In order to facilitate the cooling of the head; as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 9, the head cooling mechanism includes a universal adjusting arm 4, a liquid adding chamber 5 and a liquid adding port 34, the liquid adding chamber 5 is mounted on the outer wall of the top of the seat body 3 through the universal adjusting arm 4, the liquid adding port 34 is arranged on the outer wall of the top of the liquid adding chamber 5, and a temperature conducting head ring 33 is arranged on the circumferential inner wall of the liquid adding chamber 5; by arranging the universal adjusting arm 4, the liquid adding chamber 5 and the liquid adding port 34, cooling liquid can be conveniently filled into the liquid adding chamber 5, so that the head of a patient is cooled; through setting up heat conduction head ring 33, can play the effect of alleviating the cooling, avoid liquid feeding room 5 direct and head contact to cause strong stimulation.
