a of the inorganic filler and the thickness b of the intermediate layer satisfy b.gtoreq.2a, and the amount of the inorganic filler contained in the intermediate layer is 40 to 65% by volume ratio.

Effects of the invention

According to the present invention configured as described above, a resin molded body having high adhesion strength between the sprayed ceramic coating and the resin structure can be provided.
