The invention belongs to the technical field of industrial brush related designs, and particularly relates to a variable brush roller.

Background

The brush roller generally consists of a metal shaft, a brush filament attachment (plastic tube, nylon tube, etc.), and brush filaments. The processing program comprises: axle, casing (pouring), picking up eyes, planting hair, and smoothing hair. And for the special-shaped brush roller, the hair is manually planted under the condition that the hair planting can not be completed. The brush roller is applicable to industries mainly including food processing industry, glass ceramic industry, metal processing industry, polishing and cleaning industry and textile machinery.

In the prior art, a common brush roller is often fixed and single in structure, can only meet one or one type of production and processing technology, is difficult to flexibly adjust the brush roller according to different production technologies, and wastes resources in the aspect of industrial equipment use; meanwhile, the bristles are numerous and dense, so that the maintenance, replacement and cleaning are inconvenient. According to the variable brush roller, the length of the brush roller and the number of the brushes can be flexibly adjusted and changed, and the variable brush roller can be used for different processes.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a variable brush roller, which solves the problems that the existing brush roller is single in structure fixation, cannot flexibly adjust a roller shaft to adapt to different production processes and is inconvenient to replace and clean bristles.
