1. A method for processing sheet data, the method comprising:

receiving paper request information; the paper request information includes a paper discharge apparatus ID and paper type information; the paper type information includes a first type of paper and a second type of paper; the first type sheet includes a first roll sheet ID; the first roll ID is associated with the paper discharge device ID;

when the paper type information is first type paper, acquiring a first length of a first roll paper corresponding to the first roll paper ID from a preset paper specification database;

when the paper type information is second type paper, receiving thickness data of second roll paper and a second roll paper ID sent by a client, and associating the second roll paper ID with the paper discharge equipment ID;

calculating a second length of the second roll of paper according to the thickness data;

sending a paper discharging instruction to the paper discharging equipment according to the paper discharging equipment ID so that the paper discharging equipment controls a first roll paper corresponding to the paper discharging equipment ID to discharge paper at a preset first length threshold value, or controls a second roll paper corresponding to the paper discharging equipment ID to discharge paper at a preset second length threshold value;

when the difference value between the first remaining paper amount or the second remaining paper amount and a preset alarm theoretical value is not smaller than a preset remaining threshold value, generating a low paper amount alarm signal;

and sending the low paper quantity alarm signal to the terminal.

A method according to claim 1, wherein before calculating a first amount of remaining paper for the first roll of paper from the first length and a preset first length threshold or calculating a second amount of remaining paper for the second roll of paper from the second length and a preset second length threshold, the method further comprises:

acquiring the times of paper request information of the same paper output equipment ID received within a preset first time period;

comparing the times with a preset time threshold;

and when the times are greater than a preset first time threshold value, generating first abnormal alarm information.

6. The method of claim 1, further comprising:

counting the first quantity of the first roll paper of the first type paper at the first position in a third preset time;

counting a second quantity of second roll paper of the second type of paper at the first position within a third preset time;

and determining the quantity of the first roll paper to be reserved and the quantity of the second roll paper to be reserved according to the first quantity and the second quantity.

10. A system for processing sheet data, the system comprising:

a reception module configured to receive paper request information; the paper request information includes a paper discharge apparatus ID and paper type information; the paper type information includes a first type of paper and a second type of paper; the first type sheet includes a first roll sheet ID; the first roll ID is associated with the paper discharge device ID;

the acquisition module is used for acquiring a first length of a first roll paper corresponding to the first roll paper ID from a preset paper specification database when the paper type information is a first type of paper;

the receiving module is further used for receiving the thickness data of the second roll paper and the second roll paper ID sent by the client and associating the second roll paper ID with the paper discharging equipment ID when the paper type information is the second type of paper;

a calculating module for calculating a second length of the second roll of paper according to the thickness data;

a sending module, configured to send a paper discharge instruction to the paper discharge apparatus according to the paper discharge apparatus ID, so that the paper discharge apparatus controls a first roll paper corresponding to the paper discharge apparatus ID to discharge paper with a preset first length threshold, or so that the paper discharge apparatus controls a second roll paper corresponding to the paper discharge apparatus ID to discharge paper with a preset second length threshold;

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of data processing, in particular to a method and a system for processing paper data.

Background

Toilet paper is used collectively, and users or workers of the toilet paper cannot timely master the using amount and the surplus of the toilet paper, so that the toilet paper cannot be timely supplemented or users have no paper.

With the development of technology, automatic paper discharging machines have come to be operated in order to restrain paper of users, but the mode can only place special paper and cannot intelligently manage the paper.

Disclosure of Invention

The embodiment of the invention aims to provide a method and a system for processing paper data, which aim to solve the problems that only special paper can be placed in a paper discharge device in the prior art, and intelligent management on paper cannot be performed.

In order to solve the above problem, a first aspect of the present invention provides a method for processing sheet data, the method including:

receiving paper request information; the paper request information includes a paper discharge apparatus ID and paper type information; the paper type information includes a first type of paper and a second type of paper; the first type sheet includes a first roll sheet ID; the first roll ID is associated with the paper discharge device ID;

when the paper type information is first type paper, acquiring a first length of a first roll paper corresponding to the first roll paper ID from a preset paper specification database;

when the paper type information is second type paper, receiving thickness data of second roll paper and a second roll paper ID sent by a client, and associating the second roll paper ID with the paper discharge equipment ID;

calculating a second length of the second roll of paper according to the thickness data;

sending a paper discharging instruction to the paper discharging equipment according to the paper discharging equipment ID so that the paper discharging equipment controls a first roll paper corresponding to the paper discharging equipment ID to discharge paper at a preset first length threshold value, or controls a second roll paper corresponding to the paper discharging equipment ID to discharge paper at a preset second length threshold value;

calculating a first remaining paper amount of the first roll of paper according to the first length and a preset first length threshold value, or calculating a second remaining paper amount of the second roll of paper according to the second length and a preset second length threshold value;

and sending the first remaining paper amount and the second remaining paper amount to a terminal.

