For guaranteeing that current page is located appointed punching shear position in special cutting die 3, refer to fig. 1, 4, 5, clap neat device 6 and include side pusher 61, preceding pusher 62 and locating piece 63, the locating piece 63 is installed on special cutting die 3's the bed die, its mounting means can be pasted on the bed die for locating hole 63, and two side pushers 61 are installed respectively the both sides of punch press 2, preceding pusher 62 is installed on workstation 1. When punching and shearing the current page, the controller controls the two side pushing devices 61 to move towards the current page direction respectively to limit the positions of the left side and the right side of the current page, the controller controls the front pushing device 62 to push the book to move towards the direction of the punch press 2, so that the front side of the current page is supported on the positioning block 63, and through a three-side positioning mode, the current page is positioned at the appointed punching and shearing position in the special cutting die 3, and the punching and shearing quality of the book is improved. It should be noted that the two sides of the book are located at two sides of the two ends of the spine, and the front side of the book is the side far away from the book.

Referring to fig. 5, the side pushing device 61 includes a second translating mechanism 611, a first lifting mechanism 612, and a positioning claw 613, the second translating mechanism 611 is installed on the punch press 2, the first lifting mechanism 612 is installed on the output end of the second translating mechanism 611, the positioning claw 613 is installed on the output end of the first lifting mechanism 612, and a step 6131 for pressing the current page is opened on the positioning claw 613. When pressing the current page, the controller controls the second translating mechanism 611 to drive the first lifting mechanism 612 to move towards the special cutting die 3, the positioning claw 613 moves into the special cutting die 3, then the controller controls the first lifting mechanism 612 to drive the positioning claw 613 to move downwards, so that the step 6131 on the positioning claw 613 is pressed on the current page, or the current page can be pressed through the following process, the controller controls the first lifting mechanism 612 to drive the positioning claw 613 to move downwards, the positioning claw 613 descends on the plane where the current page is located, then the controller controls the second translating mechanism 611 to drive the first lifting mechanism 612 to move towards the special cutting die 3, so that the step 6131 on the positioning claw 613 is pressed on the current page. In this embodiment, the second translation mechanism 611 includes a height adjustment sliding base 6111 and a horizontal movement air cylinder 6112, the height adjustment sliding base 6111 is installed on the punch 2, and an extension rod of the horizontal movement air cylinder 6112 is fixedly connected to the height adjustment sliding base 6111. The first lifting mechanism 612 comprises a first horizontal adjusting slide seat 6121 and a lifting cylinder 6122, a cylinder body of the lifting cylinder 6122 is fixedly connected with a cylinder body of the horizontal moving cylinder 6112, an extension rod of the lifting cylinder 6122 is connected with the positioning claw 613 through the first horizontal adjusting slide seat 6121, wherein the first horizontal adjusting slide seat 6121 is arranged to adjust the distance between the positioning claw 613 and the current page, so that the positioning claw 613 is positioned above the current page after the extension rod of the horizontal moving cylinder 6112 retracts; the height adjusting slide 6111 is arranged to adjust the installation height of the horizontal moving cylinder 6112 and the lifting cylinder 6122, so that after the extension rod of the lifting cylinder 6122 extends out, the positioning claw 613 can act on the page of the current book, and the side pushing device 61 is suitable for positioning pages with various paper thicknesses and pages with various lengths, wherein the length refers to the spine length of the book.

Further, referring to fig. 5, the side pushing device 61 further includes a second horizontal adjusting slide 614, the second horizontal adjusting slide 614 is fixed on the punch press 2, and an output end of the second horizontal adjusting slide 614 is fixedly connected with a height adjusting slide 6111, so that a distance between the adjusting positioning claw 613 and the workbench 1 is adjustable, so that the side pushing device 61 is suitable for positioning pages with various widths, wherein the width is away from a distance between a side of the spine and the spine.

Referring to fig. 4 and 6, the forward pushing device 62 includes a forward pushing adjusting slide 621, a forward pushing cylinder 622 and a pushing plate 623, the forward pushing adjusting slide 621 is installed in the workbench 1, the cylinder body of the forward pushing cylinder 622 is installed on the output end of the forward pushing adjusting slide 621, the pushing plate 623 is installed on the extending rod of the forward pushing cylinder 622, and the pushing plate 623 extends to the top of the workbench 1. The initial state is when the extension bar of the forward pushing cylinder 622 stretches out, the push plate 623 is driven to move towards the punch press 2 when the extension bar of the forward pushing cylinder 622 retracts, the push plate 623 acts on the front page of the book, so that the current page face is pushed to the positioning block 63, the push plate 623 is driven to reset when the extension bar of the forward pushing cylinder 622 stretches out, the distance between the cylinder body of the forward pushing cylinder 622 and the book conveying channel 11 can be adjusted by arranging the forward pushing adjusting slide 621, and pages with various widths can be pushed to the positioning block 63 when the extension bar of the forward pushing cylinder 622 retracts.

