The pulley 204 is rotatably mounted in the middle of the mounting rod 203, the traction rope 205 penetrates through the pulley 204, one end of the traction rope 205 is fixedly connected with a first moving block 206, the other end of the traction rope 205 is fixedly connected with a second moving block 207, and the gravity of the second moving block 207 is greater than that of the first moving block 206.

The first vertical sliding bar 208 makes the first moving block 206 more stable to move up and down, and the second vertical sliding bar 209 makes the second moving block 207 more stable to move up and down.

A third mounting plate 214 is fixedly connected to the lower surface of the first moving block 206, a through groove for the third mounting plate 214 to movably pass through is formed in the mounting housing 1, and a plurality of first mounting holes 215 are formed in the third mounting plate 214.

The rotating mechanism 5 comprises a mounting substrate 501, a connecting cylinder 504 and a threaded rod 506, a fourth mounting plate 502 is arranged on the upper surface of the mounting substrate 501, a second mounting hole 503 matched with the first mounting hole 215 is formed in the fourth mounting plate 502, the first mounting hole 215 and the second mounting hole 503 are in one-to-one correspondence, and the fourth mounting plate 502 and the third mounting plate 214 are mounted together through bolts.

The mounting substrate 501 is provided with a through hole 5011, the connecting cylinder 504 is rotatably connected to the inner ring side of the through hole 5011 by a rolling bearing, and the monitoring camera 6 is fixedly mounted on the lower end of the connecting cylinder 504.
