Wherein, the assembly creel 13 also comprises a sliding buckle 1306 and an adjusting screw 1307; the front side of the inner support wheel 1305 is of a conical surface structure, and the short connecting rods 1302 on the two sides of the inner support wheel 1305 are arranged in parallel; an adjusting screw 1307 is integrally arranged in the middle of the outer end of the assembly creel 13, and sliding grooves are formed in two sides of the adjusting screw 1307; the outer sides of the adjusting screws 1307 are provided with sliding buckles 1306 in a sliding manner through sliding grooves, the outer sides of the sliding buckles 1306 are provided with six groups of short connecting rods 1302 in a rotating manner through rotating shafts, and the other sides of the short connecting rods 1302 are connected with the outer ends of the double-row shaft bracket 1304 in a rotating manner.

The outer sides of the adjusting screws 1307 are fixedly provided with locking nuts 14 through threaded connection, and two sides of each locking nut 14 are provided with notches; the locking nuts 14 can be inserted into the notches through the adjusting handles 15 and locked and fixed outside the adjusting screw 1307.

The working principle is as follows: when the automatic buckle is used, the movable seat 9 is inserted into the inserting frame 8, the inserting position is adjusted according to use requirements, the movable seat 9 can be automatically fixed by the self-locking buckle structure after penetrating through the inserting slot of the inserting frame 8, and the movable seat 9 can be directly pulled out by pressing the two groups of automatic buckles when the movable seat 9 needs to be detached.

When needs adjustment grafting frame 8 and sliding seat 9 interval, jack-up bracing piece 5 through pneumatic cylinder 4, utilize connecting rod 6 taut or strut, can slide the translation of carriage 3, carriage 3's removal tightens up or pulls open each group's synchronizing connecting rod 7, locking through synchronizing connecting rod 7 utilizes supplementary carriage 701 to rise or reduce each position of organizing grafting frame 8, guarantee that each group's grafting frame 8 also is parallel state through synchronizing connecting rod 7's mutual parallel simultaneously, it is convenient to provide for the high interval of regulation assembly creel 13.

When the lifting angle of the assembly creel 13 needs to be adjusted, the angle adjusting screw 10 is rotated, the height of the angle adjusting nut 11 can be increased through thread transmission by the angle adjusting screw 10, the angle adjusting nut 11 drives the adjusting rotating plate 12 to slide in the cross sliding groove 903, the L-shaped frame 902 is lifted, and therefore the lifting angle of the assembly creel 13 is adjusted.

When the yarn wheel is installed, the yarn wheel penetrates through the assembly creel 13 and is pressed against the outer side of the limiting plate 1301, the adjusting handle 15 is used for rotating the locking nut 14, the locking nut 14 can push the sliding buckle 1306, the short connecting rod 1302 is used for unfolding the inner supporting wheels 1305 in each group, the inner supporting wheels 1305 are used for fixing the yarn tube from the inner part of the yarn tube, and the yarn tube is installed quickly.
