Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of silicon powder composite application, in particular to silicon powder composite gel with oil control, protection and moistening effects and a preparation method thereof.

Background

The silicone elastomer refers to silicon-containing macromolecules with different network crosslinking structures. According to different states, the method can be divided into the following steps: silicone elastomer powder, silicone elastomer emulsion, silicone elastomer gel. The mixture of dimethicone crosspolymer and diluent, known as silicone elastomer gel, is a mixture of silicone crosspolymer with a three-dimensional network structure and a small molecule solvent. The organic silicon elastomer gel can endow the skin with unique skin feeling like velvet, and therefore, the organic silicon elastomer gel is widely applied to the fields of daily cosmetics such as skin care, color cosmetics, sweat removal agents and the like. However, the currently marketed silicone elastomer gels have poor permeability, are prone to sticky feel, are not smooth and refreshing, and do not have repairing and anti-inflammatory effects.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the problems, the invention provides silicon powder composite gel with oil control, protection and moistening effects in a first aspect, which comprises the following preparation raw materials in parts by weight: 15-25 parts of polydimethylsiloxane, 15-25 parts of phenyl silicone oil, 25-35 parts of polydimethylsiloxane/vinyl polydimethylsiloxane cross-linked polymer, 15-25 parts of polysilsesquioxane, 5-15 parts of regulator and 1-5 parts of plasticizer.

As a preferred embodiment, the polydimethylsiloxane has a viscosity of from 0.65 to 100 mPas at 25 ℃.

As a preferable technical scheme, the phenyl silicone oil is selected from one or more of diphenyl polydimethylsiloxane, diphenyl siloxy phenyl trimethicone, phenyl trimethicone and phenyl polydimethylsiloxane.

In a preferred embodiment, the silicon powder composite gel with the oil control, protection and moistening effects comprises the following preparation raw materials in parts by weight: 20 parts of polydimethylsiloxane, 20 parts of phenyl silicone oil, 30 parts of polydimethylsiloxane/vinyl polydimethylsiloxane cross-linked polymer, 20 parts of polysilsesquioxane, 8 parts of regulator and 2 parts of plasticizer.

Polydimethylsiloxane

The polydimethylsiloxane is transparent, tasteless, non-sticky and non-irritant transparent liquid. Can be used as basic oil phase component or temporary carrier of active substance, and has improved spreadability and easy application. It also acts as a low viscosity silicone which further reduces the slimy feel of the formulation, also reduces surface tension, aids spreading and promotes uniform dispersion of the solid pigment.

In a preferred embodiment, the polydimethylsiloxane has a viscosity of from 0.65 to 100 mPas at 25 ℃.

In a more preferred embodiment, the polydimethylsiloxane has a viscosity of from 1 to 50 mPas at 25 ℃.

In a most preferred embodiment, the polydimethylsiloxane is purchased from PMX200 of Dow Corning and has a viscosity of 20 mPa.s at 25 ℃.

Phenyl silicone oil

In one embodiment, the phenyl silicone oil is selected from one or more of diphenyl polydimethylsiloxane, diphenyl siloxy phenyl trimethicone, phenyl polydimethylsiloxane.

In a preferred embodiment, the phenyl silicone oil is phenyl trimethicone.

The phenyl trimethicone is purchased from Aiyuta silicone oil, Inc., Anhui, and is under the trademark IOTA-255.

The phenyl trimethicone has good film forming property and glossiness. Has good permeability to skin, good skin feeling after use, and increased skin softness.

Polydimethylsiloxane/vinyl polydimethylsiloxane crosspolymers

The polydimethylsiloxane cross-linked polymer is mainly applied to nursing cosmetics such as skin care, sun protection, color cosmetics and the like, is lasting and refreshing, effectively absorbs sebum and assists in covering wrinkles.

The polydimethylsiloxane/vinyl polydimethylsiloxane cross-linked polymer of the present invention was purchased from ZP-701 from Guangzhou Fupu chemical Co.

Polysilsesquioxanes

In one embodiment, the polysilsesquioxane is a polymethylsilsesquioxane and/or a polyphenylsilsesquioxane.

In a preferred embodiment, the polysilsesquioxane is a polymethylsilsesquioxane.

In a preferred embodiment, the polymethylsilsesquioxane is a spherical fine powder having a particle size of 5 μm.

The polymethylsilsesquioxane was purchased from ZPF-509, a chemical industry in the state of Europe, and had a particle size of 5 microns.

The polymethylsilsesquioxane is insoluble powder, brings the effect of softening the focus or blurring wrinkles, and is used as a skin feel modifier to generate smooth, soft and non-sticky skin feel.

Conditioning agents

In one embodiment, the modifier is silica and/or mica.

In a preferred embodiment, the conditioning agent is silica.

In a more preferred embodiment, the silica is a silica dimethyl silicon alkylate.

In a preferred embodiment, the dimethylsilyl alkylated silica has a specific surface area of 150-350ml/g μm.

The polyethylene was purchased from SP-400 of SP company.

The polyethylene provided by the invention has excellent thickening capability, stabilizes the system and improves the stability of the system.

The second aspect of the invention provides a preparation method of silicon powder composite gel with oil control, protection and moistening effects, which comprises the following steps: mixing the preparation raw materials according to the formula ratio at 70-80 ℃, and shearing by a high-speed shearing machine to obtain the composite material.

The polydimethylsiloxane/vinyl polydimethylsiloxane cross-linked polymer and the polydimethylsiloxane form mutual matching, and the moisturizing, refreshing and non-sticky feeling is improved. The dimethylsilyl silica can form a three-dimensional network structure stabilizing system while effectively thickening the system, and can stabilize the shape of the product for a long time. The polyethylene has a relatively balanced dispersion effect and bonding effect, and the purpose of controlling the viscosity of a liquid phase system is achieved, so that the components adopted in the application can be fully dispersed, and the product molding is facilitated.
