Background

The carton conveying line is widely used in the field of household appliances, and is a high-efficiency conveying device for conveying empty cartons to a product assembly line through the conveying line.

However, the existing carton conveying method cannot know the number of cartons on an assembly line body in time due to the field layout, and normal production of the assembly line is affected when too few cartons are placed, so that the production efficiency is reduced; when the carton is placed too much, unnecessary manual secondary carrying is easily caused, and the fatigue strength of the staff is further increased.

In a first aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides a carton conveying and scheduling system, which is applied to a carton conveying line, where the carton conveying line includes a conveying area, a buffer area, and an assembly area, an entry position of the buffer area is connected to the conveying area, and an exit position of the buffer area is connected to the assembly area, where the carton conveying and scheduling system includes: the first controller, and a deflector rod device, a box sealing device and an indicating device which are in communication connection with the first controller; the box sealing device is arranged in the assembling area; the first controller includes: the first register is used for recording the driving lever action of the driving lever device to obtain a first numerical value; the second register is used for recording the box sealing action of the box sealing device to obtain a second numerical value; the first difference calculator is connected with the first register and the second register and used for calculating the difference between the first numerical value and the second numerical value to obtain a third numerical value; the first comparator is connected with the first difference calculator and used for comparing the third value with a preset carton number threshold value and outputting a first comparison result; the first signal output device is connected with the first comparator and used for sending a first trigger signal corresponding to the first comparison result to the indicating device; the indicating device is used for displaying a first display indication triggered by the first trigger signal, and the first display indication is used for representing the number of cartons in the buffer area.

With reference to the second possible implementation manner of the first aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides a third possible implementation manner of the first aspect, where the second controller further includes: a signal input device for receiving an entry signal transmitted from an entry sensor installed at an entry position of the buffer; and the third signal output device is connected with the signal input device and used for sending a driving signal corresponding to the entering signal to the first driving motor so that the first driving motor drives the deflector rod to move the carton into the buffer area.

With reference to the first aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides a fourth possible implementation manner of the first aspect, where the box sealing device includes a third controller and a box sealing motor connected to the third controller; the third controller includes: and the third counter is connected with the second register and used for recording the box sealing times of the box sealing motor and sending the box sealing times to the second register so as to obtain a second numerical value.

With reference to the first possible implementation manner of the first aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides a fifth possible implementation manner of the first aspect, where the indicating device includes a plurality of indicating lamps, each of the indicating lamps has a different light emitting color, and the plurality of indicating lamps are arranged according to a preset installation position; the indicator light is used for triggering the corresponding indicator light to be lightened according to the first trigger signal and/or the second trigger signal.

With reference to the third possible implementation manner of the first aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides a sixth possible implementation manner of the first aspect, where the carton conveying and scheduling system further includes a second driving motor that drives the conveyor belt of the conveying area to run, and the second driving motor is connected to the first controller; the first controller further includes: the third comparator is connected with the first counter and used for comparing the fourth numerical value with a preset comparison threshold value and outputting a third comparison result; and the fourth signal output device is connected with the third comparator and the signal input device and is used for sending stop signals corresponding to the third comparison result to the first driving motor and the second driving motor respectively when receiving the entering signals so as to stop the first driving motor and the second driving motor.

With reference to the first possible implementation manner of the first aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides a seventh possible implementation manner of the first aspect, where the carton conveying and scheduling system further includes an interactive panel connected to the first controller, and the interactive panel is provided with a display unit and a setting control; the display unit is used for displaying the information sent or received by the first controller; the setting control is used for setting parameters of the first controller.

With reference to the third possible implementation manner of the first aspect, the embodiment of the present invention provides an eighth possible implementation manner of the first aspect, wherein the detection sensor and the entry sensor are both correlation sensors.

In a second aspect, the embodiment of the present invention further provides a carton conveying system, wherein the carton conveying system is configured with the above carton conveying scheduling system.
