1. A cabinet foot adjuster, comprising:

s4: pulling the rope body, wherein the rope body respectively comprises a first rope body and a second rope body, the first spring and the second spring respectively drive the second rotating lantern ring and the first rotating lantern ring to be in an open state, the vertical pipe bulge of the cabinet adjusting foot is inserted into the first fixing lantern ring, and the rope body is loosened, so that the first fixing lantern ring, the first rotating lantern ring and the second rotating lantern ring are in a ring shape;

s5: sleeving the second fixed lantern ring into the base station for fixing;

s6: starting the electric drill, driving the transmission shaft to rotate by the electric drill, driving the bevel gear transmission shaft to rotate by the transmission shaft, further driving the gear transmission set to rotate by the bevel gear transmission shaft, driving the base station to rotate by the gear transmission set, driving the stud to screw in/out of the vertical pipe by the base station, and achieving the purpose of adjusting the adjusting foot of the cupboard;

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of furniture cabinets, in particular to a cabinet foot regulator and a using method thereof.

Background

The bottom plate of the cabinet is provided with an adjusting foot for supporting the upper structure and adjusting the height of the cabinet. In the installation process of the cabinet, the aim of unifying the height of the cabinet body of the cabinet is achieved by adjusting the cabinet feet, namely the cabinet adjusting feet ABS, so that the service life of the table top is prolonged or the same horizontal height is kept.

Referring to fig. 1 specifically, the adjusting leg of the cabinet includes a base 1, a vertical tube 2 and a connecting plate 3 for connecting with a bottom plate of the cabinet, a sleeve 6 with a downward opening is disposed on a bottom surface of the connecting plate 3, a top end of the vertical tube 2 is sleeved in the sleeve 6, a top end surface of the vertical tube 2 is tightly pressed against a top wall of the sleeve 6, an inner thread is disposed on an inner wall of the vertical tube 2, a stud 5 is disposed on the base 1, the stud 5 of the base 1 is screwed with the inner thread of the vertical tube 2, and a user changes an overall height of the adjusting leg by rotating the stud 5. Usually, a cabinet body has four cabinet feet, two in front and back, when the cabinet feet are adjusted by an installation tool, the height is measured by a level meter to be uniform, however, when the cabinet feet at the back of the cabinet body need to be adjusted, the cabinet feet need to lie on the ground and extend into arms, the relative positions of the base 1 and the stud 5 of the cabinet feet and the vertical pipe 2 are rotated by hands, or the cabinet feet are difficult to rotate by hands at the transverse or longitudinal connection position of the cabinet.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above-mentioned problems, the present invention provides a cabinet leg adjuster, which is capable of conveniently adjusting the adjustment legs of the cabinet, and is convenient to use;

on the other hand, the use method of the cabinet foot regulator saves labor and avoids the phenomenon of difficult hand regulation.

To achieve the above and other related objects, the present invention provides a cabinet foot adjustor comprising: the supporting plate is a bracket of the regulator, the upper end of the supporting plate is provided with a handle and a guide post, a pulling mechanism is annularly arranged on the handle, and the lower end of the supporting plate is fixedly provided with a transmission sleeve provided with an axial through hole;

the foot holding mechanism is positioned at the upper end of the supporting plate and penetrates through the guide post, the foot holding mechanism comprises a first fixed lantern ring sleeved on a protrusion of the vertical pipe, the opening end of the first fixed lantern ring is hinged with two groups of rotating lantern rings, and the movable ends of the rotating lantern rings are connected to the handle through pulling mechanisms respectively;

the transmission mechanism is positioned at the lower end of the foot holding mechanism and comprises a transmission shaft penetrating through the transmission sleeve, a bevel gear transmission shaft axially connected with the transmission shaft and a gear transmission set, one end of the bevel gear transmission shaft is connected with the transmission shaft, and the other end of the bevel gear transmission shaft is provided with a bevel gear; and

the clasping mechanism comprises a second fixed lantern ring for clasping the base station, and the gear transmission group is rotationally connected with the second fixed lantern ring.

