Background

In the medical field of minimally invasive interventional therapy, puncture needles with different functions produce different treatment effects. Such as: puncture needles for soft tissue puncture or bone marrow puncture are available in the puncture needles used at present; in the radio frequency thermal coagulation, the radio frequency needle can introduce radio frequency energy to heat and coagulate tissues; a biopsy needle may be used for biopsy of soft tissue, and the like.

The radio frequency heat coagulation is a mode which emits high-frequency radio frequency current through a magnetic field, the radio frequency current generates a changing magnetic field at the end part of a radio frequency needle core, so that molecules in target tissue covered by the magnetic field move to generate heat through friction, and the heat coagulation damages the target tissue area.

At present, the treatment mode usually needs a radiofrequency needle and a radiofrequency electrode two-set apparatus to be matched for use, firstly, the radiofrequency needle is utilized for puncture, after the radiofrequency needle is basically in place, a needle core is drawn out, then the radiofrequency electrode is inserted into a needle tube, the end part of the radiofrequency needle conducts radiofrequency energy, and radiofrequency heat coagulation treatment is carried out on a target nerve node. In the actual operation process, the problem that the radio frequency needle is far away from the target nerve node, the operation effect is reduced, even the operation is failed, and the radio frequency needle is close to the target nerve node and easily damages the nerve exists. Meanwhile, before, during or after the radio frequency thermosetting operation, liquid medicine may need to be injected or tissue fluid in or near the target tissue needs to be drained, so that the radio frequency electrode needs to be withdrawn for medicine injection or drainage, and the complexity of the operation is increased. This not only lengthens the procedure, but also causes greater trauma and pain to the patient.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve the defects in the prior art and provide the radio frequency sleeve which is simple and convenient to operate, efficient and safe and integrates the radio frequency needle, the radio frequency electrode, the medicine injection needle and the drainage needle into a whole.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides an integrated rf sheath, comprising an rf outer sheath and an rf inner core; the radio frequency inner core penetrates through the radio frequency outer sleeve; the radio frequency outer sleeve comprises a needle tube and a connector connected with the needle tube; the radio-frequency inner core is made into a radio-frequency electrode and comprises an inner core body and an inner core handle connected with the inner core body; one end of the connector is provided with a connecting hole connected with the needle tube; the side surface of the connector comprises a lateral connector; one end of the needle tube, which is far away from the connector, is provided with a bending part; the bending part is provided with at least one side hole.

As an improvement to the above technical solution, the needle tube is a conductive metal tube; and an insulating layer covers the surface of one end, close to the connector, of the outer surface of the needle tube.

As an improvement to the technical scheme, the other end of the connector is a medical conical hole.

As an improvement on the technical scheme, the inner core body contains at least two inner core wires.

As an improvement to the technical scheme, the needle point of the needle tube is in the shape of a single bevel, a plurality of bevels, a cone or a hemisphere.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the tip of the needle tube is provided with a bending part, the bending part is provided with at least one side hole, when a radio frequency inner core penetrates through a radio frequency outer sleeve, the radio frequency inner core can penetrate out of the side hole, a Y-shaped radio frequency area is formed by the radio frequency inner core extending out of the side hole and the radio frequency inner core in the bending part, and the range of the radio frequency area is enlarged; meanwhile, in the puncture operation, the lateral connector is directly connected with the catheter or the medical connector without pulling out the radio-frequency electrode, so that the tissue fluid drainage or injection operation is completed, and the puncture operation is convenient and efficient.

The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to specific embodiments shown in the drawings. As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the present invention provides an integrated rf sheath, comprising an rf outer sheath 10 and an rf inner core 20; the radio frequency inner core 20 passes through the radio frequency outer sleeve 10; the radio frequency outer sleeve 10 comprises a needle tube 12 and a connector 11 connected with the needle tube 12; the radiofrequency inner core 20 is made into a radiofrequency electrode, and the radiofrequency inner core 20 comprises an inner core body 21 and an inner core handle 22 connected with the inner core body 21; one end of the connector 11 is provided with a connecting hole 112 connected with the needle tube 12; the side of the connecting head 11 comprises a lateral joint 111; one end of the needle tube 12, which is far away from the connector 11, is provided with a bent part; the bending part is provided with at least one side hole 121. When the rf inner core 20 passes through the rf outer sheath 10, it can pass through the side hole 121, so as to expand the rf action space.

With the above embodiment, the tip of the needle tube 12 of the present invention has a bending portion, the bending portion has at least one side hole, the rf core 20 can penetrate through the side hole 121 after penetrating through the rf outer sheath 10, and the rf core 20 protruding through the side hole 121 and the rf core in the bending portion form a "Y" shaped rf area, which enlarges the range of the rf area; meanwhile, by adding the lateral connector 111, the radio-frequency electrode does not need to be pulled out in the puncture operation, the lateral connector 111 can be directly used for being connected with a catheter or a medical connector, the tissue fluid drainage or drug injection operation is completed, and the operation is convenient and efficient; the core body 21 may be used to prevent tissue embedment as the needle cannula 12 enters the target tissue.

In the above embodiment, it is preferable that the needle tube 12 is a conductive metal tube; the outer surface of the needle tube 12 close to one end surface of the connector 11 is covered with an insulating layer, and radio frequency signals can be conducted along the needle tube 12.

In the above embodiment, preferably, the other end of the connector 11 is a medical taper hole.

In the above embodiment, it is preferable that the core body 21 includes not less than two core wires 211. The inner core body 21 can be connected with a radio frequency therapeutic apparatus through the inner core handle 22, and the radio frequency inner core 20 can be used for electrophysiological monitoring, temperature monitoring, electrical stimulation and radio frequency conduction after being connected with the radio frequency outer sleeve 10 and the radio frequency therapeutic apparatus.

In the above embodiments, the needle tip of the needle tube 12 is preferably shaped as a single bevel, multiple bevels, a cone, or a hemisphere.
