1. A connector comprising a connector head for wire connection to a first mounted board component and a connector receptacle for wire connection to a second mounted board component, wherein:

the connector head is provided with a plug part, the connector seat is provided with a socket part, the plug part fixed on the first mounting plate is opposite to the socket part fixed on the second mounting plate, so that the first mounting plate and the second mounting plate are mutually inserted and separated when the first mounting plate and/or the second mounting plate are disassembled.

2. The connector according to claim 1, wherein the plug portion is a convex portion in which a male terminal is present, and the socket portion is a concave portion in which a female terminal is present, or the plug portion is a convex portion in which a female terminal is present, and the socket portion is a concave portion in which a male terminal is present; and the male portion is insertable into the female portion to couple the male terminal and the female terminal.

3. A connector according to claim 1 or 2, wherein a first fixing portion is present on the connector head for releasable connection with the first mounting plate, and a second fixing portion is present on the connector housing for releasable connection with the second mounting plate.

4. The connector of claim 3, wherein the first fixing portion and/or the second fixing portion is a connecting plate which is fixed in contact with the corresponding mounting plate.

5. The connector of claim 1 or 2, wherein there are wire passing positions on both the connector head and the connector holder for passing wires of the corresponding mounted board component to electrically connect with the plug portion or the socket portion.

The connector of claim 3, wherein there are wire passing positions on both the connector head and the connector holder, the wire passing positions mounted on the upper mounting plate are wire passing holes provided on the respective fixing portions, and the wire passing positions mounted on the lower mounting plate are wire passing grooves opened toward the side of the connector head or the connector holder.

7. The connector of claim 6, wherein the wire guide slot extends along a length of the plug portion or the socket portion.

8. The connector of claim 3, wherein the first or second retention portion has an arcuate opening for receiving a hand-grip force.

9. A multi-layer electrical cabinet comprising a first mounting plate, a second mounting plate, said first mounting plate and said second mounting plate having a connector as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8 present thereon.

10. The multi-layer electrical cabinet according to claim 9, wherein the connector head and the connector seat are each disposed on a respective mounting plate at a location proximate to an inner side wall of the electrical cabinet.

The electrical multilayer cabinet according to claim 9 or 10, wherein the first mounting plate is located above the second mounting plate, the connector head is disposed on an upper portion of the first mounting plate and has a through hole for the plug portion to pass through, the connector seat is disposed on an upper surface of the second mounting plate, and a height of the plug portion and the socket portion after being butted is adapted to a distance between the first mounting plate and the second mounting plate.

The invention relates to the technical field of electric cabinets, in particular to a connector and a multilayer electric cabinet.

Background

The electric cabinet is used as equipment for controlling electricity, and the installation, maintenance and management of the electric cabinet are effective measures for effectively reducing electrical faults and ensuring the electricity utilization safety. In order to meet the use requirements of customers for realizing multiple occasions and multiple applications, the types of the electric cabinets are gradually increased, and the functions are also continuously improved. When the electric control box is limited in space, the multilayer electric control boxes can be listed in the consideration range.

The applicant has found that the prior art has at least the following technical problems: there are a plurality of components and parts on every layer of mounting panel in the multilayer electric cabinet, need many connecting wires to pass the mounting panel and connect alone in proper order when working a telephone switchboard to two-layer mounting panel components and parts, not only the mode of working a telephone switchboard is loaded down with trivial details, the difficulty, and causes the electric cabinet installation to dismantle the difficulty. And because the multilayer electric cabinet has the defects of difficult disassembly and the like, the multilayer electric cabinet cannot be widely applied to actual production.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a connector and a multilayer electric cabinet, which aim to solve the technical problem that wires in the multilayer electric cabinet are difficult to disassemble and assemble in the prior art; the technical effects that can be produced by the preferred technical scheme in the technical schemes provided by the invention are described in detail in the following.

Preferably, the plug portion is a convex portion having a male terminal therein, and the socket portion is a concave portion having a female terminal therein, or the plug portion is a convex portion having a female terminal therein, and the socket portion is a concave portion having a male terminal therein; and the male portion is insertable into the female portion to couple the male terminal and the female terminal.

Preferably, a first fixing portion for detachable connection with the first mounting plate is provided on the connector head, and a second fixing portion for detachable connection with the second mounting plate is provided on the connector holder.

Preferably, the first fixing portion and/or the second fixing portion are/is a connecting plate which is fixedly attached to the corresponding mounting plate.

Preferably, wire passing positions are arranged on the connector head and the connector seat, and are used for leading wires of corresponding mounting plate components to pass through so as to be electrically connected with the plug part or the socket part.

Preferably, the connector head and the connector seat are both provided with wire passing positions, the wire passing positions assembled on the upper mounting plate are wire passing holes formed in corresponding fixing parts, and the wire passing positions assembled on the lower mounting plate are wire passing grooves facing the connector head or the side opening of the connector seat.

Preferably, the wire passage groove extends along a length direction of the plug portion or the socket portion.

Preferably, the first fixing portion or the second fixing portion has an arc-shaped opening for applying force by holding.

The invention also provides a multilayer electric cabinet which at least comprises the first mounting plate, the second mounting plate and the connector.

Preferably, the connector head and the connector seat are both arranged on the corresponding mounting plate at a position close to the inner side wall of the electric cabinet.

Preferably, the first mounting plate is located above the second mounting plate, the connector head is disposed on an upper portion of the first mounting plate, a through hole for the plug portion to pass through is formed in the first mounting plate, the connector seat is disposed on an upper surface of the second mounting plate, and a height of the plug portion after being butted with the socket portion is adapted to a distance between the first mounting plate and the second mounting plate.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:

1. according to the connector provided by the invention, the connector head and the connector seat are respectively used for being fixed on the first mounting plate and the second mounting plate in the electric cabinet and are respectively connected with the corresponding components through wires, when the two mounting plates are assembled, the plug part and the socket part are in butt joint, and the wiring of the components of the two mounting plates is completed; when one of the mounting plates is dismounted, the plug part and the socket part can be separated to realize the dismounting of the two-layer mounting plate component circuit. The connector is simple and convenient to install, facilitates the installation and the disassembly of circuits in the multilayer electric cabinet, and improves the loading and unloading efficiency.

2. The multilayer electric cabinet provided by the invention has the advantages of simple and convenient installation, convenience for installing and disassembling the circuits in the multilayer electric cabinet and improvement of the assembling and disassembling efficiency due to the connector.
