The working steps of the sewage pump are as follows:

the driving motor 9 is started, the output shaft of the driving motor 9 rotates and drives the pump shaft 7 to rotate, the pump shaft 7 drives the impeller 4 to rotate, liquid enters from the feeding pipe orifice 5, the first blade 42 rotates and drives a part of liquid entering the pump shell 3 to rotate and throws a part of liquid out of the discharging pipe orifice 6, the impeller 4 rotates and simultaneously another part of liquid flows into the space between the first impeller plate 41 and the second impeller plate 43 through the arc-shaped through hole 410, because the flow passing through the arc-shaped through hole 410 is limited, the pressure between the first impeller plate 41 and the second impeller plate 43 is smaller than the pressure at one side of the first blade 42, the first impeller plate 41 and the second impeller plate 43 form negative pressure, the liquid entering the pump shell 3 moves towards the impeller 4 at an acceleration under the action of the negative pressure, the liquid impacts the impeller 4 and pushes the liquid to move towards the side far away from the feeding pipe orifice 5, the spring 18 between the first spring mounting ring 19 and the second spring mounting ring 20 cushions the impeller 4, and the second blade 44 drives another part of liquid between the first impeller plate 41 and the second impeller plate 43 to rotate and throws the other part of liquid out of the discharge pipe orifice 6.

The invention drives the liquid entering the pump shell 3 to rotate by installing a plurality of first blades 42 on one side surface of a first impeller plate 41, drives the liquid entering the pump shell 3 to rotate by arranging a second impeller plate 43 on the other side of the first impeller plate 41, arranging an arc-shaped through hole 410 on the first impeller plate 41 at a position between two adjacent first blades 42 so that the liquid enters between the first impeller plate 41 and the second impeller plate 43 through the arc-shaped through hole 410, drives the liquid entering between the first impeller plate 41 and the second impeller plate 43 to rotate by arranging a plurality of second blades 44 between the first impeller plate 41 and the second impeller plate 43, leads the pressure between the first impeller plate 41 and the second impeller plate 43 to be smaller than the pressure on one side of the first blades 42 due to the limitation of the flow passing through the arc-shaped through hole 410, forms negative pressure on the first impeller plate 41 and the second impeller plate 43, and accelerates the liquid entering the pump shell 3 to move towards the impeller 4 under the action of the negative pressure, the sewage pump has strong self-absorption performance;

the impeller 4 of the invention is provided with a first impeller plate 41 and a second impeller plate 43, a plurality of first blades 42 are arranged on the first impeller plate 41, and a plurality of second blades 44 are arranged on the second impeller plate 43, so that the invention carries out pollution discharge by two groups of blades, the pollution discharge flow is large, and the working efficiency is high;

according to the invention, one end of the outer peripheral surface of the impeller shaft 17, which is far away from the impeller 4, is sleeved with the first spring mounting ring 19, the second spring mounting ring 20 is sleeved on the pump shaft 7, the spring 18 is sleeved on the pump shaft 7 between the first spring mounting ring 19 and the second spring mounting ring 20, two strip-shaped chutes 1712 are formed in the inner side of the connecting main shaft 171, when one end of the pump shaft 7 is installed in the first pump shaft mounting hole 1711, two strip-shaped convex edges 22 on the outer peripheral surface of the pump shaft 7, which is located in the first pump shaft mounting hole 1711, are respectively arranged in the two strip-shaped chutes 1712 in a sliding manner, when the sewage pump works, when the driving motor 9 drives the impeller 4 to rotate, liquid passes through the feeding pipe orifice 5, under the suction effect of the impeller 4, the liquid can impact the impeller 4 and push the impeller to move to one side far away from the feeding pipe orifice 5, and the spring 18 between the first spring mounting ring, the impeller 4 is prevented from directly bearing the impact of liquid, and the safety of the impeller 4 is ensured, so that the service life of the sewage pump is ensured.
