the top of the bottom box 2 and one side edge of the winding and discharging through hole 34 are provided with turned edges in the bottom box 2, the top surface of the operation platform 5 is higher than the height of the joint of the material receiving roller frame 4 and the bottom box 2, the upper and lower material grooves 6 are V-shaped grooves, and one side vertical surface of the observation box 3, which is back to the carpet weaving machine 1, is a slope plate which is inclined downwards along the conveying direction of the carpet 35.

When the carpet weaving machine is used, after entering the bottom box 2, a carpet 35 woven by the carpet weaving machine 1 is sequentially wound on a conveying roller A9 from the lower part, a conveying roller B10 from the upper part, a conveying roller C11 from the lower part, a conveying roller D12 from the upper part, a conveying roller E13 from the lower part, a conveying roller F14 from the lower part, a conveying roller G15 from the upper part, a conveying roller H16 from the lower part and a receiving roller 8 arranged between the receiving roller frames 4 after being extended from a winding discharging through hole 34; the bottom of the carpet 35 placed around the transfer roller a9 is moved relative to the grinding roller 17, so that the bottom of the carpet 35 is smooth and uniform; the top surface of the carpet 35 between the transfer roll A9 and the transfer roll B10 is cleaned and sucked of dust on the top of the carpet 35 before the carpet 35 is observed through the observation window 18 by the action of the vacuum nozzle B25 in the partition plate D24, so that an operator can carefully observe the weaving condition of the carpet 35; the carpet 35 after passing through the conveying roller B10 sweeps the residual powder at the bottom of the carpet under the action of the brushing roller 19, and the powder generated in the polishing and sweeping processes of the carpet 35 is completely sucked through the action of a vacuumizing pipe orifice A23 in the bottom box 2 and in a closed cavity formed by the partition plate A20, the partition plate B21, the partition plate C22 and the carpet 35, so that the powder is prevented from influencing the spraying of a waterproof layer at the bottom of the carpet 35; after the carpet 35 finishes spraying the waterproof layer through the spraying pipe 28, the carpet is conveyed forwards continuously; when the waterproof layer is not solidified, the conveying roller E13 and the conveying roller F14 are continuously contacted with the top of the carpet 35, so that the bottom of the carpet 35 sprayed with the waterproof layer is extended as much as possible, the waterproof layer is uniformly and fully filled with the bottom of the carpet 35 as much as possible, and the waterproof performance of the carpet 35 is further ensured; the heating pipe A29 is directly used for irradiating and heating at the position of the conveying roller E13, so that one side of the water-resisting layer facing the heating pipe A29 is quickly solidified and formed, the water-resisting layer is prevented from being uneven due to the gravity effect before solidification, even the water-resisting layer drops before solidification, and material waste is avoided; the continuous blowing effect is generated on the water-resisting layer through the action of the blowing pipe A30, the blowing pipe B31 and the blowing pipe C33, so that the water-resisting layer is thoroughly dried and solidified; the heating effect of the heating pipe B32 on the conveying pipe G15, combined with the contact of the conveying roller G15 and the bottom surface of the carpet 35, generates pressure stress on the bottom of the carpet 35 by the heated conveying roller G15, and enables the bottom surface of the carpet 35 to be smoother; and the winding direction of the conveying roller G15 and the carpet 35 is opposite to the winding direction of the conveying roller E13 and the conveying roller F14 and the carpet 35, so that the stress generated by drying and solidifying of the interlayer in the conveying process of the conveying roller E13 and the conveying roller F14 before the carpet 35 is further counteracted, the carpet 35 is placed to be bent due to the stress effect, and the flatness of the carpet 35 is ensured.

The carpet 35 after rolling directly rolls to the position of the upper and lower trough 6 together with the blanking of the material receiving roller 8, so that the turnover of the carpet 35 after rolling, the feeding of the material receiving roller 8 and the blanking of the carpet 35 are facilitated.
