(The invention discloses a shell inlaying process. According to the shell inlaying process, patterns do not need to be directly engraved on the shell piece, only the transparent lining layer which is smooth on the outer side needs to be engraved, laser engraving and pattern printing are convenient and fast, and polishing and grinding on the transparent lining layer are very convenient and fast; the transparent patterns on the transparent lining layer are used for receiving the gloss reflection of the shells inside, and the shell inlaying process enables the process of decorating the patterns on the shells to be simple and convenient for large-scale production. According to the invention, patterns do not need to be directly carved on the shell sheet and the surface is polished and polished, so that the shell inlaying on the curved surface can be realized, and the shell decorative pattern effect is formed on the curved surface.)

1. A shell inlaying process is characterized by comprising the following steps:

firstly, customizing an inner liner layer with a required size according to requirements;

secondly, adhering a layer of shell pieces on the surface of the lining layer;

thirdly, attaching a transparent lining layer outside the shell piece, gluing the lining layer and the transparent lining layer by using glue, and clamping and wrapping the shell piece between the lining layer and the transparent lining layer;

fourthly, spraying background paint on the surface of the glued transparent lining layer, and then scraping the background paint on the background paint by a laser etching technology to etch patterns required by design by laser etching;

and fifthly, polishing and grinding the transparent lining layer, spraying essential oil and then grinding until the surface smoothness meets the requirement.

2. The process of claim 1, wherein the transparent lining layer is a transparent plastic lining layer.

3. The process of claim 1, wherein the fourth step is also to print the hollowed pattern directly on the surface of the transparent lining layer by printing.

4. The process of claim 1, wherein the lining layer is a copper sheet.

Technical Field

The invention relates to a shell decoration process, in particular to a shell inlaying process.

Background

Because the refraction of the shell at each angle is different, and the shell can obtain different dazzling effects when being observed at each angle, the decoration applied to the shell is more and more popular with the public.

Various artworks and ornaments are provided with inlaid shells, but the existing shell inlaying process comprises the steps of hollowing out patterns on background patterns, radium carving out the patterns on the shells, inlaying the shells into grooves of the hollowed-out patterns by using glue in a little by little, polishing and grinding for forming.

For example, chinese patent publication No. CN108045148A, publication date 2018, 5 and 18, discloses a carving and inlaying process for processing shells into decorative background walls. The engraving and inlaying process comprises the following steps: determining patterns in advance according to decorations of different styles, and drawing the outlines of the patterns to be processed by a designer; backfilling the contour map with pictures of shells with different colors after the picture composition is finished, and adjusting the color of the corresponding pattern relative to the color of the same shell; splicing the shell parts with different colors into a large plate by using shells with corresponding colors; processing and carving by using a modern carving process; taking down the carved plate, shoveling down the shells at the positions needing to be refilled, and leaving the positions needing to be used; after cleaning, parts needing refilling appear, and manually trimming and refilling the blank parts with the pre-designed shell colors by one piece; the formed board can be packaged and shipped after the edge part is repaired.

The shell inlaying process is complex in process, carving on the shell is difficult, complex patterns cannot be finished, inlaying, pasting and polishing of the shell is difficult, time and labor are wasted, and meanwhile inlaying of curved surfaces cannot be achieved by the shell inlaying process.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the technical problem, the invention designs a shell inlaying process.

The invention adopts the following technical scheme:

a process for inlaying shells comprises the following steps:

firstly, customizing an inner liner layer with a required size according to requirements;

secondly, adhering a layer of shell pieces on the surface of the lining layer;

thirdly, attaching a transparent lining layer outside the shell piece, gluing the lining layer and the transparent lining layer by using glue, and clamping and wrapping the shell piece between the lining layer and the transparent lining layer;

fourthly, spraying background paint on the surface of the glued transparent lining layer, and then scraping the background paint on the background paint by a laser etching technology to etch patterns required by design by laser etching;

and fifthly, polishing and grinding the transparent lining layer, spraying essential oil and then grinding until the surface smoothness meets the requirement.

Preferably, the transparent lining is a transparent plastic lining.

The fourth step can also be directly printed the hollow pattern on the surface of the transparent lining layer by printing.

Preferably, the lining layer is a copper sheet.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: (1) according to the shell inlaying process, patterns do not need to be directly engraved on the shell piece, only the transparent lining layer which is smooth on the outer side needs to be engraved, laser engraving and pattern printing are convenient and fast, and polishing and grinding on the transparent lining layer are very convenient and fast; the transparent patterns on the transparent lining layer are used for receiving the gloss reflection of the shells inside, and the shell inlaying process enables the process of decorating the patterns on the shells to be simple and convenient for large-scale production. (2) The invention can realize the shell inlaying of the curved surface and form the shell decorative pattern effect on the curved surface because the pattern is not required to be directly engraved on the shell sheet and the surface is not required to be polished and polished.