Furthermore, the gear transmission set comprises a first bevel gear fixedly arranged on the end side of the bevel gear transmission shaft, a first bevel gear meshed with the second bevel gear, a first gear coaxially arranged with the first bevel gear, a second gear meshed with the first gear, and a third gear and a fourth gear respectively meshed with the second gear, the edges of the third gear and the fourth gear surround an arc-shaped structure, and the third gear and the fourth gear penetrate through the second fixed lantern ring.

Further, the pulling mechanism comprises a first spring, a second spring, a first rope body and a second rope body, wherein the first spring penetrates through the first hinged end, the second spring penetrates through the second hinged end, the first hinged end and the second hinged end are fixedly arranged on the supporting plate respectively, and the first rope body and the second rope body are fixedly arranged on the supporting plate respectively in a bypassing mode and extend to and are wound on the handle.

Furthermore, the two ends of the first fixed lantern ring are respectively connected with the first rotating lantern ring and the second rotating lantern ring through a third hinged end and a fourth hinged end, and the arc directions of the first fixed lantern ring, the first rotating lantern ring and the second rotating lantern ring are the same.

Furthermore, both ends of the transmission shaft are provided with cross bulges, and the connecting end of the bevel gear transmission shaft and the transmission shaft is provided with a cross groove matched with the cross bulges.

Furthermore, both ends of the transmission shaft are provided with cross grooves, and the connecting end of the bevel gear transmission shaft and the transmission shaft is provided with cross bulges matched with the cross grooves.

Furthermore, a plurality of rollers are arranged at the inner edge of the second fixed lantern ring, and the central axes of the rollers are respectively arranged in parallel with the third gear and the fourth gear.

A use method of a cabinet foot regulator is characterized by comprising the following steps:

s1: a user adjusts the cabinets to be adjusted to a uniform height by using the level gauge;

s2: adjusting the height of two feet in front of the cabinet;

s3: placing the cabinet adjusting feet at two rear corners, and taking out the cabinet foot adjuster;

s4: pulling the rope body, wherein the rope body respectively comprises a first rope body and a second rope body, the first spring and the second spring respectively drive the second rotating lantern ring and the first rotating lantern ring to be in an open state, the vertical pipe bulge of the cabinet adjusting foot is inserted into the first fixing lantern ring, and the rope body is loosened, so that the first fixing lantern ring, the first rotating lantern ring and the second rotating lantern ring are in a ring shape;

s5: sleeving the second fixed lantern ring into the base station for fixing;

s6: starting the electric drill, driving the transmission shaft to rotate by the electric drill, driving the bevel gear transmission shaft to rotate by the transmission shaft, further driving the gear transmission set to rotate by the bevel gear transmission shaft, driving the base station to rotate by the gear transmission set, driving the stud to screw in/out of the vertical pipe by the base station, and achieving the purpose of adjusting the adjusting foot of the cupboard;

s7: and closing the electric drill, pulling the rope body again, and respectively taking out the cabinet adjusting feet sleeved on the first fixed lantern ring and the second fixed lantern ring.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

the invention provides a cabinet foot regulator which adopts the cooperation of a clasping mechanism and a foot clasping mechanism to realize the height regulation of a regulating foot of a regulating cabinet, transmits power to a bevel gear transmission shaft through a transmission mechanism, regulates the power direction through bevel gear transmission, transmits the power to a gear transmission group, transmits the power through the gear transmission group, and drives the clasping mechanism to clasp and rotate the regulating foot of the regulating cabinet to realize the height regulation of the regulating foot of the regulating cabinet; in addition, the foot holding mechanism adopts a guide column form for guiding, so that the guiding when the height of the cabinet adjusting foot is adjusted is ensured; the use method of the cabinet foot regulator saves labor and is convenient to operate.

Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the present invention provides a cabinet leg adjuster for adjusting the height of a cabinet adjusting leg, which mainly includes a supporting plate 22, a leg holding mechanism, a transmission mechanism and a clasping mechanism.

The supporting plate 22 is a bracket of the cabinet foot regulator and is used for supporting the whole cabinet foot regulator, the upper end of the supporting plate is provided with a handle 9 and a guide post 35, a pulling mechanism is annularly arranged on the handle 9, and the lower end of the supporting plate 22 is fixedly arranged on a transmission sleeve 10 provided with an axial through hole.

