A radio frequency ablation electrode, characterized by: the electrode comprises a needle body part and a handle part, wherein the handle part comprises a handle and an insert arranged in the handle, the needle body part comprises a central electrode, an insulating layer tightly covering the surface of the central electrode and an outer layer pipe tightly covering the outside of the insulating layer, the central electrode comprises an electrode tip and a connecting pipe connected with the electrode tip, and the connecting pipe is connected with the handle part.

A radio frequency ablation electrode according to claim 1, wherein: the needle body portion further includes an optical locating assembly of four marker pellets secured to the needle body portion such that the location of the radiofrequency ablation electrode is obtained from the marker locations presented during use.

3. A radio frequency ablation electrode according to claim 2, wherein: the small labeling balls are integrated on the electrode head.

A radio frequency ablation electrode according to claim 1, wherein: the connecting pipe is in threaded connection with the electrode tip, and meanwhile, the connecting pipe further comprises an auxiliary connecting pipe which is made of the same material and has the same internal structure as the connecting pipe, so that the length of the integral central electrode is increased.

5. A radio frequency ablation electrode according to claim 1, wherein: the connecting pipe is internally provided with a plurality of channels which are respectively used for the circulation of different fluids.

6. A radio frequency ablation electrode according to claim 1, wherein: the connecting pipe is internally divided into a plurality of channels by partition plates, and the partition plates and the connecting pipe are integrally formed.

7. A radio frequency ablation electrode according to claim 1, wherein: the temperature measuring device further comprises a temperature measuring sensor, and the temperature measuring sensor is arranged on the needle body part.

A radio frequency ablation electrode according to claim 6, wherein: at least three channels are arranged in the connecting pipe, and the channels are respectively a cooling fluid inlet channel, a cooling fluid outlet channel and a liquid injection channel, wherein the cooling fluid is cooling water or cooling gas.

9. A radio frequency ablation electrode according to claim 8, wherein: an integrated liquid drainage channel is also arranged in the connecting pipe, wherein the body liquid drainage channel and the liquid injection channel share the same channel or are separately provided with a channel.

10. A radio frequency ablation electrode according to claim 1, wherein: the electrode head is in a triangular pyramid shape, an umbrella shape or a multi-layer umbrella shape.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of medical equipment, in particular to a radio frequency ablation electrode.

Background

The radio frequency ablation electrode needle is a key component in a radio frequency ablation treatment system and plays a crucial role in the effect of radio frequency ablation treatment. The prior art has developed a wide variety of radio frequency electrodes. The electrode setting is of a single-needle single-electrode type, a multi-needle single-electrode type, a single-needle double-electrode type and the like; some devices are provided with a circulating water cooling function, a function of injecting liquid into tissues, a temperature detection device for temperature control, and the like. The various radio frequency ablation electrode needles are often outstanding in function in some aspect and poor in comprehensive function, and are limited or inconvenient to use in practical use.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art, it is an object of the present invention to provide a radiofrequency ablation electrode that integrates multiple functions, thereby making it possible to apply to various applications by means of the radiofrequency ablation electrode.

In order to achieve the above and other related objects, the present invention provides a radio frequency ablation electrode, including a needle portion and a handle portion, wherein the handle portion includes a handle and an insert disposed inside the handle, the needle portion includes a central electrode, an insulating layer tightly covering the surface of the central electrode, and an outer tube tightly covering the outside of the insulating layer, the central electrode includes an electrode head and a connecting tube connected to the electrode head, and the connecting tube is connected to the handle portion.

Further, the needle body part also comprises an optical positioning component, and the optical positioning component is four marking small balls fixed on the needle body part, so that the position of the radio frequency ablation electrode is obtained from the marking position presented in the using process.

Furthermore, the small labeling balls are integrated on the electrode head.

Furthermore, the connecting pipe is in threaded connection with the electrode tip, and meanwhile, the connecting pipe further comprises an auxiliary connecting pipe which is made of the same material and has the same internal structure as the connecting pipe, so that the length of the integral central electrode is increased.

Furthermore, a plurality of channels are arranged in the connecting pipe and are respectively used for the circulation of different fluids.

Furthermore, the connecting pipe is internally divided into a plurality of channels by partition plates, and the partition plates and the connecting pipe are integrally formed.

Furthermore, the temperature measuring device also comprises a temperature measuring sensor which is arranged on the needle body part.

Furthermore, at least three channels are arranged in the connecting pipe, wherein the channels are a cooling fluid inlet channel, a cooling fluid outlet channel and a liquid injection channel, and the cooling fluid is cooling water or cooling gas.

Furthermore, an integrated liquid drainage channel is also arranged in the connecting pipe, wherein the body liquid drainage channel and the liquid injection channel share the same channel or are separately provided with another channel.

Further, the shape of the electrode tip is a triangular pyramid shape, an umbrella shape or a multilayer umbrella shape.

Further, the handle part is straight or provided with an arc handle.

As mentioned above, a radio frequency ablation electrode of the present invention,

1. the radiofrequency ablation electrode integrates various common functions, so that the radiofrequency ablation electrode can be applied to various occasions, and the application range of the radiofrequency ablation electrode is expanded.

2. The radio frequency ablation electrode is integrated with the optical mark point, so that the operation can be navigated through the optical mark point in the using process, and the operation can be performed more accurately.

3. Through threaded connection between connecting pipe and the electrode tip, when any one of them equipment of needs change, only need take off the change, unlike prior art, formula structure as an organic whole through threaded connection between the two to very big saving the cost.

The following description of the embodiments of the present invention is provided for illustrative purposes, and other advantages and effects of the present invention will become apparent to those skilled in the art from the present disclosure.

It should be understood that the structures, ratios, sizes, and the like shown in the drawings and described in the specification are only used for matching with the disclosure of the specification, so as to be understood and read by those skilled in the art, and are not used to limit the conditions under which the present invention can be implemented, so that the present invention has no technical significance, and any structural modification, ratio relationship change, or size adjustment should still fall within the scope of the present invention without affecting the efficacy and the achievable purpose of the present invention. In the present embodiment, the marking pellet is integrated on the electrode head 5.

In this embodiment, the connection pipe 4 is screwed to the electrode tip 5, and a sub-connection pipe 7 having the same material and the same inner structure as the connection pipe 4 is further included to increase the length of the entire center electrode 1.

In the present embodiment, the inside of the connection pipe 4 is divided into a plurality of passages by the partition plate 8 formed integrally with the connection pipe 4, and the plurality of passages are used for the passage of different fluids.

In this embodiment, the needle assembly further comprises a temperature sensor disposed on the needle body.

In the present embodiment, four channels are disposed in the connecting tube 4, which are a cooling gas inlet channel 9, a cooling gas outlet channel 10, a liquid injection channel 11, and a body fluid drainage channel 12, respectively, wherein the cooling fluid is cooling gas.

In the present embodiment, the tip 5 has a triangular pyramid shape.

In this embodiment, the handle 6 is partially straight.
