3. The intelligent power supply and distribution system according to claim 1, wherein surge protectors are arranged in the power distribution cabinet and the power distribution box, and the surge protectors are in communication connection with the monitoring system.

The intelligent power supply and distribution system according to claim 1, wherein the intelligent frame circuit breaker comprises a first shell, an intelligent controller, a contact mechanism, a first handle, an undervoltage release, an electric operating mechanism, a shunt release and a first detection mechanism, the intelligent controller is respectively connected with the first detection mechanism, the electric operating mechanism and the shunt release, the intelligent controller comprises a first microprocessor and a first communication port, and the intelligent controller is in communication connection with the monitoring system.

The intelligent power supply and distribution system according to claim 1, wherein the intelligent miniature circuit breaker comprises a second shell, a second handle, a breaking link mechanism, an electromagnetic release, a moving contact, a fixed contact, an arc extinguishing grid, a bimetallic strip, a second detection mechanism, an electromagnetic driving mechanism and a main control board, the main control board is connected with the second detection mechanism and the electromagnetic driving mechanism, the electromagnetic driving mechanism is in driving connection with the moving contact, the main control board comprises a second microprocessor and a second communication port, and the main control board is in communication connection with the monitoring system.

Technical Field

Background

With the development of society and the progress of industry, the demand of civil and industrial electricity is continuously increasing, and meanwhile, the safety, reliability and intellectualization requirements of users on a power distribution system are higher and higher, while the traditional power distribution cabinet is only a metal cabinet which is provided with various switches, wires, an ammeter, a voltmeter and other elements in a centralized manner, the function is simple, when the load needs to be cut off or the running state of equipment needs to be known, a worker must be in the spot, in addition, the running condition of the power distribution system cannot be mastered in real time, and the safety, reliability and intellectualization degree are low. In view of the above problems, the present invention discloses an intelligent power supply and distribution system to solve the above problems.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art and provide an intelligent power supply and distribution system with high safety, reliability and intelligent degree.

Optionally, the mobile terminal may be a tablet computer, a mobile phone, or other mobile terminals. Therefore, the intelligent breaking control and power distribution protection of the circuit of the power distribution cabinet can be achieved through the intelligent frame circuit breaker, the intelligent breaking control and power distribution protection of the circuit of the power distribution cabinet can be achieved through the intelligent miniature circuit breaker, meanwhile, the intelligent breaking control and power distribution protection can be achieved through the data acquisition device and/or the network switch, the monitoring and management of the power distribution system can be achieved locally and remotely, the power distribution cabinet and the power distribution cabinet can be monitored in real time through the monitoring system, the operation condition of the power distribution cabinet can also be monitored in real time through the remote control, a set of intelligent power supply and distribution system can be achieved, the problems that the traditional power distribution cabinet is simple in function, the breaking operation of a load is needed, or the operation state of equipment needs to be known are solved, a worker must be in the scene, in addition.

Furthermore, the monitoring system is connected with at least one of a water meter, a gas meter, a heat meter, a fire-fighting power supply monitoring device, an electrical fire monitoring device and a video monitoring device. Therefore, unified management of the water meter, the gas meter, the heat meter, the fire-fighting power supply monitoring equipment, the electrical fire monitoring equipment and the video monitoring equipment can be realized by using an upper computer and a server or a mobile terminal through one set of monitoring system, and multiple-in-one systems such as an energy monitoring system (water, gas and heat), a fire-fighting power supply monitoring system, an electrical fire monitoring system, an intelligent power distribution system and a video monitoring system are realized, so that the management and the maintenance of a user are facilitated, and the problems of high investment cost, high management cost, large occupied space, inconvenience in maintenance and management and the like caused by independent operation of each system in an actual power distribution site are effectively solved.

Furthermore, surge protectors are arranged in the power distribution cabinet and the power distribution box and are in communication connection with the monitoring system through the data acquisition unit and/or the network switch, so that an intelligent lightning protection system is formed, and the intelligent lightning protection system, the energy monitoring system (water, gas and heat), the fire-fighting power supply monitoring system, the electrical fire monitoring system, the video monitoring system and the intelligent power distribution system form a multi-in-one system, so that the intelligent lightning protection system is convenient for users to manage and maintain, improves the efficiency and saves the cost.

Furthermore, the intelligent frame circuit breaker comprises a first shell, an intelligent controller, a contact mechanism, a first handle, an undervoltage release, an electric operating mechanism, a shunt release and a first detection mechanism, wherein the intelligent controller is respectively connected with the first detection mechanism, the electric operating mechanism and the shunt release, the intelligent controller comprises a first microprocessor and a first communication port, the intelligent controller is in communication connection with a monitoring system, the intelligent controller controls the electric operating mechanism or the shunt release to realize the breaking operation of the intelligent frame circuit breaker, the intelligent protection is realized, and the remote control breaking operation can be realized through the monitoring system without the need of the personnel to operate on site.

Further, the first detection mechanism is at least one of a current transformer, a voltage transformer, a temperature sensor, an arc transformer and a residual current transformer; but current signal, voltage signal, temperature signal, arc signal, residual current signal report to monitored control system through intelligent control ware, realize the real-time control and the management to distribution system switch board running condition, promote intelligent degree.

Furthermore, the intelligent miniature circuit breaker comprises a second shell, a second handle, a breaking connecting rod mechanism, an electromagnetic release, a moving contact, a static contact, an arc extinguishing grid, a bimetallic strip, a second detection mechanism, an electromagnetic driving mechanism and a main control board, wherein the main control board is connected with the second detection mechanism and the electromagnetic driving mechanism, the electromagnetic driving mechanism is in driving connection with the moving contact, the main control board comprises a second microprocessor and a second communication port, the main control board is in communication connection with a monitoring system, the breaking operation of the intelligent miniature circuit breaker is realized by controlling the electromagnetic driving mechanism through the main control board, the intelligent protection is realized, and the remote control breaking operation can also be realized through the monitoring system without the need of personnel to personally visit the site for operation.

Further, the second detection mechanism is at least one of a current transformer, a voltage transformer, a temperature sensor, an arc transformer and a residual current transformer; but current signal, voltage signal, temperature signal, arc signal, residual current signal report to monitored control system through the master control board, realize real-time control and management to distribution system block terminal running condition, promote intelligent degree.

The intelligent power supply and distribution system provided by the invention has the beneficial effects that: the intelligent power supply and distribution system can realize intelligent breaking control and distribution protection of a power distribution cabinet line through an intelligent frame circuit breaker, can realize intelligent breaking control and distribution protection of a distribution box line through an intelligent miniature circuit breaker, can be connected to a monitoring system through a data collector and/or a network switch, can realize local and remote monitoring and management of a power distribution cabinet and a distribution box of a power distribution system, can realize real-time monitoring of the operation conditions of the power distribution cabinet and the distribution box and remote control breaking operation through the monitoring system, and forms an intelligent power supply and distribution system Reliability and degree of intelligence; meanwhile, the intelligent power supply and distribution system can form a multi-in-one system with an intelligent lightning protection system, an energy monitoring system (water, gas and heat), a fire power monitoring system, an electrical fire monitoring system and a video monitoring system, so that the management and the maintenance of a user are facilitated, and the problems of high investment cost, high management cost, large occupied space, inconvenience in maintenance and management and the like caused by independent operation of each system in an actual power supply and distribution site are effectively solved.