Further, referring to fig. 4, a spring 624 is disposed between the extension rod of the forward pushing cylinder 622 and the pushing plate 623, so that the pushing plate 623 has a buffer effect when pushing the front page of the book, and the pushing plate 623 is prevented from crushing the book.

In order to avoid the attachment of the punched and sheared waste material on the page and the subsequent need of manual cleaning of the waste material, referring to fig. 2 and 6, the waste material cleaning device 7 comprises a first bracket 71, a waste material cleaning cylinder 72 mounted on the first bracket 71, a support rod 73, and a discharge chute 74, the first bracket 71 is mounted on the workbench 1, a punch block 75 is mounted at the tail end of an extension rod of the waste material cleaning cylinder 72, the punch block 75 cooperates with the support rod 73 to separate the waste material from the pages, the discharge chute 74 is located below the waste material cleaning cylinder 72 for guiding out the waste material, wherein the positions of the waste material cleaning cylinder 72 and the support rod 73 are both adjustable on the first bracket 71, the positions of the support rod 73 and the waste material cleaning cylinder 72 are adjusted according to the width of the page, so that the support rod 73 can support the page, when the extension rod of the waste material cleaning cylinder 72 extends, the punch block 75 acts on the waste material, wherein the punch block 75 can act on the waste material with, or act on the waste material at a plurality of points of application, the shape of the particular punch 72 being determined in accordance with the waste material in the actual process, so as to separate the waste material from the sheet, the waste material falling by gravity into the lower discharge chute 74 and sliding along the discharge chute 74.

Further, a collecting device (the structure is not shown in the drawings) such as a waste collecting frame or a waste transport line for transporting the waste to a designated place to be collected may be provided at the lower end of the discharge chute 74 for uniform collection of the waste.

In order to realize automatic page turning of the book, referring to fig. 2 and 6, the page turning device 8 includes two upward-turning rods 81, two horizontal-turning rods 82, a second bracket 83, a suction cup mechanism 84 and an inserting mechanism 85, the upward-turning rods 81 are arranged obliquely upward along the conveying direction and are mounted on the book guide 9 of the next station, specifically, the two upward-turning rods 81 are provided, the lower ends and the upper ends of the two upward-turning rods 81 are on the same horizontal plane and the same vertical plane, during the forward conveying of the current book page, the current book page after being cleared enters the lower ends of the two upward-turning rods 81 and is gradually turned upward along the upward-turning rods 81 until the current book page moves to the upper ends of the two upward-turning rods 81, the current book page is in a vertical state, so that the current book page can smoothly enter the book guide 9 of the next station, in order to ensure that the current book page after being cleared can smoothly enter the upward-turning rods 81, the page turning device 8 further comprises a transition rod 86, one end of the transition rod 86 is installed on the lower die of the special cutting die 3, the other end of the transition rod 86 is located at the lower tail end of the upward turning rod 81, and the transition rod 86 and the support rod 73 are on the same horizontal plane. The horizontal turning rod 82 is obliquely arranged upwards along the conveying direction and is installed on the special cutting die 3 of the next station, the second support 83 is installed on the workbench 1, the suction cup mechanism 84 comprises a suction cup cylinder 841 and a suction cup frame 842, the suction cup cylinder 841 is installed on the second support 83 and is positioned below the waste cleaning device 7, the suction cup frame 842 is installed on an extension rod of the suction cup cylinder 841, four suction cups 843 are fixed on the suction cup frame 842, the inserting mechanism 85 comprises an inserting cylinder 851 and an inserting block 852, the inserting cylinder 851 is installed on the second support 83, one end, close to the suction cup mechanism 84, of the inserting block 852 is of a pointed structure, the size of the inserting block 852 is gradually increased along the book conveying direction, and when the extension rod of the inserting cylinder 851 extends, the other end of the inserting block 852 and the lower tail end of the horizontal turning rod 82 are on the same horizontal plane. When the page is turned, the controller controls the extension rod of the suction cup cylinder 841 to extend, and controls the suction cup 843 to adsorb the next page (the suction cup 843 adsorbs the page and belongs to the prior art, which is not repeated), then the controller controls the extension rod of the suction cup cylinder 841 to retract, so that the next page swings upwards by an angle, the controller controls the extension rod of the insertion cup cylinder 851 to extend out of the angle area where the insert block 852 swings to deeply penetrate into the next page, so that the next page moves to the lower end of the horizontal turning rod 82 along the insert block 852 when the book is conveyed forwards, and when the next page moves along the horizontal turning rod 82, the swing angle of the next page is gradually increased, so that the next page enters the special cutting die 3 of the next station, and the page is in a horizontal state.

