in the soilless culture process, a seedling raising disc needs to be placed on the upper portion of a seedling raising bed, the seedling raising disc is used for cultivating watermelon seedlings, and the seedling raising bed needs to be irrigated regularly to guarantee the normal growth of the seedlings; the sprinkling irrigation treatment is generally carried out on the seedling raising tray through the sprinkler, but manual operation is needed in the prior art, and the sprinkling irrigation efficiency is low, so that the sprinkling irrigation is not beneficial to popularization and use.

5. The one end of raceway is connected spray irrigation pipe, the other end of raceway sets up water pipe removal portion, does benefit to and drives the water pipe edge fixed pipe removes, reduces manual operation.

Detailed Description

The technical solution of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to specific examples. The following examples are only for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention more clearly, and therefore are only examples, and the protection scope of the present invention is not limited thereby.

As shown in fig. 1, 3, 5-7, the invention provides a full-automatic seedling-raising irrigation device, which comprises a fixed pipe 1 and an irrigation mechanism 2, wherein the upper part of the fixed pipe 1 is provided with a concave frame 4, two opposite side ends of the bottom of the concave frame 4 are respectively provided with the fixed pipe 1, and the upper part of the concave frame 4 is provided with a vertical branch pipe 41;

when the fixing device is installed, the vertical branch pipe 41 is used for connecting the upper end of the inner wall of the seedling raising shed, a placing groove (not shown in the figure) is arranged at the bottom of the concave frame 4, the placing groove is a T-shaped component, and the fixing pipes 1 are respectively placed at the upper parts of the protruding ends of the placing groove and used for fixing the fixing pipes 1;

the irrigation mechanism 2 moves along the length direction of the fixed pipe 1, and the irrigation mechanism 2 is used for irrigating to move along the length direction of the seedling bed so as to meet the requirement of the movement of the seedling bed;

the irrigation mechanism 2 comprises a moving part 21, a fixed frame 22, a buffer part 23 for protecting a sprinkling irrigation pipe 25, a water pipe 24, the sprinkling irrigation pipe 25 and a sprinkler 26; the upper end of the fixed frame 22 is provided with a moving part 21, and the moving part 21 is used for driving the fixed frame 22 to move along the length direction of the fixed pipe 1;

the moving part 21 comprises a rotating shaft 211 and a moving wheel 212, and a bearing seat 213 is arranged at the upper part of the fixed frame 22; both ends of the rotating shaft 211 penetrate through the bearing seats 213, the end of the rotating shaft 211 is provided with a moving wheel 212, and the moving wheel 212 is correspondingly arranged at the upper part of the fixed pipe 1;

a driven wheel 214 is arranged on the outer wall of the rotating shaft 211, a motor 215 is arranged at the bottom of the fixed frame 22, a driving wheel 216 is arranged at the output end of the motor 215, and the driving wheel 216 and the driven wheel 214 are oppositely arranged;

the moving process of the irrigation frame in the invention comprises the following steps: the motor 215 is started, the motor 215 drives the driving wheel 216 to rotate, the driving wheel 216 drives the driven wheel 214 to rotate through the belt, and the driving wheel 216 drives the rotating shaft 211 to rotate;

the rotating shaft 211 drives the moving wheel 212 at the front end of the fixed frame 22 to move; the moving wheel 212 at the front end drives the moving wheel 212 at the rear end to move through a belt, and the moving wheel 212 drives the fixed frame 22 to move forwards to complete the moving operation of the fixed frame 22;

the lower part of the buffer part 23 is provided with a sprinkling irrigation pipe 25, one end of the water pipe 24 is connected with the sprinkling irrigation pipe 25, the other end of the water pipe 24 is provided with a water pipe moving part 3, and the water pipe moving part 3 is used for driving the water pipe 24 to move along the fixed pipe 1;

the water pipe moving part 3 comprises a sliding frame 31 and side pulleys 32, the bottom of the sliding frame 31 is provided with the side pulleys 32, the side pulleys 32 are respectively and correspondingly arranged on two opposite sides of the fixed pipe 1, and the lower part of the sliding frame 31 is provided with a water pipe 24;

when the fixed frame 22 moves, the fixed frame 22 drives the sliding frame 31 to move along the fixed pipe 1, and meanwhile, the water pipe 24 is placed at the bottom of the sliding frame 31 and moves along with the sliding frame 31, so that the moving operation of the water pipe 24 is completed;

the outer wall of the sprinkling irrigation pipe 25 is provided with a spray head 26, the spray heads 26 are sequentially arranged along the length direction of the sprinkling irrigation pipe 25, when the irrigation frame moves, the sprinkling irrigation pipe 25 continuously moves along the seedling bed, clean water sequentially passes through the water conveying pipe 24 and the sprinkling irrigation pipe 25 to enter the spray head 26, and seedlings are irrigated through the spray head 26; above-mentioned irrigate and carry out automated control sprinkling irrigation, reduce manual operation and spray irrigation efficiently, do benefit to the operation of irrigating for a long time.

Example two

As shown in fig. 2, in the present invention, the retaining part 5 is provided at the side of the fixing frame 22, the retaining part 5 includes a fixing shaft 51 and a bearing 52, the bearing 52 is provided at the lower part of the fixing shaft 51, and the bearings 52 are respectively provided at two opposite sides of the fixing tube 1;

when moving, fixed frame 22 advances along the length direction of fixed pipe 1, and the tip of fixed frame 22 all moves along fixed pipe 1 through bearing 52, and bearing 52 corresponds respectively and sets up in the both sides side of fixed pipe 1, and the slippage takes place for effectual fixed frame 22 that prevents.

EXAMPLE III

As shown in fig. 4, in the present invention, a buffer part 23 is provided at the lower part of the fixed frame 22, the buffer part 23 includes an upper support frame 231, a lower support frame 232, a fixing bolt 233 and a compression spring 234, the upper end of the upper support frame 231 is connected to the fixed frame 22, and the lower part of the lower support frame 232 is connected to the sprinkling irrigation pipe 25;

the upper support frame 231 and the lower support frame 232 are attached, and the outer walls of the upper support frame 231 and the lower support frame 232 are in contact; one end of the fixing bolt 233 penetrates the compression spring 234, the upper frame 231 and the lower frame 232 in sequence;

a nut 235 is arranged at the tail end of the fixing bolt 233, and the nut 235 is rotatably arranged along the fixing bolt 233; the nut 235 is used for fixing the bolt 233;

the irrigation buffering process comprises the following steps: when irrigation is carried out, the lower support frame 232 contacts with the obstacle when moving, the lower support frame 232 moves backwards, and the compression spring 234 is compressed to form a buffering space to avoid contacting with the obstacle; in the process of withdrawing the lower support frame 232, the operator can react in time to stop the movement of the irrigation frame and continue the movement of the irrigation frame after moving obstacles.

As shown in fig. 8, in the present invention, the balance part 6 is disposed on the upper part of the sprinkling irrigation pipe 25, the balance part 6 includes a basket bolt 61 and a fixing wire 62, the basket bolt 61 is disposed on the outer part of the sprinkling irrigation pipe 25, the basket bolt 61 is disposed on the outer wall of the lower support frame 232, and two ends of the fixing wire 62 are respectively connected to the opposite basket bolts 61;

when the sprinkler is installed, the sprinkler pipe 25 is continuously pulled through the basket bolts 61 by different rotating basket bolts 61, so that the level of the sprinkler pipe 25 is facilitated.
