Referring to fig. 1, the bottom of the movable block 643 is attached to the bottom plate 65, the two sets of strip frames 646 are both located below the guide rods 62, and the bottom plate 65 prevents the connecting plate 644 from contacting the supporting frame 642, thereby preventing excessive wear between the supporting frame 642 and the connecting plate 644.

Referring to fig. 1, the left side of the fixing frame 1 is fixedly connected to the mounting base, a vertical rod is disposed at the top of the mounting base, the top end of the vertical rod penetrates through the mounting plate 73 and is fixedly connected to the fixing frame 1, and the vertical rod is disposed to further guide the mounting plate 73.

A method for an automatic cosmetic bottle capping mechanism comprises the following steps:

s1: the cosmetic bottle body is placed on the supporting plate 10, and the supporting plate 10 moves upwards through the work of the air cylinder 9, so that the cosmetic bottle body is driven to ascend and is positioned between the two groups of arc-shaped plates 67;

s2: the hand wheel 5 is rotated clockwise, so that the threaded rod 4 rotates clockwise, so that the fixed frame 61 moves leftwards under the guidance of the guide rod 62, is movably connected with the movable block 643 through the bottom plate 65, and because the supporting frame 642 is fixedly arranged, when the fixed frame 61 moves leftwards, the right side of the movable block 643 moves backwards along the inner wall of the right side of the supporting frame 642, so that the movable block 643 drives the connecting plate 644 to rotate leftwards, the connecting plate 644 rotates leftwards, the mounting block 645 drives the left strip-shaped frame 646 to move forwards, the right strip-shaped frame 646 moves backwards, the fixed column 647 on the strip-shaped frame 646 drives the left movable rod 63 to move forwards, the right movable rod 63 moves backwards, the cosmetic bottle body is fixed through the two groups of arc-shaped plates 67 which are slowly close to each other, after the cover is screwed, the hand wheel 5 is rotated anticlockwise, so that the fixed frame 61, the connecting plate 644 rotates rightwards, so that the two groups of arc-shaped plates 67 move towards the direction away from each other, and the cosmetic bottle body can be taken down without arranging two groups of cylinders, and the cost is low;

s3: after the cosmetic bottle body is fixed, the first motor 71 is started, the screw rod 72 can rotate forward and backward through forward and backward rotation of the first motor 71, the mounting plate 73 can be driven to lift, the mounting plate 73 moves downwards, the pneumatic three-jaw chuck 77 can be located on the cover body of the cosmetic bottle body, the cover body can be clamped through the work of the pneumatic three-jaw chuck 77, the second motor 75 drives the rotating shaft 76 to rotate reversely, the pneumatic three-jaw chuck 77 rotates reversely, meanwhile, the first motor 71 rotates through the screw rod 72, the mounting plate 73 moves upwards, and the cover body can be unscrewed from the cosmetic bottle body by controlling the rotating speed of the cover body to be matched with the lifting distance of the mounting plate 73;

s4: when the mounting plate 73 moves downwards, the two sets of rack rods 741 move downwards along with the mounting plate 73, the two sets of gears 742 can be driven to rotate through the meshed relation between the two sets of rack rods 741 and the gears 742, and because the two sets of gears 742 both rotate on the rotating shafts 743 and rotate coaxially, the levelness of the mounting plate 73 during moving can be ensured, so that the accuracy of screwing can be improved, the descending speed of the mounting plate 73 can be limited due to the resistance generated by meshing between the gears 742 and the rack rods 741, the phenomenon that the descending speed of the mounting plate 73 is too high is avoided, the pneumatic three-jaw chuck 77 is easily in hard contact with the cover body, the cover body is easily damaged, and the subsequent screwing is not facilitated.

Although embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that changes, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made in these embodiments without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention, the scope of which is defined in the appended claims and their equivalents.
