1. A refrigerator is characterized by comprising:

a heat-insulating box body, wherein a plurality of storage chambers including a first storage chamber set as a soft freezing temperature zone are formed inside the heat-insulating box body;

a door that opens and closes an opening formed in a front surface of the first storage chamber;

a door opening/closing detection unit that detects opening/closing of the door;

a temperature detection unit that detects a temperature of the first storage chamber;

a temperature control unit that controls a temperature of the first storage chamber; and

a control device for controlling the temperature control unit based on the temperature detected by the temperature detection unit,

when the opening and closing of the door is detected in normal temperature control for maintaining the refrigerator internal temperature of the first storage chamber at a preset normal set temperature, the control device performs special temperature control for transitioning the refrigerator internal temperature of the first storage chamber to a first set temperature higher than the normal set temperature for a first time, and thereafter transitioning to a second set temperature lower than the normal set temperature for a second time.

2. The refrigerator according to claim 1,

when the opening and closing of the door is detected during the special temperature control, the control device resumes the special temperature control from the beginning.

3. The refrigerator according to claim 2,

when the opening and closing of the door is detected in the special temperature control and the temperature in the refrigerator of the first storage room is maintained at the first set temperature, the control device does not restart the special temperature control from the beginning but continues the special temperature control as it is.

4. The refrigerator according to any one of claims 1 to 3,

in the special temperature control, the control device performs control in which, in the transition from the first set temperature to the second set temperature, it takes more time to make the transition from the first set temperature to the normal set temperature than to make the transition from the normal set temperature to the second set temperature.

5. The refrigerator according to any one of claims 1 to 4,

the first time and the second time are determined in such a manner that the average temperature in the special temperature control becomes the same as the normal set temperature.

6. The refrigerator according to any one of claims 1 to 5,

the door opening/closing device is provided with a storage device for storing the opening/closing times of the door for several days per hour.

7. The refrigerator according to claim 6,

the control device sets a time period in which an average value of the number of times of opening and closing the door in each time period in a day is equal to or less than a first threshold as a non-use time period on the basis of the information stored in the storage device,

the control means does not perform the special temperature control in a case where the open/close of the door is detected in the non-use period.

8. The refrigerator according to claim 6 or 7,

the control device sets a time zone in which an average value of the number of times the door is opened and closed in each time zone of a day is equal to or more than a second threshold as a life time zone on the basis of the information stored in the storage device,

in the case where the opening and closing of the door is detected a plurality of times during the life time, the control device performs the special temperature control only at the time of the first detection and does not perform the special temperature control at the time of the second and subsequent detections.

9. The refrigerator according to claim 8,

the control means sets a plurality of the life time periods,

in the case where the opening and closing of the door is detected a plurality of times in the same life time zone, the control device performs the special temperature control only at the time of the first detection and does not perform the special temperature control at the time of the second and subsequent detections.

10. The refrigerator according to any one of claims 6 to 9,

the storage device stores the temperature inside the refrigerator of the first storage chamber for a certain period of time,

the control device calculates an average temperature of the refrigerator internal temperature of the first storage chamber for the certain period based on the information stored in the storage device,

when the average temperature is higher than the normal set temperature, the control device performs temperature averaging control for maintaining the temperature in the refrigerator of the first storage chamber at the second set temperature for a third time such that the average temperature is equal to the normal set temperature.

11. The refrigerator according to claim 10 when dependent on claim 7,

the control means calculates an average temperature of the temperature in the refrigerator of the first storage chamber during the life time period of the day according to the information stored in the storage means,

when the average temperature of the life time zone is higher than the normal set temperature, the control device performs the temperature averaging control in the non-use time zone so that the average temperature of the life time zone becomes the same as the normal set temperature.

12. The refrigerator according to any one of claims 1 to 11,

the refrigerator internal temperature of at least one of the storage compartments adjacent to the first storage compartment is set to a refrigerating temperature zone.

13. The refrigerator according to any one of claims 1 to 12,

a freezing chamber set as a refrigerating temperature zone is disposed above the first storage chamber,

a vegetable compartment set to a refrigerating temperature zone is disposed below the first storage compartment.