The foot holding mechanism is located at the upper end of the supporting plate 22 and penetrates through the guide post 35, the foot holding mechanism comprises a first fixed lantern ring 12 sleeved on the riser boss 4, the open end of the first fixed lantern ring 12 is hinged with two groups of rotating lantern rings, please refer to fig. 2 specifically, the two groups of lantern rings are respectively a first rotating lantern ring 17 and a second rotating lantern ring 20 in the embodiment, the first rotating lantern ring 17 and the second rotating lantern ring 20 are hinged with the first fixed lantern ring 12 through a third hinged end 13 and a fourth hinged end 25 respectively, the first fixed lantern ring 12, the first rotating lantern ring 17 and the second rotating lantern ring 20 are circularly designed in an arc shape for holding the riser boss 4 conveniently, the movable ends of the first rotating lantern ring 17 and the second rotating lantern ring 20 are connected to the handle 9 through a pulling mechanism respectively, and the first rotating lantern ring 17 and the second rotating lantern ring 20 are driven to rotate through the pulling mechanism, thereby sleeving the riser bulge 4.

The transmission mechanism is located at the lower end of the foot holding mechanism, the transmission mechanism includes a transmission shaft 34 penetrating through the transmission sleeve 10, a bevel gear transmission shaft 33 axially connected with the transmission shaft 34, and a gear transmission set, one end of the bevel gear transmission shaft 33 is connected with the transmission shaft 34, and the other end of the bevel gear transmission shaft is provided with a bevel gear, it should be noted that the outer end of the transmission shaft 34 is provided with a transmission shaft extending end 7 for facilitating connection with an external electric drill, please refer to fig. 2 and 3, where the bevel gear refers to the first bevel gear 32.

The clasping mechanism comprises a second fixed lantern ring 27 used for clasping the base platform 1, and the gear transmission group is rotationally connected with the second fixed lantern ring 27.

Further, as an embodiment of the present invention, the gear transmission set includes a first bevel gear 32 fixedly disposed on an end side of the bevel gear transmission shaft 33, a second bevel gear 31 engaged with the first bevel gear 32, a first gear 28 coaxially disposed with the second bevel gear 31, a second gear 26 engaged with the first gear 28, and a third gear 24 and a fourth gear 14 engaged with the second gear 26, respectively, wherein teeth edges of the third gear 24 and the fourth gear 14 are enclosed into an arc-shaped structure, the third gear 4 and the fourth gear 14 pass through the second fixing collar 27, the first gear 28 and the second bevel gear 31 rotate coaxially through a second transmission shaft 30, the second gear 26 is disposed on the first transmission shaft 29, and the first transmission shaft 29 and the second transmission shaft 30 are respectively rotatable relative to the supporting plate 22.

Further, as a specific embodiment of the present invention, both ends of the transmission shaft 34 are provided with cross protrusions 8, and the connection end of the bevel gear transmission shaft 33 and the transmission shaft 34 is provided with a cross groove adapted to the cross protrusions 8.

s5: sleeving the second fixed lantern ring 27 into the base station 1 for fixing;

s6: starting the electric drill, driving the transmission shaft 34 to rotate by the electric drill, driving the bevel gear transmission shaft 33 to rotate by the transmission shaft 34, further driving the gear transmission set to rotate by the bevel gear transmission shaft 33, driving the base station 1 to rotate by the gear transmission set, driving the stud 5 to be screwed in/out of the vertical pipe 2 by the base station 1, and achieving the purpose of adjusting the adjustment feet of the cabinet;

s7: the electric drill is turned off, the rope body 36 is pulled again, and the cabinet adjusting feet sleeved on the first fixing lantern ring 12 and the second fixing lantern ring 27 are respectively taken out.

(1) the invention provides a cabinet foot regulator which adopts the cooperation of a clasping mechanism and a foot clasping mechanism to realize the height regulation of a regulating foot of a regulating cabinet, transmits power to a bevel gear transmission shaft through a transmission mechanism, regulates the power direction through bevel gear transmission, transmits the power to a gear transmission group, transmits the power through the gear transmission group, and drives the clasping mechanism to clasp and rotate the regulating foot of the regulating cabinet to realize the height regulation of the regulating foot of the regulating cabinet;
