4. The aluminum foil lidding film of claim 1 wherein the additives include an opener agent and a slip agent.

The aluminum foil cover film as claimed in claim 4, wherein the opening agent comprises at least one of fine silica powder, fine calcium carbonate powder, titanium dioxide powder, talc powder, fine diatomaceous earth powder, polyethylene wax powder and polyamide wax powder, and the solid content of the opening agent in the coating is 0-8%.

6. The aluminum foil cover film as claimed in claim 4, wherein the slip agent is at least one of silicone slip agents, erucamide slip agents and oleamide slip agents, and the solid content of the slip agent in the coating layer is 0-2%.

7. The aluminum foil lidding film of claim 1 wherein the heat seal coating has a coating thickness in the aluminum foil of 2-15 μm.

8. The aluminum foil lidding film of claim 1 wherein the heat seal strength of the aluminum foil lidding film to APET is 2-25N/15 mm.

9. The aluminum foil lidding film of claim 1 wherein the aluminum foil lidding film has a seal-opening temperature with APET of 80-150 ℃.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of packaging materials, in particular to an aluminum foil cover film thermally sealed with APET.

Background

At present, the packaging product of the blister tray and the easy-to-open cover film is widely applied to the packaging procedures of cooked food, dry fruits, fresh fruits and vegetables and other products. Because amorphous polyethylene terephthalate (APET) has the characteristics of low cost, high transparency, environmental protection, easy processing and excellent physical and mechanical properties, APET is often used as a tray in a "blister tray + easy-to-tear cover film" packaged product.

The easy-to-uncover cover film thermally sealed with APET is mainly made of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA) and is prepared by the following two methods: (1) the multilayer coextrusion blown film is formed by laminating the multilayer coextrusion film with EVA with other films, and the lamination can adopt processing modes such as dry lamination, solvent-free and the like; (2) and coating an EVA layer on the surface of other films.

However, the easy-release films prepared by the above two methods generally have the following problems:

(1) because residual monomers may exist in the synthesis process of the EVA resin, the EVA has poor heat resistance and causes the cover film to have peculiar smell; (2) the multilayer co-extruded film or the spraying layer is thicker, the thickness is usually more than 20 mu m, and the recycling of the discarded package is not facilitated; (3) due to the difference of the materials of the EVA and the APET, the tearing-off mode after the EVA and the APET are sealed is interface peeling, and the situation of poor heat sealing can occur in the packaging occasions with water or oil.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides an aluminum foil cover film thermally sealed with APET, which adopts a solution coating processing mode to coat a heat seal adhesive coating on an aluminum foil, and has the advantages of high barrier, low odor and reliable sealing.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:

an aluminum foil cover film thermally sealed with APET comprises an aluminum foil and a heat-seal coating coated on the aluminum foil, wherein the heat-seal coating is obtained by drying after a heat-seal adhesive coating is coated; the heat-seal adhesive coating comprises the following components in parts by weight: 80-400 parts of resin, 0-10 parts of additive and 600 parts of solvent; the thickness of the heat-seal coating is 0.5-20 μm.

When the heat-seal adhesive coating is coated on the aluminum foil, the heat-seal adhesive coating can be prepared by adopting a processing mode of coating solution or dispersion liquid, and the coating process can be finished by adopting a one-time coating mode or a multi-layer coating mode.

The content of the resin in the coating is 7.5-45%, preferably 10-35%.

As a further description of the technical solution of the present invention, the solvent includes at least one of ethyl acetate, butyl acetate, ethanol, propanol, isopropanol, butanol, acetone, butanone, cyclohexanone, n-hexane, isooctane, benzene, toluene, xylene, trimethylbenzene, ethylene glycol dimethyl ether, dioxane, and petroleum ether.

As a further description of the technical solution of the present invention, the additives include an opening agent and a slipping agent.