In one possible implementation manner, the receiving the paper request information further includes:

receiving a paper outlet equipment ID sent by paper outlet equipment; the paper discharging equipment is provided with a reading device, and the reading device is used for acquiring paper type information; when the paper type information is the first roll paper ID, the paper is determined as the first type of paper, and when the second roll paper ID is not read, the paper is determined as the second type of paper.

In a possible implementation manner, before the obtaining, in a preset paper specification database, the first length of the first roll paper corresponding to the first roll paper ID when the paper type information is the first type of paper, the method further includes:

when the paper type information is first type paper, inquiring a preset paper record according to the first roll paper ID;

acquiring a first length of the first roll paper when the first roll paper ID is in the paper record;

when the first roll paper ID is not in the paper record, acquiring a first standard parameter of the first roll paper, and taking a standard length as the first length; the first standard parameter includes a standard length of the first roll of paper.

In one possible implementation, the method further includes:

when the difference value between the first remaining paper amount or the second remaining paper amount and a preset alarm theoretical value is not smaller than a preset remaining threshold value, generating a low paper amount alarm signal;

and sending the low paper quantity alarm signal to the terminal.

In a possible implementation manner, before the calculating a first remaining paper amount of the first roll of paper according to the first length and a preset first length threshold or calculating a second remaining paper amount of the second roll of paper according to the second length and a preset second length threshold, the method further includes:

acquiring the times of paper request information of the same paper output equipment ID received within a preset first time period;

comparing the times with a preset time threshold;

and when the times are greater than a preset first time threshold value, generating first abnormal alarm information.

In one possible implementation, the method further includes:

counting the first quantity of the first roll paper of the first type paper at the first position in a third preset time;

counting a second quantity of second roll paper of the second type of paper at the first position within a third preset time;

and determining the quantity of the first roll paper to be reserved and the quantity of the second roll paper to be reserved according to the first quantity and the second quantity.

In a second aspect, the present invention provides a system for processing paper use data, the system comprising:

a reception module configured to receive paper request information; the paper request information includes a paper discharge apparatus ID and paper type information; the paper type information includes a first type of paper and a second type of paper; the first type sheet includes a first roll sheet ID; the first roll ID is associated with the paper discharge device ID;

the acquisition module is used for acquiring a first length of a first roll paper corresponding to the first roll paper ID from a preset paper specification database when the paper type information is a first type of paper;

the receiving module is further used for receiving the thickness data of the second roll paper and the second roll paper ID sent by the client and associating the second roll paper ID with the paper discharging equipment ID when the paper type information is the second type of paper;

a calculating module for calculating a second length of the second roll of paper according to the thickness data;

a sending module, configured to send a paper discharge instruction to the paper discharge apparatus according to the paper discharge apparatus ID, so that the paper discharge apparatus controls a first roll paper corresponding to the paper discharge apparatus ID to discharge paper with a preset first length threshold, or so that the paper discharge apparatus controls a second roll paper corresponding to the paper discharge apparatus ID to discharge paper with a preset second length threshold;

the calculation module is further used for calculating a first remaining paper amount of the first roll of paper according to the first length and a preset first length threshold value, or calculating a second remaining paper amount of the second roll of paper according to the second length and a preset second length threshold value;

the sending module is further configured to send the first remaining paper amount and the second remaining paper amount to a terminal.

By applying the processing method of the paper data provided by the embodiment of the invention, the paper data of the first type paper and the second type paper can be processed, and the residual quality can be acquired in real time, so that the simultaneous management of different types of paper can be realized, the use range of paper discharging equipment is expanded, and the intelligent management of the paper can be realized.

Detailed Description

The present application will be described in further detail with reference to the following drawings and examples. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the relevant invention and not restrictive of the invention. It should be further noted that, for the convenience of description, only the portions related to the related invention are shown in the drawings.

It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be combined with each other without conflict. The present application will be described in detail below with reference to the embodiments with reference to the attached drawings.

FIG. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a paper data processing method according to an embodiment of the present invention. The method is applied in places with automatic paper discharging equipment, such as public toilets. The execution main body of the method is equipment with an operation function, such as a server, a terminal, a desktop computer, an iPAD and the like. As shown in fig. 1, the method comprises the steps of:

step 101, receiving paper request information; the paper request information includes a paper discharge apparatus ID and paper type information; the paper type information includes a first type of paper and a second type of paper; the first type sheet includes a first roll ID; the first roll paper ID is associated with the paper discharge apparatus ID.

