1. A bed structure, comprising:
the bed frame comprises a first side surface and a second side surface which are opposite, the direction faced by the first side surface is defined as a first direction, and the direction faced by the second side surface is defined as a second direction;

The bed structure as claimed in claim 2 wherein the cushion unit comprises a plurality of slats and at least one flexible connecting member, the slats are connected together at intervals along a combination direction by the at least one connecting member and have the same reference plane; wherein, when the support mechanism is in the first position, the assembly direction is transverse to the first direction and the second direction, and the plurality of slats lie flat on the bed frame and are positioned opposite and above the at least one first support and the at least one second support; when the supporting mechanism is located at the second position, the supporting mechanism pushes against the plurality of slats, and the plurality of slats are arranged along the contour of the at least one first supporting piece and the contour of the at least one second supporting piece.

The bed structure as claimed in claim 1 further comprising a power unit, a first rotating rod, a second rotating rod, at least a first pushing component and at least a second pushing component, wherein the first rotating rod is pivotally connected to the bed frame and controlled by the power unit to rotate, the at least a first pushing component is connected to the first rotating rod to rotate together, and a portion of the at least a first pushing component is located below the at least a first supporting component for pushing the at least a first supporting component to swing; the second rotating rod is pivoted to the bedstead and is controlled by the power unit to rotate, the at least one second pushing and abutting assembly is connected to the second rotating rod to form the same rotating relation, and part of the at least one second pushing and abutting assembly is located below the at least one second supporting piece relatively to push and abut against the second supporting piece to swing.

The bed structure as claimed in claim 4 wherein the supporting mechanism further comprises a head and neck support pivotally connected to the at least one first support member; each first pushing and supporting assembly comprises a seat body, a first main pushing piece, a first auxiliary pushing piece and a first rolling piece, the seat body is positioned on the head and neck supporting frame, one end of the first main pushing piece is positioned on the first rotating rod, the first auxiliary pushing piece is respectively pivoted to the other end of the first main pushing piece and the seat body, the head and neck supporting frame is further enabled to tilt backwards with a swing margin, and the first rolling piece is positioned on one of the first main pushing piece and the first supporting piece and can selectively roll and support the other one of the first main pushing piece and the first supporting piece.

The bed structure as claimed in claim 4 wherein the supporting mechanism further comprises at least one third supporting member, the at least one third supporting member is pivotally connected to the at least one second supporting member, respectively, defining a joint at the pivotal connection between the second supporting member and the at least one third supporting member; each second pushing and abutting assembly comprises a second main pushing piece, a second auxiliary pushing piece and a second rolling piece, one end of the second main pushing piece is positioned on the second rotating rod, the second rolling piece is positioned at the other end of the second main pushing piece and can selectively roll and abut against the third supporting piece, one end of the second auxiliary pushing piece is pivoted to the second main pushing piece, and the other end of the second auxiliary pushing piece is pivoted to the node.

The bed structure as claimed in claim 6 wherein the at least one third support member is curved such that when the support mechanism is in the first position, the direction of the mouth of curvature of the at least one second support member is towards the first direction and the direction of the mouth of curvature of the at least one third support member is towards the second direction.

The bed structure as claimed in claim 6 wherein the at least one third support member is curved such that when the support mechanism is in the first position, the direction of the mouth of the at least one second support member and the direction of the mouth of the at least one third support member are oriented in the second direction.

The bed structure as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the bed frame comprises two main rods disposed in parallel, a plurality of cross rods transversely connected between the two main rods, and a plurality of foot rests respectively disposed on the two main rods; the at least one first supporting piece and the at least one second supporting piece are pivoted to the cross bar.

