Vapor-permeable insert (10, 110, 210) for garments (300, 400) and footwear (500), characterized in that it comprises at least one first layer (11, 111, 211) having at least one non-through opening (13, 113, 213) and at least one second layer (12) having at least one temporarily deformable portion (15, 115, 215) comprising a material sensitive to humidity and/or temperature variations.

2. The vapor permeable insert (10, 110, 210) of claim 1, wherein the second layer (12, 112, 212) is substantially joined to the first layer (11, 111, 211) at each deformable portion (15, 115, 215) at least in the vicinity including the at least one opening (13, 113, 213).

3. The vapor-permeable insert (10, 110, 210) according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that said material sensitive to humidity and/or temperature variations is of the polymer type with shape memory.

4. The vapor-permeable insert (10, 110, 210) according to one or more of the preceding claims, wherein the polymeric material having shape memory has a soft phase transition temperature comprised between about 30 ℃ and about 36 ℃.

The vapor-permeable insert (10, 110, 210) according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that said polymeric material having shape memory has a humidity threshold for the transition from the second shape to the first shape, said humidity threshold being comprised between about 50 and about 300 g-m^-2·h^-1In the meantime.

The vapor-permeable insert (10) according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that said second layer (12) has at least one through-cut (14) inside said portion (15) which is temporarily deformable, and in that said at least one cut (14) is at least partially superimposed on said at least one opening (13).

7. The vapor-permeable insert (10) according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that said at least one cut (14) has a geometry resembling a cross and/or a letter C and/or a letter L and/or a letter T and/or a crescent and/or combinations thereof.

8. The vapor-permeable insert (10) according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that said at least one opening (13) has substantially the same geometry as at least one corresponding cut (14).

9. The vapor permeable insert (10, 110, 210) according to one or more of the preceding claims, wherein the at least one opening (13, 113, 213) has a depth of between 0.1 and 0.8 mm.

10. A garment (300, 400), characterized in that it comprises an insert (10, 110, 210) according to one or more of the preceding claims.

11. The garment (300, 400) according to claim 10, characterized in that it comprises an outer layer (302), an inner layer (303), opposite to the outer layer (302) and facing the body of the user, between which layers there is the insert (10, 110, 210) having the first layer (11, 111, 211) facing the outer layer (302) and the second layer (12) facing the inner layer (303).

12. The garment (400) according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that said garment comprises a first zone (404) and a second zone (405) having different sensitivities to temperature and/or humidity variations.

13. The garment (400) according to one or more of the preceding claims, wherein said first areas (404) are mainly provided at the upper parts of the chest and shoulders (404d), the back and shoulders (404s), the left armpit (404a) and the right armpit (404b) and have a portion (404T) shaped like an inverted T having a vertical strip connected to said upper parts of the back and shoulders (404s) and a cut extending mainly at the level of the kidneys in a direction perpendicular to said vertical strip.

14. Footwear (500), characterized in that it comprises, at least at the extension of the upper, an insert (10, 110, 210) according to one or more of the preceding claims.

15. The footwear (500) according to claim 14, characterized in that it comprises an outer layer (502), an inner layer (503), opposite to said outer layer (502) and facing the foot of the user, between which said insert (10, 110, 210) is present, provided with said first layer (11, 111, 211) facing said outer layer (502) and with said second layer (12) facing said inner layer (503).
