Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of daily electric appliances, in particular to an electric toothbrush.

Background

Electric toothbrushes have become an important member of the public oral health care at home and abroad. The electric toothbrush mainly uses a motor to vibrate the brush head in high frequency so as to decompose toothpaste into fine foam and deeply clean teeth gaps; and simultaneously, the teeth are rubbed with each other at an overclocking frequency, so that the effects of whitening the teeth and cleaning the oral cavity are achieved. When the pressure of the electric toothbrush is too small during the use process, the cleaning efficiency is low and the cleaning effect is poor. If the pressure of brushing teeth is too high, it is easy to damage the gum. Therefore, control of brushing pressure for electric toothbrushes is important.

When the pressure of the existing electric toothbrush during tooth brushing exceeds a preset value, the motor can rotate to abut against the switch, so that the switch is in a closed state, and the operation of the motor is controlled through the controller, so that the tooth brushing pressure is controlled. However, since the switch contact member of the conventional electric toothbrush is rigidly abutted to the switch, the switch may not be reset when the pressure during brushing is reduced or eliminated, thereby affecting the normal use of the electric toothbrush.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide the electric toothbrush capable of realizing automatic resetting of a switch.

In order to solve the technical problems, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows: an electric toothbrush comprises a first shock pad, a second shock pad, a driving piece bracket, a pressure piece, a battery bracket, a reset elastic piece, a connecting rotating shaft, a bracket cover, a PCB (printed circuit board), a prompter and a switch; the first shock pad and the second shock pad are respectively sleeved at the rear end and the front end of the driving piece, and the driving piece extends into the driving piece bracket; one end of the pressure piece is sleeved at the rear end of the first shock pad, and the other end of the pressure piece is embedded into the circular concave cavity of the battery bracket and is abutted against the battery bracket; the reset elastic piece is arranged at the rear end of the driving piece bracket; the first shock pad, the second shock pad, the driving piece support, the pressure piece and the reset elastic piece form a driving assembly, and the connecting rotating shaft penetrates through the lower part of the driving piece support and the side surface of the battery support and forms a rotating part so as to hinge the driving assembly on the battery support; the bracket cover is arranged above the battery bracket and enables the reset elastic piece to generate elastic deformation; the switch, the prompter and the driving piece are all communicated with the PCB; the switch is arranged at the tail of the driving piece bracket; the driving piece is used for driving the driving assembly to rotate around the rotating part from the initial position to the switch triggering position and enabling the reset elastic piece to generate elastic deformation; in the initial position, the driving piece bracket is separated from the switch, and the switch is in a disconnected state; at the triggering position, the driving piece bracket is abutted with the switch, and the switch is in a closed state; under the elastic deformation force reset action of the reset elastic piece, the driving piece bracket can be driven to rotate to the initial position from the triggering position around the rotating part.

Optionally, the driving assembly is hinged to the battery support through a connecting rotating shaft, the reset elastic piece is fixed to the rear end of the driving piece support, and the support cover is fixed to the battery support and used for enabling the reset elastic piece to elastically deform.

The following further describes embodiments of the present invention with reference to the drawings. As shown in fig. 1 to 6, in one embodiment of the present invention, there is provided an electric toothbrush including an actuator 10, an actuator support 20, a return spring member 30, a first cushion 40, a pressure member 50, a second cushion 60, a connection rotation shaft 70, a battery support 80, a support cover 90, a PCB board 100, a reminder 110, a switch 130; the driving component 200 consisting of the driving member 10, the driving member bracket 20, the reset elastic member 30, the first shock pad 40, the pressure member 50 and the second shock pad 60 is arranged on the battery bracket 80; the connecting rotation shaft 70 passes through the driving member support 20 and the battery support 80 and forms a rotation part 300; the reset elastic piece 30, the first shock absorption pad 40, the connecting rotating shaft 70, the bracket cover 90 and the pressure piece 50 fix the driving assembly 200 on the battery bracket 80; the bracket cover 90 is arranged above the battery bracket 80 and elastically deforms the reset elastic piece 30; the driving member 10 can drive the driving assembly 200 to rotate around the rotating portion 300 from the initial position to the trigger position of the switch 130, and the reset elastic member 30 is elastically deformed; in the initial position, the trigger boss 202 provided on the driving member holder 20 is separated from the switch 130, and the switch 130 is in the off state; in the triggering position, the trigger boss 202 of the driving member bracket 20 abuts against the switch 130, and the switch 130 is in an open state; meanwhile, under the action of the elastic deformation force of the reset elastic member 30, the driving assembly 200 is driven to rotate around the rotating portion 300 from the triggering position to the initial position. Thereby controlling the open and close states of the prompter 110 to achieve the purpose of prompting the user. It is understood that the driving assembly 200, the battery bracket 80, the connecting rotation shaft 70, and the bracket cover 90 constitute a lever structure with the rotation part 300 as a fulcrum. When the force of the brush head 140 on the teeth is larger than the predetermined value, the force applied to the brush head 140 can make the driving member 10 drive the driving assembly 200 to rotate around the revolving portion 300 from the initial position to the triggering position, and at the same time, can make the reset elastic member 30 generate deformation. Further, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the motor bracket assembly 200 includes a driving member 10, a driving member bracket 20, and a return spring 30; the driver 10 is embedded inside the driver holder 20, the driver 10 being a sonic vibration motor and having to be firmly placed inside the driver holder 20. The return spring 30 is fixed to the driving member bracket 20. Specifically, the return spring 30 is placed in a barrel-shaped recess 201 provided in the driving member holder 20, is pressed by the holder cover 90 to be deformed, and functions to press and position, but is not moved. In this embodiment, the return spring 50 is a spring. In other embodiments, the return spring 50 may also be an elastic rubber ring. The pressure member 50 is sleeved on the connecting portion 402, one end of the pressure member 50 is in contact with the step 401, the other end of the pressure member 50 is embedded in the circular concave cavity 802 arranged on the battery bracket 80 and is in contact with the bottom of the circular concave cavity 802, and the distance between the step 401 and the bottom of the circular concave cavity 802 is smaller than the size of the pressure member 50, so that the pressure member 50 generates elastic deformation force to play roles of supporting, positioning and damping. In this embodiment, the pressure member 50 is a spring. In other embodiments, the pressure member 50 may be an elastic rubber ring. It will be appreciated that during rotation of the driver 10, the first and second shock absorbing pads 40, 60 can deform to absorb shock. In the present embodiment, the first and second shock absorbing pads 40 and 60 are made of silicone or rubber.

Further, as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 4, a trigger boss 202 corresponding to the switch 130 is formed on the driving bracket 20, and the trigger boss 202 is used for abutting against the switch 130 to control the open and close states of the switch 130. Specifically, as shown in fig. 2 and 4, the touching projection 202 has a hemispherical shape. The structure design is simple and easy to process, and the contact between the switch 130 and the touch boss 202 is a bump contact, which is beneficial to ensuring the reliability of the contact between the touch boss 202 and the switch 130.

Further, the switch 10 is fixed on the PCB 100 and corresponds to a touch boss 202 provided on the driving member bracket 20; the PCB board 100 is connected and communicated with the prompter 110.

Further, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the electric toothbrush further includes a battery 120, the battery 120 is disposed in the housing of the battery holder 80, and the battery 120 is used for supplying power to the driving member 20, the prompting device 110 and the PCB 100.

Furthermore, the prompter is an annular LED prompting lamp and is arranged at the front ends of the battery bracket and the bracket cover.
