The rotating shaft 8 drives the fan 9 to rotate rapidly, oil smoke generated in a rolling area is sucked into the device cavity 5 from each oil smoke hole 7, is discharged into the corrugated pipe 12 through the smoke guide cavity 11, is finally converged into the oil guide pipe 16 through the corrugated pipe 12 and is discharged to a specified position, and in the process that the oil smoke moves through the oil guide pipe 16, oil water cooled and liquefied in the oil smoke flows down along the flow guide groove 17 on the inner wall of the oil guide pipe 16 and is stored in the oil collector 18, so that the lubricating oil is recycled, and the production cost is reduced.