Specifically, before step 101, the method further includes:

receiving a paper outlet equipment ID sent by paper outlet equipment; the paper discharging equipment is provided with a reading device, and the reading device is used for acquiring paper type information; when the paper type information is the first roll paper ID, the paper is determined as the first type of paper, and when the second roll paper ID is not read, the paper is determined as the second type of paper. When the first roll paper ID at the time of reading the first type of paper, the received paper discharge apparatus ID and the first roll paper ID are associated, and the association relationship is stored in the paper specification database.

After the paper discharging device is powered on, the paper discharging device is started and sends the paper discharging device ID, meanwhile, the paper discharging device reads the paper type information through a reading device on the paper discharging device, and when the first roll paper ID is read, the paper discharging device confirms that the paper is the first type paper.

By way of example and not limitation, the paper discharging manner of the paper discharging device includes but is not limited to: the paper is delivered by a micro-letter code scanning (code scanning for short) and is delivered by hand sensing (sensing for short).

And the code scanning and paper discharging refers to passing through a two-dimensional code at the front lower part of the WeChat scanning equipment and then jumping into a WeChat small program. The WeChat small program sends a paper output request instruction and the two-dimensional code number of the paper output equipment to the server; after receiving the paper discharging request and identifying the two-dimensional code number of the paper discharging device, the server sends a code scanning paper discharging instruction to the paper discharging device. And after the paper outlet equipment receives a paper outlet instruction issued by the server, paper is discharged according to the preset code scanning paper outlet parameters (including code scanning paper outlet length and paper outlet times) of the paper outlet equipment.

In the present application, the first type of paper is a paper of a predetermined specification, and the paper has a special mark, and the ID of the roll paper can be read by a code scanner on the paper discharge apparatus. For example, each roll of paper has a tag, each tag having a unique ID that identifies the roll of paper. The tag may be a Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) electronic tag or a two-dimensional code tag, which is not limited in this application.

In another example, when a roll paper that has been used is reloaded into any paper discharge apparatus, the paper discharge apparatus recognizes the RFID tag of the roll paper and then uploads the recognized roll paper ID to the server, and the server searches the paper specification database for the remaining amount of paper of the roll paper (after use) and issues the remaining amount of paper to the paper discharge apparatus, and the paper discharge apparatus calculates the remaining amount of paper at the time of subsequent paper discharge, using the remaining amount of paper as the initial amount of paper. Meanwhile, the server issues the residual paper amount to the terminal to display the paper amount of the roll paper, so that automatic identification of the non-new residual paper amount is realized.

Here, the roll paper ID is a first roll paper ID including, but not limited to, a place of production, a lot, and a product number of the first type of paper, and thus the first type of paper can be traced using the first roll paper ID.

Step 103, when the paper type information is the second type paper, receiving the thickness data of the second roll paper and the second roll paper ID sent by the client, and associating the second roll paper ID with the paper discharge equipment ID;

specifically, when the paper discharge apparatus does not recognize the roll paper ID after performing label detection on the roll paper a plurality of times, for example, 10 times, it determines that the paper is of the second type, and at this time, the paper type information in the received paper discharge request information is the second type paper.

The second type paper is roll paper having no special mark corresponding to the first type paper. Since the roll paper does not have the roll paper ID, the roll paper cannot be identified by the paper discharge apparatus, and therefore, the acquisition of the roll paper ID can be performed by the following method.

The calibration value is manually input as the initial paper amount when the second type paper is only detected to be 'fed', and then the remaining paper amount is calculated after each paper discharge, so that the second type paper which is not used up is not removed as much as possible under the condition that the paper discharge equipment has no fault, the workload caused by recalibration of the paper amount (because the paper feeding is not detected, the equipment considers that the original paper is continuously decreased to calculate the remaining paper amount) is avoided, and the maintenance workload of the paper discharge equipment is reduced.

104, calculating a second length of the second roll paper according to the thickness data;

Specifically, the third preset time period may be one week, the first location may be divided by using a floor of one building as a unit, such as a first floor and a second floor, or may be divided according to the nature of a toilet, such as a male toilet, a female toilet, a third sex toilet, and a mother-and-baby room, for each first location, the usage amounts of the first and second roll papers in one week of each first location may be obtained by using one week as the time period, and accordingly, the roll paper stock amount in the first location in the next week is prepared, thereby facilitating the appropriate stock amount of the roll paper.

By applying the processing method of the paper data provided by the embodiment of the invention, the paper data of the first type paper and the second type paper can be processed, and the residual quality can be acquired in real time, so that the simultaneous management of different types of paper can be realized, the use range of paper discharging equipment is expanded, and the intelligent management of the paper can be realized.

