A second embodiment of the present invention provides a vegetable oil production control method of the vegetable oil squeezing production control system, including: (1) determining the optimal pressing temperature of different types of vegetable oil raw materials, and storing the optimal pressing temperature in a storage part; (2) calibrating the corresponding control relation between the current and the heating temperature of a pressing motor of the oil press for different vegetable oil raw materials; wherein, for a specific type of vegetable oil raw material, under a standard working condition, a constant current is applied to a pressing motor of the oil press through a constant current power supply, the heating temperature is adjusted to stabilize the temperature in a barrel of the oil press at an optimal heating temperature, and then the heating temperature is a control heating temperature corresponding to the constant current; (3) adding vegetable oil raw materials into an oil press, and heating to the optimal pressing temperature; (4) detecting the current of a pressing motor of the oil press; (5) and (3) adjusting the heating temperature in real time according to the real-time current of the squeezing motor and the corresponding control relation between the current of the squeezing motor and the heating temperature in the step (2).
