The heater comprises a water pipe and a heating pipe which are both in a spiral pipe shape, wherein a fixing support is arranged at the hollow part of the spiral pipe-shaped water pipe and the heating pipe, a plurality of groove positions for fixing the water pipe and the heating pipe are arranged on the fixing support in a spiral shape, and the water pipe and the heating pipe are spirally wound on the fixing support through the groove positions respectively; a plurality of groove positions on the fixed support are arranged at intervals, the interval distance is equal, the width of each groove position is equal, the spiral distance of each pipeline on the fixed support is equal, and the uniformity of heating of the water pipe is guaranteed.

The water pipe is double helix or single helix structure, and double helix's water pipe includes interior spiral water pipe and outer spiral water pipe, and the heating pipe is single helix structure and is arranged in the space between interior spiral water pipe and the outer spiral water pipe to in the space between spiral water pipe and the outer spiral water pipe including the heating pipe forms the spiral embedding, increase water pipe 2 and the 3 area of contact of heating pipe, heating efficiency increase. The heater assembling method comprises a spiral pipe-shaped water pipe and a heating pipe, wherein the water pipe is of a single spiral or double spiral structure, the heating pipe is of a single spiral structure, a fixing support is arranged at the hollow part of the spiral pipe-shaped water pipe and the heating pipe, a plurality of grooves and bulges are arranged on the fixing support, the grooves and the bulges are spirally arranged on the outer surface of the fixing support, the middle part of the bulge is inwards sunken to form a groove position pipe groove for fixing the heating pipe, and a limiting rib is arranged at the top of the fixing support; the assembling method comprises the following steps:

a. the single-spiral water pipe is spirally wound on the outer surface of the fixed support along the groove; until the limiting rib props against the water pipe to fix the position of the water pipe; then the heating pipe is spirally wound on the outer surface of the fixed bracket along the convex and concave parts;

or the double-spiral water pipe comprises an inner spiral water pipe and an outer spiral water pipe, the inner spiral water pipe is spirally wound on the outer surface of the fixed support along the groove until the limiting rib abuts against the inner spiral water pipe to fix the position of the inner spiral water pipe, the heating pipe is spirally wound on the outer surface of the fixed support along the protrusion and the recess, and then the rest inner spiral water pipe is spirally wound on the outer side of the inner spiral water pipe along the heating pipe to form that the heating pipe is spirally embedded in a gap between the inner spiral water pipe and the outer spiral water pipe, and the spiral directions of the inner spiral water pipe and the outer spiral water pipe are the same;

b. the fixing support, the water pipe and the heating pipe which are assembled are formed by die-casting aluminum to fill the gap between the heating pipe and the water pipe, so that the whole fixing support forms a complete water path heater

The invention has the following beneficial effects:

1) the plurality of slot positions on the fixed support are arranged at intervals, the interval distance of each slot position is equal, and the slot width of each slot position is equal; the spiral distance in the spiral pipe fixed on the fixed support is ensured to be equal, and the spiral pipe is fixed on the fixed support and has the characteristic of firm and reliable connection.

2) The width L1 of each groove is equal, and the width L2 of each recess is equal, so that the spiral distances between the internal spiral water pipe and the heating pipe which are respectively fixed on the fixed bracket are equal; heating uniformly;

3) the water pipe is of a double-spiral structure, the water pipe of the double-spiral structure comprises an inner spiral water pipe and an outer spiral water pipe, and the heating pipe is of a single-spiral structure and is positioned in a gap between the inner spiral water pipe and the outer spiral water pipe, so that the heating area of the water pipe is increased, the heating efficiency is improved, the spiral distance is ensured through the mounting groove position of the fixing support, and the uniform heating is ensured;

4) the fixing support, the water pipe and the heating pipe which are assembled are formed by die-casting aluminum to fill the gap between the heating pipe and the water pipe, so that the whole fixing support forms a complete water path heater.

The invention is further described with reference to the following figures and examples.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a heater includes a water pipe 2 and a heating pipe 3 each having a spiral pipe shape.

Referring to fig. 3 and 4, a fixing support 1 is arranged at the hollow part of a spiral pipe-shaped water pipe 2 and a heating pipe 3, a plurality of groove positions for fixing the water pipe 2 and the heating pipe 3 are arranged on the fixing support 1 in a spiral manner, and the water pipe 2 and the heating pipe 3 are spirally wound on the fixing support 1 through the groove positions respectively; a plurality of groove positions on the fixed support 1 are arranged at intervals, the interval distance is equal, the width of each groove position is equal, the spiral distance of each pipeline on the fixed support 1 is equal, and the uniformity of heating of the water pipe 2 is further ensured.

In this embodiment, the main body of the fixing bracket 1 has a cylindrical shape. The cylindrical outer surface is provided with a plurality of grooves 1.1 and bulges 1.2, and the plurality of grooves 1.1 and bulges 1.2 are spiral.

The water pipe 2 is of a double-spiral or single-spiral structure, the water pipe 2 of the double-spiral structure comprises an inner spiral water pipe 2.1 and an outer spiral water pipe 2.2, the heating pipe 3 is of a single-spiral structure and is positioned in a gap between the inner spiral water pipe 2.1 and the outer spiral water pipe 2.2, so that the heating pipe 3 is spirally embedded in the gap between the inner spiral water pipe 2.1 and the outer spiral water pipe 2.2, the fixing support 1 is provided with a plurality of grooves 1.1 for fixing the inner spiral water pipe 2.1, the plurality of grooves 1.1 are spirally arranged, and the width L1 of each groove 1.1 is equal; the grooves 1.1 are equally spaced to ensure equal helical pitch of the water pipes 2 fixed to the fixing bracket 1.

