Detailed Description

The following describes embodiments of the present invention with reference to the drawings.

As shown in attached figures 1 and 2, the umbrella with transparent and variable fuzzy umbrella cloth comprises umbrella cloth 9, umbrella ribs, an umbrella handle 7 and a handle 6. The umbrella cloth 9 comprises a transparent base cloth layer 1, an insulating layer 4, an electric transparent layer 3, an insulating layer 4 and a waterproof layer 2 which are sequentially arranged, and a through hole 91 penetrating through the umbrella cloth 9 is formed in the center. The transparent base cloth layer 1 is made of transparent PVC plastic cloth, the waterproof layer is a waterproof film made of transparent materials, and the thicknesses of the transparent base cloth layer and the waterproof layer are both smaller than 0.05 mm. The insulating layer 4 is prepared by mixing polyvinyl chloride, a transparent calcium zinc stabilizer, a whitening agent and a yellow removing agent, heating to melt, and rolling to form a thin film with the thickness of less than 0.05 mm. The electro-transparent layer 3 includes two conductive transparent films 31 and an electrochromic coating film 32 coated between the two transparent conductive films 31, and the conductive transparent films 31 are commercially available, and preferably have a thickness of less than 0.05 mm. The electrochromic coating 32 is a coating formed by coating a coating prepared by performing ultrasonic treatment on a montmorillonite material subjected to surface charge coating treatment, an acrylic resin, a photoinitiator and a transparent color pigment, and the coating can be coated in an ultrasonic spraying manner and is controlled to be 0.15-0.2 mm in thickness. The montmorillonite material and the acrylic resin, i.e., the electron-carrying sheet and resin, are contained in the electro-transparent layer 3, respectively.

As shown in fig. 1, during production, the adjacent layers can be glued together, and then hot-pressed to form an integrated fabric, the thickness of the fabric can be controlled to be less than 0.5mm under the condition that the thicknesses of the layers are properly controlled, so that the flexibility of the fabric can be ensured, the fabric is convenient to fold or unfold, and finally the fabric can be formed into the required shape of the umbrella cloth 9 through punching and forming. In addition, the umbrella cloth 9 of the invention also comprises a turned edge 5 surrounding the edge of the formed umbrella cloth 9, the turned edge 5 is an insulating material, preferably an insulating non-woven fabric with waterproof function, after the umbrella cloth 9 is punched and formed, glue is coated on the turned edge 5 and the upper plane and the lower plane of the umbrella cloth (namely the bottom plane of the transparent base cloth layer 1 and the top plane of the waterproof layer 2), and then the turned edge is fixed on the umbrella cloth 9 in a sewing way, thereby realizing the insulating sealing of the edge of the umbrella cloth 9. In addition, the inner side edge of the through hole 91 in the center of the umbrella cloth 9 can also be fixed with the curled edge 5 to realize insulation sealing.

Because the surface of the montmorillonite sheet is charged, and intricate and complicated disordered arrangement is generated among each other or among resin molecules, light rays cannot penetrate the electroluminescent transparent layer 3, so that the umbrella cloth 9 is not transparent or in a fuzzy state as a whole, the light rays cannot penetrate the umbrella cloth 9, and the sun shading effect can be effectively achieved. And under the condition of an external electric field, the montmorillonite sheets are arranged in a regular sequence under the action of the electric field, so that light can penetrate through the electric transparent layer 3, the transparency degree of the umbrella cloth 9 is controlled, and the umbrella cloth 9 can be adjusted between transparent and non-transparent through electrifying and powering off.

