The bioaerosols can be spread very rapidly with people's coughing, sneezing, etc., which is very preventive. If the disease is mild, allergy is caused, and if the disease is severe, respiratory diseases are caused, and even life is possibly threatened. The novel coronavirus, Beijing plague cases in 2019, Severe SARS (SARS) in half China and influenza abused every autumn and winter (H1N 1, H3N2, etc.) were transmitted mainly by aerosal. Therefore, the development of air purification devices capable of effectively killing bioaerosols in air is urgent.

At present, the technologies for environmental sterilization mainly include surface cleaning and spraying technologies, ozone sterilization technologies, high-voltage electric pulse sterilization technologies, ultraviolet sterilization technologies, and the like. The surface cleaning and spraying technology is a traditional and simple technology, the cleaning is only suitable for sterilizing the surfaces of table tops, floors and other objects, the spraying in a large environment is difficult to realize, and the spraying distance is too far, so that liquid drops in the air are accumulated to form rain, a large amount of spraying liquid medicine is accumulated on the ground, the harm is large, and the cleaning and spraying technology is not suitable for sterilizing the large environment. Although ozone has a strong bactericidal effect, the strong oxidizing property of ozone is harmful to human health. The high-voltage electric pulse sterilization has the advantages of short sterilization time and low energy consumption, but has potential safety hazard due to the phenomenon of high-voltage ignition. The ultraviolet sterilization technology is the most widely adopted sterilization technology at present, but theoretically, the effective distance of the ultraviolet sterilization is not more than 2m, the ultraviolet sterilization must be carried out in an unmanned environment, and excessive ultraviolet irradiation can cause damage to the skin and the cornea of a human body and even cause canceration.

a3, the killed air flows out from the air outlet.

2. further, the laser generator 1 is an ultraviolet semiconductor laser, which is also called a laser diode, and is a laser using a semiconductor material as a working substance, and has a small volume and a long life, and can pump its working voltage and current by a simple current injection manner to be compatible with an integrated circuit, and thus can be monolithically integrated therewith, and can also directly perform current modulation with a frequency up to GHz to obtain a high-speed modulated laser output.
