the pressure generating device is connected with the closed container and used for moving relative to the closed container to change the sealing volume of the sealing cavity;

and the pressure detection device is arranged in the sealed cavity and used for detecting the pressure value in the sealed cavity.

The apparatus for detecting the airtightness of a product according to claim 1, wherein the hermetic container has a cylindrical shape, a piston tube is formed on the hermetic container, and the pressure generating means includes a piston which is engaged with the piston tube and is movable relative to the hermetic container to change the sealed volume of the sealed chamber.

The product airtightness detection apparatus according to claim 2, wherein the closed container has a straight cylindrical shape, an L-shape, or an inverted T-shape.

The product airtightness detection apparatus according to claim 2, wherein a scale is provided on the piston pipe for reading a position where the piston is located.

The product airtightness detection apparatus according to claim 2, wherein the pressure generation apparatus further comprises a motor and a connecting rod, the motor is connected to the connecting rod, the connecting rod is connected to the piston, and the motor is configured to drive the piston to move.

The product airtightness detection apparatus according to claim 2, further comprising a controller, wherein the controller is respectively connected to the pressure generation apparatus and the pressure detection apparatus, and is configured to receive the pressure value sent by the pressure detection apparatus in real time, and to control the pressure generation apparatus to change the sealing volume of the sealing cavity.

a sealed cavity of the closed container receives a product to be detected and puts in the sealed cavity;

controlling the product to be detected to be in a preset sealing volume;

controlling a pressure detection device to detect the pressure value in the sealed cavity when the product to be detected is in the preset sealed volume;

and judging whether the absolute value of the difference value of the pressure value and the standard pressure value is smaller than or equal to a preset value, if so, determining that the sealing performance of the product to be detected is qualified, and if not, determining that the sealing performance of the product to be detected is unqualified.

The method for detecting the airtightness of a product according to claim 10, wherein the preset value is five percent of the standard pressure value.

The product airtightness detection method according to claim 10, wherein when the sealed cavity of the closed container receives the product to be detected, a pressure value in the sealed cavity is an ambient pressure value.

The method for detecting the airtightness of the product according to claim 10, further comprising, before the detection of the airtightness:

a sealed cavity of the closed container receives a standard sample and is put in, and the position of the pressure generating device at the moment is recorded as a first position;

controlling the pressure generating device to start moving relative to the closed container from the first position;

controlling the pressure detection device to detect the pressure value in the sealed cavity in real time;

when the pressure value in the sealed cavity is equal to the standard pressure value, controlling the pressure generating device to stop moving, and recording the position of the pressure generating device at the moment as a second position;

controlling the pressure generating device to move from the second position to the first position, and taking out the standard sample at the first position.

The product airtightness detection method according to claim 13, wherein when the pressure generation device is at the first position, the pressure value in the sealed chamber is an ambient pressure value.

The product airtightness detection method according to claim 14, wherein when the pressure generation means is located at the second position, the sealed volume of the sealed chamber is the preset sealed volume.

taking out the product to be detected;

controlling the pressure generating device to move to the first position relative to the closed container.