Referring to fig. 4, the heating pipe 3 is in a single spiral structure and is positioned in a gap between the inner spiral water pipe 2.1 and the outer spiral water pipe 2.2, so that the contact area between the water pipe 2 and the heating pipe 3 is increased, and the heating efficiency is increased. And the distance is controlled by the slot position of the fixed support 1, so that the heat transfer between the heating pipe 3 and the water pipe 2 is uniform.

Referring to fig. 5 and 6, the water pipe 2 in this embodiment has a double spiral structure having an inner coil and an outer coil. One end of the internal spiral water pipe 2.1 and one end of the external spiral water pipe 2.2 of the water pipe 2 are respectively provided with a joint 5, and the joint 5 is sleeved on the outer surface of the pipe body.

Referring to fig. 7 and 8, the fixing support 1 is further provided with a protrusion 1.2 adjacent to the groove 1.1, the protrusion 1.2 is provided with a plurality of spiral protrusions, the middle portion of the protrusion 1.2 is recessed inwards to form a pipe groove for fixing the heating pipe 3, the width L2 of each pipe groove is equal, the spacing distance of each pipe groove is equal, and the spiral distance of the heating pipe 3 fixed on the fixing support 1 is ensured to be equal.

The spiral direction of the inner spiral water pipe 2.1 is the same as that of the outer spiral water pipe 2.2, the inner spiral water pipe 2.1 and the outer spiral water pipe 2.2 are integrally formed, or the inner spiral water pipe 2.1 and the outer spiral water pipe 2.2 form split connection through a pipe joint.

In the implementation, the inner spiral water pipe 2.1 and the outer spiral water pipe 2.2 are integrally formed, namely, a long water pipe is wound, the whole water pipe is machined and formed through a forging process, and the whole water pipe is not connected through a pipe joint, so that the production cost is ensured.

Referring to fig. 9, the top of the fixing bracket 1 is provided with a limiting rib 1.3 for limiting the relative position of the water pipe 2 and the heating pipe 3, and the pipe body of the water pipe 2 is in contact with the limiting rib 1.3; the fixed support 1 is also internally provided with a through hole 1.4 for installing a pipeline.

Referring to fig. 10, in the water tubes 2 of the double-spiral structure, in the longitudinal section direction, the distances from the centers of the tube bodies of two adjacent water tubes 2 to the center of the heating tube 3 are P1 and P2, respectively, and P1 is P2; in the transverse cross-sectional direction, the distances from the centers of the two adjacent water pipe bodies 2 to the center of the heating pipe 3 are M1 and M2, respectively, and M1 is equal to M2.

In the present embodiment, the water pipes 2 have a double-spiral structure, and in the longitudinal cross-sectional direction, the distances from the centers of the pipe bodies of two adjacent outer spiral water pipes 2.2 to the center of the heating pipe 3 are P1 and P2, respectively, where P1 is P2; or the distance from the circle center of the pipe body of each two adjacent inner spiral water pipes 2.1 to the circle center of the heating pipe 3 is P1 or P2, and P1 is equal to P2. In the transverse cross section direction, the distances from the centers of the two adjacent inner and outer spiral water pipes 2.1 and 2.2 to the center of the heating pipe 3 are M1 and M2, respectively, and M1 is equal to M2. The distance between the circle center of the heating pipe 3 and the circle center of each water pipe 2 is equal, and each water pipe is heated uniformly.

An assembly method of a heater comprises a spiral pipe-shaped water pipe 2 and a heating pipe 3, wherein the water pipe 2 is of a single spiral or double spiral structure, the heating pipe 3 is of a single spiral structure, a fixing support 1 is arranged at the hollow part of the spiral pipe-shaped water pipe 2 and the heating pipe 3, a plurality of grooves 1.1 and bulges 1.2 are arranged on the fixing support 1, the plurality of grooves 1.1 and bulges 1.2 are spirally arranged on the outer surface of the fixing support 1, and the middle part of the bulges 1.2 is inwards sunken to form a pipe groove for fixing the heating pipe 3; the top of the fixed support 1 is provided with a limiting rib 1.3, and the assembling method comprises the following steps:

a single-spiral water pipe 2 is spirally wound on the outer surface of the fixed support 1 along the groove 1.1; until the limiting ribs 1.3 abut against the water pipe 2, so as to fix the position of the water pipe 2; then the heating pipe 3 is spirally wound on the outer surface of the fixed support 1 along the concave part of the bulge 1.2;

or, the double-helix water pipe 2 comprises an inner helix water pipe 2.1 and an outer helix water pipe 2.2, firstly, the inner helix water pipe 2.1 is spirally wound on the outer surface of the fixed support 1 along the groove 1.1 until the limit rib 1.3 is propped against the inner helix water pipe 2.1 to fix the position of the inner helix water pipe 2.1, then, the heating pipe 3 is spirally wound on the outer surface of the fixed support 1 along the protrusion 1.2, and then, the rest inner helix water pipe 2.1 is spirally wound on the outer side of the inner helix water pipe 2.1 along the heating pipe 3 to form that the heating pipe 3 is spirally embedded in the gap between the inner helix water pipe 2.1 and the outer helix water pipe 2.2, and the spiral directions of the inner helix water pipe 2.1 and the outer helix water pipe 2.2 are the same;

b. the fixing support 1, the water pipe 2 and the heating pipe 3 after being assembled are formed by die-casting aluminum 4 to fill the gap between the heating pipe 3 and the water pipe 2, so that the whole fixing support 1 forms a complete water path heater
