The method has the disadvantages of large engineering quantity and high investment, not only damages the existing infrastructure, but also easily causes large-area traffic jam, seriously causes normal work and life of residents, and damages the environment to cause pollution;

the pipe cracking method (pipe expansion method) is to use a drilling machine with a pipe cracking head to crush an old pipeline, extrude the fragments of the pipeline into the surrounding soil, and pull in a new pipeline at the same time, thereby completing the processes of old pipe abandonment and new pipe laying at one time; the method has the disadvantages that the extrusion and vibration during crushing of the old pipe can cause public hazard to buildings around the city, crude oil slurry and other waste dirt in the crushed old pipe and the pipeline remain in soil to pollute the surface soil layer, and part of substances which are not easy to degrade can influence the plant growth and the ecological environment.

Therefore, how to take out the underground pipeline from the underground in a non-excavation mode to realize the replacement and repair of the pipeline in the true sense is a technical problem which needs to be solved urgently at present, the pipeline is buried underground all the year round, the soil layer around the pipeline can generate very stable extrusion on the pipeline under the action of gravity, the traditional non-development pipe drawing process is adopted, the extrusion force of the soil layer on the pipeline cannot be overcome, the pipeline is smoothly drawn out, the technical key for taking out the old pipeline in the non-excavation mode is realized, and the extrusion force of the soil layer around the pipeline is solved.

Preferably, in the step (2), the ring-cutting bit is a ring bit capable of rotary cutting, and the inner diameter of the ring bit is slightly larger than the outer diameter of the old pipeline to be replaced.

The invention also provides a circular cutting tube drawing drill which has simple structure and novel design and realizes circular cutting drilling along a pipeline, and the circular cutting tube drawing drill adopts a double-drill-rod driving mode, thereby not only improving the drilling power, but also ensuring the drilling stability of the drill; according to the invention, the cutting drill bits are arranged on the first drill rod and the second drill rod and work together with the ring cutting drill bit, so that the drilling efficiency is further improved.