As shown in the attached figures 1, 5 and 6, a fixed umbrella nest is fixed at the top of the umbrella handle 7, and a movable umbrella nest 71 is sleeved in the middle of the umbrella handle 7. The fixed umbrella nest comprises a fixed part 73 and an installation part 72 which are of tubular structures, and the fixed part 73 is fixed at the top of the umbrella handle 7. The top of the fixing part 73 is provided with a threaded column 731, and the outer diameter of the threaded column 731 is slightly larger than the inner diameter of the through hole 91 in the center of the umbrella cloth 9. The bottom of the mounting part 72 is inwardly configured with a threaded connection threaded hole of the threaded column 731, and the top edge of the fixing part 73 and the bottom edge of the mounting part 72 both extend outwards to form a pressing plate 74. The threaded post 731 passes through the through hole 91 of the umbrella cloth 9 and then is screwed into the fastening hole of the mounting part 72 corresponding to the threaded post 731, so that the pressing plate 74 of the fixing part 73 and the pressing plate 74 of the mounting part 72 press the umbrella cloth 9 at the edge of the through hole 91, the center of the umbrella cloth 9 is fixed on the top of the umbrella handle 7, and the fixing structure which is connected through threads and pressed by the pressing plate 74 can effectively play a role in water proofing, thereby preventing the occurrence of electric leakage. Furthermore, before the umbrella cloth 9 is fixed, glue can be coated on the pressing plate 74 of the fixing part 73 and the pressing plate 74 of the mounting part 72, so that the pressing plate 74 of the fixing part 73 and the pressing plate 74 of the mounting part 72 are tightly attached and connected with the umbrella cloth 9 after the umbrella cloth 9 is fixed.

As shown in fig. 2 to 5, the umbrella ribs include a plurality of long ribs 81 and a plurality of short ribs 82, and the long ribs 81 are connected to the top of the umbrella handle 7 in a radial shape and hinged to the fixing portion 73 of the umbrella nest at the top of the umbrella handle 7. The umbrella cloth 9 is covered and fixed on the long bone 81. Each long bone 81 is further connected with the short bone 82 through a hinge 83, the hinge 83 is in a T-shaped structure, the long bone 81 is fixedly connected with the hinge 83, one end of the hinge 83 perpendicular to the long bone 81 is hinged with one end of the short bone 82, and the other end of the short bone 82 is hinged with the movable umbrella nest 71. When in use, the movable umbrella nest 71 is pulled to drive the whole umbrella ribs to be unfolded and retracted, and the umbrella cloth 9 can be opened and closed.

As shown in fig. 2 to 4, the umbrella cloth 9 has connecting pieces 84 fixed to both sides of the position line corresponding to the connecting position of each long rib 81, and may be fixed and connected in a welded manner. Two ends of the connecting sheet 84 protrude to form an adhesive part 841, and the middle of the connecting sheet 84 is sunken to form a limiting part 842; the limiting portions 842 of the connecting pieces 84 on both sides of each long bone 81 are placed in the middle of the hinge 83, and the bonding portions 841 of the connecting pieces 84 on both sides are overlapped to wrap the hinge 83 and connect both ends of the long bone 81 and fixedly connect, and this connection mode can also be a welding connection mode. The umbrella cloth 9 is connected to the umbrella ribs by the connecting sheets 84, so that the electric leakage phenomenon can be effectively avoided compared with the seam mode. As shown in fig. 8. The end of the long rib 81 is sleeved with an umbrella tail bead 85, and the umbrella tail bead 85 is fixedly connected to the turned edge 5 of the umbrella cloth 9 in a seam mode.

In order to prevent the power cord 12 from being exposed, the power cord 12 and the conductive wire 13 are packaged with an insulating tape 14 at an electrically connected position, the electrically connected position is located in the umbrella handle 7, the fixing portion 73 is pre-provided with a threading hole 731, so that the conductive wire 13 can conveniently pass through the umbrella handle 7, and similarly, the handle 6 is also internally provided with a threading hole 62, so that the power cord 12 can conveniently pass through to be electrically connected with the key switch 10. When the umbrella is used, the on-off of the current of the storage battery pack 11 and the electric transparent layer 3 in the umbrella cloth 9 is controlled by triggering the key switch 10, namely under the condition that the electric transparent layer 3 is not electrified, the whole umbrella cloth 9 is in a fuzzy and opaque state and can play a role of shading sun, and after the electric transparent layer 3 is electrified, the whole umbrella cloth 9 is in a transparent state, so that a street lamp can directly illuminate the ground through the umbrella cloth 9 when walking at night. Further, in order to prevent the occurrence of the condition that the key switch is touched by mistake, the key switch 10 is arranged at the bottom of the handle 6, the bottom of the handle 6 is also detachably connected with a sealing cover 61, and the sealing cover 61 covers the key switch 10. The connection mode of the sealing cover 61 and the handle 6 can be a screw connection structure with threads, when the key switch 10 is not needed, the sealing cover 61 is screwed and fixed at the bottom of the handle 6, and the waste of electric conduction energy caused by mistaken touch of the key switch 10 is prevented.
