Background

The existing finished product mixing equipment or material storage bin discharging system adopts a manual button switch mode, and the finished product material door is manually controlled to be opened or closed to discharge materials, so that the existing discharging method has the following defects:

1. the material bin has a single material discharging mode, and when the continuous production is carried out, an operator needs to continuously click the control button by hands, so that the labor intensity of the operator is high. Taking a certain 500 type water stable station as an example: the rated production capacity is 500 tons/hour, if a 50-ton truck is continuously used for loading, 10 trucks are loaded per hour, and one truck is loaded in 6 minutes on average. The finished product bin discharges 3 tons each time, an operator needs to manually click the button switch for 15 times within load minutes, and the manual ringing operation after the car is filled each time is not included, so that the fatigue is easy.

2. Frequent inching of the push-button switch also results in a shortened service life of the switch, increased failure rate and increased maintenance costs. In the aspect of integral use, the working efficiency is reduced, so that workers are tired, and the continuity of construction production is influenced.

3. The device is lack of necessary protection function, easy to operate by mistake and has larger potential safety hazard. Such as: in the continuous production process, the storage bin can overflow due to misoperation, so that a transport vehicle receiving materials is damaged; or operation errors (including errors of drivers of transport vehicles and operators of mixing stations) cause that the transport vehicles entering the station and receiving materials are broken by discharged materials, even hurt people and the like, and dangerous conditions occur.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide an automatic emptying system of a finished product bin of plant mixing equipment, which realizes automatic emptying of vehicles by the bin and realizes monitoring of the material level per se.

the material level detection system comprises a material level detection circuit, and the material level detection circuit comprises a material level sensing branch circuit, a first material gate relay circuit and a material distribution circuit for controlling a material distribution mechanism.

Preferably, the material gate control circuit comprises a first manual switching circuit, a first automatic switching circuit and a first material gate control main circuit, and the first manual switching circuit and the first automatic switching circuit are connected in parallel and then connected in series with the first material gate control main circuit;

the first manual switch circuit and the first automatic switch circuit are respectively connected in series with a first manual switch and a first automatic switch, and the bin gate control electromagnetic valve is connected in series in the first bin gate control main circuit.

Preferably, a second material level main switch is connected in series in the first detection control main circuit; a first relay is connected in series in the first relay power transmission circuit; a first vehicle detection sensor is connected in series in the first vehicle sensor circuit.

Preferably, a second vehicle detection sensor and a second relay are connected in series in the second vehicle sensor circuit; a first time relay electric shock switch and a third relay are connected in series in the first bin gate induction circuit.

Preferably, a material level detection inductor and a fourth relay are connected in series in the material level induction branch circuit;

a fourth relay electric shock switch is connected in series in the batching circuit, and the fourth relay controls the fourth relay electric shock switch; the material level detection sensor is arranged at 80 percent of the bin capacity scale in the finished product bin of the plant mixing equipment.

Preferably, the first bin gate relay circuit comprises a first bin gate main circuit and an oscillator circuit, a first relay electric shock switch and a second relay electric shock switch are connected in series in the first bin gate main circuit, the first relay electric shock switch is controlled through a first relay power transmission circuit, and the second relay electric shock switch is controlled through a second vehicle inductor circuit.

a first time oscillator and a first time oscillator switch are connected in series in the first oscillator branch, and a second time oscillator switch are connected in series in the second oscillator branch.

step A6, the second vehicle detection sensor controls the second relay to be powered off, controls the second relay electric shock switch to be switched off, and controls the time oscillator in the oscillator circuit to stop working;

and then the third relay is powered off, the first automatic switch is controlled to be switched off after the third relay is powered off, and the door opening process of the bin door of the finished product bin is stopped.

Preferably, the detection method of the level detection system comprises the following steps:

step B1, after the power is switched on in the material level detection circuit, when the material level detection sensor detects that the material reaches the warning position, the material level detection sensor controls the fourth relay to be powered on;

and step B2, after the fourth relay is electrified, the electric shock switch of the fourth relay in the batching circuit is switched off, and the batching mechanism stops batching.
