Referring to fig. 1 to 5, the edge banding device of the full-automatic vertical folding mask production equipment comprises a clamping mechanism 1 for clamping a mask body, a folding mechanism 2 for folding the mask body in half, a transfer mechanism 3 for transferring the folded mask body to an edge banding station, and an edge banding mechanism 4 for performing edge banding on the mask locally.

The transfer mechanism 3 is arranged above the clamping mechanism 1 and comprises a clamping mechanism for clamping the folded mask body and a clamping driving mechanism for driving the clamping mechanism to move to the edge sealing station, wherein the clamping mechanism comprises a first clamping block 3-1, a second clamping block 3-2 and a clamping cylinder 3-3 for driving the first clamping block 3-1 and the second clamping block 3-2 to clamp or loosen, and an expansion rod of the clamping cylinder 3-3 is respectively connected with the first clamping block 3-1 and the second clamping block 3-2; the clamping driving mechanism comprises a first support 3-4 arranged on the forming plate 1-2 and a linear air cylinder 3-5 arranged on the first support 3-4, wherein the linear air cylinder 3-5 is arranged on the first support 3-4, and an expansion rod of the linear air cylinder 3-5 is connected with a cylinder body of the clamping air cylinder 3-3 through a connecting block 3-6. When the linear cylinder 3-5 drives the clamping mechanism to vertically move to the folded mask body, the clamping cylinder 3-3 drives the first clamping block 3-1 and the second clamping block 3-2 to oppositely move, so that the folded mask is clamped; then the linear air cylinders 3-5 drive the clamping mechanism to vertically move to the edge sealing station, and the edge sealing mechanism 4 seals the edge of the mask body. In this embodiment, the linear cylinders 3-5 of the present invention may be replaced with a motor and screw drive mechanism.

The edge sealing mechanism 4 comprises an edge sealing movable die 4-1, an ultrasonic welding head 4-2 arranged opposite to the edge sealing movable die 4-1 and an edge sealing driving mechanism for driving the edge sealing movable die 4-1 to move, wherein the edge sealing driving mechanism comprises a second bracket 4-3 and a driving cylinder 4-4 arranged on the second bracket 4-3, the driving cylinder 4-4 is arranged on the second bracket 4-3, and a telescopic rod of the driving cylinder 4-4 is connected with the edge sealing movable die 4-1; and transverse guide mechanisms 4-5 are further arranged between the edge sealing movable die 4-1 and the second support 4-3, the transverse guide mechanisms 4-5 are four groups, each group comprises a guide sleeve arranged on the second support 4-3 and a guide rod arranged on the edge sealing movable die 4-1, and the guide rods are arranged on the guide sleeves. The edge sealing movable die 4-1 is driven to move by the driving cylinder 4-4, so that the folded mask body is tightly pressed at the ultrasonic welding joint, and the edge sealing process of the mask body is completed.

Referring to fig. 1-5, the avoiding groove in the forming plate 1-2 is a forming groove, and the pair of folding plates 2-1 push the mask body to pass through the forming groove.
