Oil flows from the rubber reservoir 2 to the oil outlet space 4 between the inner membrane 5 and the valve body 1. Forcing the inner membrane 5 to move reversely and pushing the steel ball 21 into the copper sealing sleeve 11, the copper sealing sleeve 11 and the water outlet 10 which are mutually attached can ensure the tightness and firmness of connection between the two, and ensure the water-passing and blocking effect of the steel ball 21 on the copper sealing sleeve 11, and meanwhile, the integrated structure has good stability, so that the condition that the use effect is influenced due to the looseness of the copper sealing sleeve 11 under the condition of long-term use cannot occur. The ball 21 blocks the flow of water through the valve and the pump starts pumping liquid out of the sump. When the valve body 1 is closed, the negative pressure is instantaneously converted into overpressure. The inner membrane 5 and the oil are forced to return to their initial positions, and the steel ball 21 returns to the initial position, thus completing the use process of the backwash valve for the whole pump station.