FIG. 2 is a schematic diagram of a paper data processing system according to a second embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, the system for processing paper data includes: a receiving module 210, an obtaining module 220, a calculating module 230 and a sending module 240.

The receiving module 210 is used for receiving paper request information; the paper request information includes a paper discharge apparatus ID and paper type information; the paper type information includes a first type of paper and a second type of paper; the first type sheet includes a first roll ID; the first roll paper ID is associated with the paper discharge apparatus ID;

the obtaining module 220 is configured to obtain a first length of a first roll paper corresponding to a first roll paper ID from a preset paper specification database when the paper type information is a first type of paper;

the receiving module 210 is further configured to receive the thickness data of the second roll paper and the second roll paper ID sent by the client and associate the second roll paper ID with the paper discharge apparatus ID when the paper type information is the second type of paper;

the calculating module 230 is used for calculating a second length of the second roll paper according to the thickness data;

the sending module 240 is configured to send a paper discharging instruction to the paper discharging device according to the paper discharging device ID, so that the paper discharging device controls a first roll paper corresponding to the paper discharging device ID to discharge paper with a preset first length threshold, or so that the paper discharging device controls a second roll paper corresponding to the paper discharging device ID to discharge paper with a preset second length threshold;

the calculating module 230 is further configured to calculate a first remaining paper amount of the first roll of paper according to the first length and a preset first length threshold, or calculate a second remaining paper amount of the second roll of paper according to the second length and a preset second length threshold;

the sending module 240 is further configured to send the first remaining paper amount and the second remaining paper amount to the terminal.

Further, the receiving unit 210 is further configured to: receiving a paper outlet equipment ID sent by paper outlet equipment; the paper discharging equipment is provided with a reading device, and the reading device is used for acquiring paper type information; when the paper type information is the first roll paper ID, the paper is determined as the first type of paper, and when the second roll paper ID is not read, the paper is determined as the second type of paper.

Further, the obtaining unit 220 is further configured to:

when the paper type information is a first type of paper, inquiring a preset paper record according to the first roll of paper ID;

acquiring a first length of the first roll of paper when the first roll of paper ID is in paper recording;

when the first roll paper ID is not in the paper record, acquiring a first standard parameter of the first roll paper, and taking the standard length as a first length; the first standard parameter includes a standard length of the first roll of paper.

Further, the sending unit 240 is further configured to:

when the difference value between the first remaining paper amount or the second remaining paper amount and a preset alarm theoretical value is not smaller than a preset remaining threshold value, generating a low paper amount alarm signal; and sending the low paper quantity alarm signal to the terminal.

Further, the obtaining unit 220 is further configured to:

acquiring the times of paper request information of the same paper output equipment ID received within a preset first time period;

comparing the times with a preset time threshold;

and when the times are greater than a preset first time threshold value, generating first abnormal alarm information.

Further, the computing unit 230 is further configured to: and when the paper outlet times of the first type of paper are detected to be larger than a preset second time threshold value, generating second abnormal alarm information.

Further, the first roll ID includes: origin, lot, product number of the first type of paper.

Further, the computing unit 230 is further configured to:

calculating the usage amount of the first type paper in each production place within a preset second time period according to the production places of the first type paper; predicting the predicted usage amount of the second type paper of each production place in the next second time period according to the usage amount of the first type paper of each production place and the current time information; generating order information of each origin according to the predicted usage amount of each origin; the order information includes the place of origin and the predicted usage.

Further, the computing unit 230 is further configured to: counting the first quantity of the first roll paper of the first type paper at the first position in a third preset time; counting a second quantity of second roll paper of the second type of paper at the first position within a third preset time; and determining the quantity of the first roll paper to be reserved and the quantity of the second roll paper to be reserved according to the first quantity and the second quantity.

By applying the processing method of the paper data provided by the embodiment of the invention, the paper data of the first type paper and the second type paper can be processed, and the residual quality can be acquired in real time, so that the simultaneous management of different types of paper can be realized, the use range of paper discharging equipment is expanded, and the intelligent management of the paper can be realized.

Those of skill would further appreciate that the various illustrative components and algorithm steps described in connection with the embodiments disclosed herein may be implemented as electronic hardware, computer software, or combinations of both, and that the various illustrative components and steps have been described above generally in terms of their functionality in order to clearly illustrate this interchangeability of hardware and software. The steps of a method or algorithm described in connection with the embodiments disclosed herein may be embodied in hardware, a software module executed by a processor, or a combination of the two. A software module may reside in Random Access Memory (RAM), memory, Read Only Memory (ROM), electrically programmable ROM, electrically erasable programmable ROM, registers, hard disk, a removable disk, a CD-ROM, or any other form of storage medium known in the art.
