Background

Aerobic composting is the decomposition and conversion of organic matters in garbage into CO under the condition that the nutrient, moisture and ventilation conditions are suitable for microbial communities2,H2O, inorganic matter and biological cell matter, while releasing energy and reforming solid waste into stable humus. Aerobic composting is a process that under aerobic conditions, aerobic microorganisms decompose and oxidize a part of organic matters into simple inorganic matters through own catabolism and anabolism processes, so as to obtain energy required by metabolism of the microorganisms, and simultaneously convert a part of the organic matters into new cell matters, so that the microorganisms grow and reproduce, and more organisms are generated.

Water bath regulation and control are applied to experimental equipment such as a constant-temperature water bath kettle, a water bath constant-temperature oscillator, a constant-temperature water bath box and the like in a laboratory at present.

The composting reactor equipment has the functions of improving and promoting microbial metabolism, facilities or operations such as turning, aeration stirring, mixing, assisting ventilation and the like are operated to control the temperature and the water content of a compost body in the fermentation process, and meanwhile, the problems of material movement and material discharging are solved in the reactor composting, so that the aims of improving the fermentation rate, shortening the fermentation period and realizing mechanical production are finally fulfilled. The reactor composting processes operate similarly to static composting processes, e.g., they all employ forced air, little or no turning, etc. The reactor composting comprises a silo type composting reactor, a tower type composting reactor, a drum type composting reactor, a stirring box composting reactor, a circular stirring bed composting reactor, a tunnel kiln type composting reactor and the like, and the reactors have large occupied area and high manufacturing cost and are not suitable for composting experiments in limited areas of laboratories.

Detailed Description

The technical solution of the present invention is further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples.

The micro water bath regulation aerobic composting reactor shown in figure 1 comprises:

the water bath container 1 is characterized in that a water bath air passage 2 is arranged at the bottom of the water bath container 1, the water bath container 1 is in a 30 cm-30 cm cube shape and used for storing water, the water bath container is made of stainless steel, and the water bath container is good in sealing and heat insulation, is corrosion-resistant overall and particularly rusts. The water guide pipe 12 is arranged, one end of the water guide pipe extends into the gap, the other end of the water guide pipe extends out of the fermentation tank and is connected with the water absorption device 13, and the water absorption device can be directly realized by adopting an ear washing ball. The lower port of the tank body 302 is wound by rubber, so that no gap is formed when the tank body is sleeved with the bottom surface of the tank bottom 301, and sealing is realized. When external liquid is sealed improperly and seeps into the gap, or water in the fermentation tank flows into the gap from the top inclined wall, the accumulated water in the gap is sucked out by the water guide pipe 12 and the water sucking device 13.

A water temperature probe 5 is arranged in the water bath container 1 and used for controlling the water temperature, the controllable range is 25-100 ℃, a digital display thermometer is adopted, an integrated circuit is used, and the water bath container has a waterproof function.

A material temperature probe 6, a water content probe 14 and a pH probe 15 are arranged in the fermentation tank, and an air outlet 7 and a data acquisition port 8 are arranged at the same time; the material temperature probe 6 is used for controlling the material temperature, the water bath temperature changes along with the temperature of the stack body, and the temperature error is controlled to be 1 ℃. The control panel 9 is arranged outside and connected with the water temperature probe 5, the object temperature probe 6, the water content probe 14 and the pH probe 15 to display the measured data, so that the sample composting process can be observed conveniently.

The reactor of the embodiment has small volume and very high requirement on the precision of container materials;the reactor has small volume and does not need stirring function. The aeration mode adopts forced ventilation, and the recommended aeration parameter is 0.05-0.2m according to the technical specification of domestic waste compost treatment CJJ 52-2014 standard formulated in China3·min-1·m-3The organic substance has a conversion value of 0.22-0.88L/min/kg, and 150-200 g of material can be added into 500ml of effective volume, i.e. 0.066-0.352L/min/kg.