14. A refrigerator is characterized by comprising:

a heat-insulating box body, wherein a plurality of storage chambers including a first storage chamber set as a soft freezing temperature zone are formed inside the heat-insulating box body;

a door that opens and closes an opening formed in a front surface of the first storage chamber;

a door opening/closing detection unit that detects opening/closing of the door;

a temperature detection unit that detects a temperature of the first storage chamber;

a temperature control unit that controls a temperature of the first storage chamber; and

a control device for controlling the temperature control unit based on the temperature detected by the temperature detection unit,

the control device performs either normal temperature control for maintaining the refrigerator internal temperature of the first storage chamber at a preset normal set temperature or special temperature control for transitioning to a second set temperature lower than the normal set temperature for a second time after transitioning to a first set temperature higher than the normal set temperature and maintaining the first set temperature for a first time, based on opening and closing of the door,

a freezing chamber set as a refrigerating temperature zone is disposed above the first storage chamber,

a vegetable compartment set to a refrigerating temperature zone is disposed below the first storage compartment.

Technical Field

The present invention relates to a refrigerator having a storage compartment set to a soft freezing temperature zone.

Background

In normal freezing performed in a conventional refrigerator, needle-shaped crystals gradually grow from the surface of a food toward the center. Therefore, the quality of the food is affected, such as deterioration of the texture of the food after thawing due to cell destruction and loss of delicious ingredients. Therefore, a refrigerator that performs freezing to improve freezing quality has been proposed (for example, see patent document 1).

In the freezing of patent document 1, after food is put into a refrigerator and a door is closed, the food is once introduced into a supercooled state in which the food does not freeze even below a freezing point, and a physical or temperature stimulus is given to the food introduced into the supercooled state. Here, the supercooled state means a state in which the food is not frozen even if cooled to a temperature lower than the freezing temperature of the food. Thereby, the supercooled state is released, and the food is rapidly frozen. The frozen food can form ice nuclei on the whole food body, and can uniformly generate ice crystals of fine particles, thereby suppressing cell destruction of the food, suppressing deterioration of taste after thawing, and maintaining a delicious component, so that the food can be preserved with high quality even if frozen.

In order to more reliably introduce food into a supercooled state and freeze the food in a storage room set to a soft freezing temperature range (for example, about-7 ℃), the temperature in the refrigerator is once raised to a temperature near the freezing point of the food after the food is placed in the refrigerator and the door is closed, and then the temperature in the refrigerator needs to be set to a temperature equal to or lower than the freezing point of the food in order to promote freezing of the food. However, in the conventional refrigerator as in patent document 1, after food is put into the refrigerator and the door is closed, the temperature in the refrigerator is not raised to the vicinity of the freezing point of the food but is set to a temperature equal to or lower than the freezing point. Therefore, the food may be frozen while being kept in a state where the food is not introduced into the supercooled state, and there is a problem that the food cannot be stored with high quality.

Disclosure of Invention

The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a refrigerator capable of storing food with high accuracy and high quality.

The refrigerator of the present invention comprises: a heat-insulating box body, wherein a plurality of storage chambers including a first storage chamber set as a soft freezing temperature zone are formed inside the heat-insulating box body; a door that opens and closes an opening formed in a front surface of the first storage chamber; a door opening/closing detection unit that detects opening/closing of the door; a temperature detection unit that detects a temperature of the first storage chamber; a temperature control unit that controls a temperature of the first storage chamber; and a controller that controls the temperature control unit based on a temperature detected by the temperature detector, wherein the controller performs a special temperature control in which the temperature in the refrigerator in the first storage chamber is transited to a first set temperature higher than the normal set temperature for a first time and then transited to a second set temperature lower than the normal set temperature for a second time, when the opening and closing of the door is detected in a normal temperature control in which the temperature in the refrigerator in the first storage chamber is maintained at the normal set temperature set in advance.

According to the refrigerator of the present invention, when the opening and closing of the door is detected in the normal temperature control for maintaining the refrigerator internal temperature of the first storage room set to the soft freezing temperature zone at the normal set temperature, the special temperature control is performed in which the refrigerator internal temperature of the first storage room is maintained at the first set temperature higher than the normal set temperature for the first time and then maintained at the second set temperature lower than the normal set temperature for the second time. Therefore, even after the food is placed in the refrigerator and the door is closed, the food can be more reliably introduced into the supercooled state and then frozen, and the food can be stored with high accuracy and high quality.
