Background

The frame-type circuit breaker is an important component in a low-voltage distribution system, is usually used as an inlet main switch or a branch main switch for distributing electric energy in a distribution network, protecting circuits, power supply equipment and the like, and avoids the damage of faults such as overload, undervoltage, short circuit, single-phase grounding and the like. The existing frame-type circuit breaker contact system mainly comprises a contact support, a contact spring, a rotating shaft, a fastener, a bracket, a bus, a fixed clamping plate, a contact finger, a contact, a connecting rod and other parts. When the circuit breaker works in a distribution circuit, a moving contact and a fixed contact of the circuit breaker are required to be connected with larger normal current or short circuit and overload current, so that a moving contact of the circuit breaker needs certain final pressure to overcome electric repulsion force generated by the current, and the pressure of a contact finger of a contact system is provided by a contact spring arranged in a contact support, so that the pressure value of the contact spring is a very critical parameter in the normal operation process of the circuit breaker. The pressure of the contact spring comprehensively reflects the temperature around the contact finger of the contact system, the abrasion or/and burning loss of the contact, the installation state of the contact spring and other contact system states. The contact support is generally molded integrally from flame-retardant insulating plastic and is provided with a hole for mounting a spring.

Disclosure of Invention

The purpose of the invention is: the contact system of the circuit breaker can directly reflect the pressure value or the value change of the contact spring.

The invention will be further illustrated with reference to the following specific examples. It should be understood that these examples are for illustrative purposes only and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. Further, it should be understood that various changes or modifications of the present invention may be made by those skilled in the art after reading the teaching of the present invention, and such equivalents may fall within the scope of the present invention as defined in the appended claims.

As shown in fig. 4, the contact system of the circuit breaker provided by the invention comprises a contact support 1, a pressure sensor 2, a contact spring 3, a rotating shaft 4, a fastener 5, a bracket 6, a bus 7, a fixed clamp plate 8, a contact finger 9, a contact 10 and other parts.

The contact support 1 is generally molded integrally from flame-retardant insulating plastic and is provided with spring mounting holes 13 for mounting the contact springs 3. Meanwhile, the contact support 1 of the invention is provided with a cavity 11 for mounting the pressure sensor 2, the cavity 11 is coupled with the bottom of the spring mounting hole 13, the pressure sensor 2 is mounted in the cavity 11, and one end of the contact spring 3 is just pressed in a corresponding working area 21 of the pressure sensor 2.

The contact support 1 is provided with a wiring groove 12 for facilitating the routing of an output wire 22, and the pressure sensor 2 is connected with an external controller through the output wire 22. The wiring duct 12 is connected to the chamber 11. The contact spring 3 and the pressure sensor 2 are installed in the contact support 1 as shown in fig. 3 and 4, and the contact spring 3 is positively pressed on one side of the contact finger 9, so that the contact finger 9 can freely rotate around the rotating shaft 4. The contact spring 3 is always acted on the corresponding working area 21 of the pressure sensor 2, and the change of the compression amount of the contact spring 3 is caused along with the change of the rotation angle of the contact finger 9, so that the pressure of the contact spring 3 pressed on the corresponding working area 21 of the pressure sensor 2 is changed along with the change of the compression amount, and the pressure sensor 2 can output a signal (such as a voltage signal) which is in one-to-one correspondence with the pressure of the contact spring 3 in real time. After the operation of the external controller, the real-time signal is compared with an internal preset rated value (or initial value) and a minimum value (or terminal value), and the residual life value (or percentage value of the residual life) of the contact system is quantitatively displayed in real time. The technical personnel in the field can also set an early warning system to remind a user to replace the circuit breaker with the service life of the circuit breaker contact system close to the end value of the whole service life cycle in time.
