(1) condensed water with steam in an external steam pipeline 3 enters a drainage water tank 1 through a water inlet pipeline 2, the condensed water is settled at the lower part of the drainage water tank 1, the steam in the condensed water floats at the upper part of the drainage water tank 1, and a liquid level meter 7 detects the water level in the drainage water tank 1 in real time;

(2) when the water level in the drainage water tank 1 is higher than the preset lowest water level, the drainage regulating valve 6 starts to be opened, water in the drainage water tank 1 is discharged outwards from the bottom of the drainage water tank 1 through the drainage pipeline 5, the opening degree of the drainage regulating valve 6 is increased along with the rise of the water level of the drainage water tank 1, and the drainage regulating valve 6 is opened to the maximum opening degree until the water level of the drainage water tank 1 reaches the preset highest water level;

(3) and after the water level in the drainage water tank 1 is lower than the preset minimum water level, the drainage regulating valve 6 is closed, and the water is stopped being discharged outwards.

The corresponding relation between the opening of the drainage regulating valve 6 and the water level in the drainage water tank 1 is as follows: dividing the height between a preset highest water level and a preset lowest water level into 100 equal parts, dividing the opening between the maximum opening and the minimum opening (namely valve closing) of the drainage regulating valve 6 into 100 equal parts, corresponding the height of the 100 equal parts to the opening of the 100 equal parts one by one, closing the drainage regulating valve 6 after the water level of the drainage water tank 1 is lower than the preset lowest water level, opening the drainage regulating valve 6 after the water level of the drainage water tank 1 is higher than the preset lowest water level, matching the opening with the height corresponding to the water level, wherein the higher the water level is, the larger the opening of the drainage valve is until the water level of the drainage water tank 1 reaches the preset highest water level, and opening the maximum opening of the drainage regulating valve 6 to realize automatic and dynamic; after the water level of the drainage water tank 1 is lower than the preset highest water level, the opening degree of the drainage regulating valve 6 is reduced, the opening degree is matched with the height corresponding to the water level, the lower the water level is, the smaller the opening degree of the drainage valve is, and the drainage regulating valve 6 is closed and stops drainage until the water level of the drainage water tank 1 is lower than the preset lowest water level.
