The service life of a hydraulic end in the plunger pump is the key point influencing construction, fracturing fluid or sand carrying fluid enters through a low-pressure port of the hydraulic end, and media in a valve box of the hydraulic end are pressurized in the reciprocating motion of the plunger and enter the bottom of a well through a high-pressure pipeline. In the operation process, the main damage form of hydraulic end is that the valve box appears the fracture and the sealed face wearing and tearing of valve box, if high-pressure liquid reveals, all has very big influence to personal safety and operating efficiency. Through analysis, the valve box is mainly because the valve box inner wall is fluted and leads to intersecting line department to produce great stress, and the valve box sealed face is because the sealing washer produces wearing and tearing and inefficacy to the valve box fast wriggling under the liquid alternating load effect. Both of these issues must be addressed to increase the useful life of the fluid end.

The cross section of the fin 12 is a conical surface. The design of the conical fin 12 can well fix the valve spring seat 5 on the valve box 1 to play a role in limiting.

The end surface of the plunger 2 is arc-shaped. Specifically, the end surface of the plunger 2 is in an outer arc shape. When the plunger 2 moves towards the suction gland 8 at a high speed in the packing cavity, fluid between the plunger 2 and the suction gland 8 is rapidly compressed, the cambered surface of the plunger 2 helps the fluid to be dispersed around in time, on one hand, stress of the suction gland 8 and the suction gland 9 can be reduced, and on the other hand, cavitation damage of the plunger 2 and the valve box 1 is greatly reduced.

The end surface of the suction gland 8 is arc-shaped. The end surface of the suction gland 8 is in an inner arc shape.

A limiting bulge 16 extends from the inner arc-shaped end surface of the suction gland 8, the limiting bulge 16 is used for limiting the fin 12 of the valve spring seat 5, and the valve spring seat 5 is prevented from rotating and being separated from the accommodating cavity 15 under the impact of liquid.

The limiting protrusion 16 may be a small segment of ring shape, or may be a complete ring shape, and when the limiting protrusion is a ring shape, a through hole 17 may be formed on the limiting protrusion 16. The through hole 17 is convenient for the circulation of the sucked fluid, avoids the sucked fluid from impacting the limiting bulge 16 in the pressurizing process, simultaneously reduces the change of the fluid flow direction as much as possible, avoids the impact of the fluid diversion on the suction gland 8 and the valve box 1, and also protects the suction gland 8 and the valve box 1 in the diversion way.

The discharge gland 6 is connected with the valve box 1 in a sealing mode through a first sealing ring 10, and the first sealing ring 10 is embedded on the valve box 1. The first seal ring 10 is a D-shaped seal ring. The suction gland 8 is connected with the valve box 1 in a sealing mode through a second sealing ring 11, and the second sealing ring 11 is embedded on the valve box 1. The second sealing ring 11 is a D-shaped sealing ring. The first sealing ring 10 and the second sealing ring 11 are arranged on the valve box 1, so that abrasion is transferred to wearing parts (the suction gland 8 and the discharge gland 6), and under the action of high-pressure alternating load, the first sealing ring 10 and the second sealing ring 11 respectively abrade the suction gland 8 and the discharge gland 6 without abrading the valve box 1, thereby protecting the sealing surface of the valve box 1 and prolonging the service life of the valve box 1.
