A use method of an intelligent power frequency converter specifically comprises the following steps:

the fifth step: after sound-proof housing 40 cup joints in converter main part 1 outside position, conductive ball 47 extrudes in the converter main part 1 outside, and flexure strip 48 makes conductive ball 47 hug closely in converter main part 1 outside, when converter main part 1 electric leakage or produce static, with electric power through conductive ball 47, conducting rod 46, flexure strip 48 leading-in iron chain 5 inside, then through iron chain 5 leading-in underground position, prevent the harm that static and electric leakage caused.