The bed structure as claimed in claim 7 further comprising a cushion unit disposed on the first side surface, wherein when the supporting mechanism is at the first position, the at least one first supporting member and the at least one second supporting member do not push against the cushion unit, and the cushion unit is disposed on the first side surface; when the supporting mechanism moves from the first position to the second position, the at least one first supporting piece and the at least one second supporting piece push the cushion body unit to be linked, and then the cushion body unit deforms along with the actuation of the at least one first supporting piece and the at least one second supporting piece; the cushion body unit comprises a plurality of battens and at least one flexible connecting piece, and the battens are connected into a whole at intervals along a combination direction through the at least one connecting piece and have the same reference surface; wherein, when the support mechanism is in the first position, the assembly direction is transverse to the first direction and the second direction, and the plurality of slats lie flat on the bed frame and are positioned opposite and above the at least one first support and the at least one second support; Technical Field
The present invention relates to a bed, and more particularly, to a bed structure.
Background
People have 6 ~ 8 hours of time to be located on the bed every day, and the bed body structure of general cognition is all that the mattress of soft material is laid above the bed seat of flat stereoplasm, and the user directly lies on the mattress again and does rest. However, some users often read books or use 3C products in a half-lying posture before sleeping, and the waist and the back of the user are in an abnormally stressed bending state, which causes problems of muscle and bone discomfort and muscle stiffness.
In addition, the time for the handicapped to stay in bed is more tedious, and people who need to be handicapped usually eat and wash in bed because of their weak constitution without primordial qi (such as patients and the elderly), but they are difficult to change their lying posture into a half lying and half sitting state by their own strength due to their weak constitution and weakness, and need assistance from other people. Moreover, when the bed is in a semi-lying and semi-sitting posture, people with weak health also need to stack articles such as pillows on the back to support the back and avoid the back from falling over, which is very troublesome and time-consuming, and causes great burden to caregivers, which is a drawback of using a common bed structure.
Therefore, there is a need to provide a novel and advanced bed structure to solve the above problems.
Disclosure of Invention
The main objective of the present invention is to provide a bed structure, wherein the supporting mechanism can be moved to a flat first position for a user to lie flat or a tilted second position for a user to sit half way down, and in the first position, the curved first and second supporting members can conform to the natural curved shape of the back and legs of the user when the user lies half way down, so as to provide sufficient supporting force for the user.
To achieve the above object, the present invention provides a bed structure, comprising: a bed frame and a supporting mechanism. The bed frame comprises a first side surface and a second side surface which are opposite, the direction faced by the first side surface is defined as a first direction, and the direction faced by the second side surface is defined as a second direction; the supporting mechanism can swing to a first position and a second position, the supporting mechanism comprises at least one first supporting piece and at least one second supporting piece, the at least one first supporting piece is used for corresponding to the upper half of the human body, the at least one second supporting piece is used for corresponding to the lower half of the human body, and the at least one first supporting piece and the at least one second supporting piece can be pivotally arranged on the bedstead and are both in a bent shape; when the supporting mechanism is located at the first position, the at least one first supporting piece and the at least one second supporting piece do not protrude out of the first side surface, and the direction of the bending opening of the at least one first supporting piece faces the first direction; when the supporting mechanism is located at the second position, the at least one first supporting piece and the at least one second supporting piece are close to each other and protrude out of the first side face relative to the pivot swing.
Preferably, the cushion body unit further comprises a first side surface, wherein the first side surface is provided with a first supporting member and a second supporting member, the first supporting member and the second supporting member are arranged on the first side surface, the first supporting member and the second supporting member are arranged on the second side surface, and the first side surface is provided with a first side surface; when the supporting mechanism moves from the first position to the second position, the at least one first supporting piece and the at least one second supporting piece push the cushion body unit to be linked, and then the cushion body unit deforms along with the actuation of the at least one first supporting piece and the at least one second supporting piece.
Preferably, the cushion unit includes a plurality of slats and at least one flexible connecting member, the slats are connected together at intervals along a combination direction by the at least one flexible connecting member and have the same reference plane; when the supporting mechanism is located at the first position, the combination direction is transverse to the first direction and the second direction, and the plurality of slats are horizontally arranged on the bedstead and are located above the at least one first supporting piece and the at least one second supporting piece; when the supporting mechanism is located at the second position, the supporting mechanism pushes against the plurality of slats, and the plurality of slats are arranged along the contour of the at least one first supporting piece and the contour of the at least one second supporting piece.
Preferably, the above technical solution further includes a power unit, a first rotating rod, a second rotating rod, at least one first pushing component and at least one second pushing component, the first rotating rod is pivoted to the bed frame and is controlled by the power unit to rotate, the at least one first pushing component is connected to the first rotating rod to form a same rotating relationship, and a portion of the at least one first pushing component is located below the at least one first supporting component to push the at least one first supporting component to swing; the second rotating rod is pivoted to the bedstead and is controlled by the power unit to rotate, the at least one second pushing and abutting assembly is connected to the second rotating rod to form the same rotating relation, and part of the at least one second pushing and abutting assembly is located below the at least one second supporting piece relatively to push and abut against the second supporting piece to swing.
Preferably, the supporting mechanism further includes a head and neck supporting frame, and the head and neck supporting frame is pivotally connected to the at least one first supporting member; each first pushing and supporting assembly comprises a seat body, a first main pushing piece, a first auxiliary pushing piece and a first rolling piece, the seat body is positioned on the head and neck supporting frame, one end of the first main pushing piece is positioned on the first rotating rod, the first auxiliary pushing piece is respectively pivoted to the other end of the first main pushing piece and the seat body, the head and neck supporting frame is further enabled to tilt backwards with a swing margin, and the first rolling piece is positioned on one of the first main pushing piece and the first supporting piece and can be selectively rolled and supported on the other one.
Preferably, the supporting mechanism further includes at least one third supporting member, the at least one third supporting member is respectively pivoted to the at least one second supporting member, and a joint is defined at a position where the second supporting member and the third supporting member are pivoted to each other; each second pushing and abutting assembly comprises a second main pushing piece, a second auxiliary pushing piece and a second rolling piece, one end of the second main pushing piece is positioned on the second rotating rod, the second rolling piece is positioned at the other end of the second main pushing piece and can selectively roll and abut against the third supporting piece, one end of the second auxiliary pushing piece is pivoted to the second main pushing piece, and the other end of the second auxiliary pushing piece is pivoted to the node.
Preferably, when the supporting mechanism is located at the first position, the curved opening of the at least one second supporting member faces the first direction, and the curved opening of the at least one third supporting member faces the second direction.
Preferably, the at least one third supporting member is curved, and when the supporting mechanism is located at the first position, the curved opening direction of the at least one second supporting member and the curved opening direction of the at least one third supporting member face the second direction.

The technical scheme of the bed body structure provided by the invention has the advantages that the cushion body unit can be deformed by the bent first supporting piece and the bent second supporting piece to conform to the half lying posture of a human body, so that the bed body structure not only conforms to the human engineering, but also can effectively support the human body, and further enables the human body to really relax and lie for a long time. Moreover, the whole structure is precise and reliable in actuation, and can stably support the cushion unit and a user. In addition, the head of the user is prevented from being stiff, and the head and neck support frame is arranged to support the head in a tilting way, so that the user can move backwards in a tilting way.