Furthermore, the surfaces of the upward turning rod 81, the horizontal turning rod 82, the transition rod 86 and the insert block 852 are pasted with a velvet fabric, so that the content on the page is prevented from being rubbed in the page turning process.

Further, referring to fig. 6, in order to ensure that the suction cup mechanism 84 can perform an absorbing function on pages with different sizes, the page turning device 8 further includes a height adjusting mechanism 87, the height adjusting mechanism 87 is installed on the second bracket 83, the suction cup mechanism 84 and the page inserting mechanism 85 are both installed on the height adjusting mechanism 87, and the installation heights of the suction cup mechanism 84 and the page inserting mechanism 85 can be adjusted by adjusting the height adjusting mechanism 87, so that the pages with different sizes can be horizontally turned.

In order to ensure that the pages which are not punched and cut and the pages which are punched and cut can be conveyed forward on a vertical surface along the book conveying direction, referring to fig. 1, 2, 4 and 7, the book guide device 9 comprises a third bracket 91, an upper inner guide 92, an upper outer guide 93, a lower inner guide 94 and a lower outer guide 95, the third bracket 91 is installed on the punch press 2 and is positioned above the book conveying channel 11, the third bracket 91 is n-shaped, the upper inner guide 92 and the upper outer guide 93 are respectively installed on two sides of the third bracket 91, the upper inner guide 92 is positioned on one side close to the punch press 2, specifically, one side of the book guide 9 of the upper inner guide 92 close to the next station is connected with a guide 921, the guide 921 extends to the upper turning-up bar 81, the punched and cut pages can be prevented from falling to the punch press 2 by arranging the upper inner guide 92 and the guide 921, the distance between the upper outer guides 93 of two adjacent stations should be shorter than the length of the book, the punched and cut pages are prevented from falling to the workbench 1, the lower inner guide plate 94 is mounted on the workbench 1 through an L-shaped frame, the lower outer guide plate 95 is mounted on the pushing device 4, the lower inner guide plate 94 and the lower outer guide plate 95 are respectively located on two sides of the book conveying channel 11, the pages which are not punched and cut are prevented from falling to the punch press 2 or the workbench 1, and therefore the books can be conveyed along the book conveying channel 11 in order.

Further, referring to fig. 7, a nylon brush 931 is installed at the bottom of the upper outer guide plate 93, and the nylon brush 931 acts on a press-down action on a head page of the book to prevent the head page from warping upward, and on the other hand, the problem that the quality of the book is damaged due to scraping the head page or pressing an indentation on the head page when the head page is pressed down can be avoided.

The working principle of the invention is as follows:

an operator places books in a T-shaped structure in a book conveying channel 11 of a book placing station a, a controller controls a pushing device 4 on a station b to convey the books forward to a position along the book conveying direction and then push the books into a special cutting die 3 of the station b, the books trigger a sensor 5 of the station b to generate signals, the controller receives the signals and then controls a snapping device 6 to position current pages in the special cutting die 3, then the controller controls a punch press 2 to start, the punch press 2 drives the special cutting die 3 to punch and shear the current pages, the pushing device 4 on the station b pushes the books forward to a position and then enters a waste cleaning device 7 of the station b, the controller controls the waste cleaning device 7 to remove waste materials of the current pages and controls a page turning device 8 to turn up the next page to form an angle, then the pushing device 4 of the station c pushes the books forward to a position and then pushes the books into the special cutting die 3 of the station c, in the process, the current page is turned upwards to a vertical state and the next page is turned upwards to a horizontal state under the action of a page turning device 8 of a first station b, punching and shearing actions of a second station c are waited, the operation is analogized in sequence until the book is pushed into a special cutting die 3 of a first page punching station g by a pushing device 4 of the first page punching station g, at the moment, the book finishes five-page punching and shearing processes except for the first page, the book triggers a sensor 5 of the first page punching station g to generate a signal, a controller receives the signal and controls a leveling device 6 to position the first page in the special cutting die 3, then the controller controls a punch press 2 to start, the punch press 2 drives the special cutting die 3 to punch the first page, the pushing device 4 of the first page punching station g pushes the book for one position and then enters a waste cleaning device 7 of the first page punching station g, the controller controls the waste cleaning device 7 to remove waste of the first page punching station g, and finally, gradually pushing the next book into a book outlet station h. By adopting the invention, the functions of automatic page turning and punching and shearing forming processes can be realized in the book conveying process, the labor intensity of workers is reduced, and the production efficiency is improved.
