7. The preparation method of the asphalt pavement regeneration sealing agent is characterized by comprising the following steps:

(1) placing 25-30 parts of lake asphalt and 1-2 parts of viscosity reducer in a reaction container, and uniformly stirring, wherein the temperature is controlled to be 150-160 ℃;

(2) adding 20-35 parts of aromatic oil into the reaction container in the step (1), uniformly stirring, and keeping the temperature;

(3) adding 20-30 parts of castor oil asphalt into the reaction container in the step (2), and uniformly stirring, wherein the temperature is controlled to be 130-140 ℃;

(4) slowly adding 10-20 parts of waste tire pyrolysis oil into the reaction container in the step (3), and uniformly stirring, wherein the temperature is controlled to be 100-110 ℃;

(5) and after the pyrolysis oil of the waste tire is fully dissolved, controlling the temperature at 100-110 ℃, continuously stirring to form a regenerated sealing agent, and sealing and storing after the regenerated sealing agent is naturally cooled to room temperature.

On the other hand, as the service life increases, the asphalt pavement is aged, and the low-temperature performance, the water damage resistance and the durability of the asphalt pavement are all reduced. The traditional regeneration mode is established on the basis of milling and planing the road surface, if the aged asphalt on the road surface can be regenerated when the road is still in the service life, the performance of the aged asphalt is partially recovered, the service life of the road can be effectively prolonged, and better economic benefit can be obtained.

The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing an asphalt pavement regeneration sealing agent, which is applied to an aged asphalt pavement to realize regeneration of the aged asphalt, improve the performance of the aged asphalt and delay the service life of the asphalt pavement.

(5) and after the pyrolysis oil of the waste tire is fully dissolved, controlling the temperature at 100-110 ℃, continuously stirring to form a regenerated sealing agent, and sealing and storing after the regenerated sealing agent is naturally cooled to room temperature.

The regenerated sealing agent provided by the invention adopts two wastes of castor oil asphalt and waste tire pyrolysis oil, realizes resource recycling and has low cost.

The viscosity reducer is added into the lake asphalt with higher viscosity, so that the mixing temperature of the lake asphalt can be reduced, the energy consumption is reduced, and the mixing temperature is reduced due to the fact that the flash point of the subsequently added waste tire pyrolysis oil is lower, so that the safety is ensured; because the waste tire pyrolysis oil has better fluidity and lower flash point, the waste tire pyrolysis oil is added into the mixed mixture of all the components, so that the fluidity of the regenerated sealing agent is effectively increased, and the safety is ensured.

The asphalt can be classified into two types of asphalt and tar asphalt according to the source, the two types of asphalt include natural asphalt and petroleum asphalt, and the tar asphalt includes coal asphalt and shale asphalt. If the mass loss of the lake asphalt is more than 1.5 percent and the penetration degree is reduced by more than 30 percent, the aging performance of the lake asphalt is poor and the requirement is not met.

Preferably, the lake asphalt of the present invention is Trinidad lake asphalt, but is not limited thereto.

According to the component migration theory of asphalt aging, the content of aromatic molecules and other small molecules is reduced, and the content of asphaltene and other large molecules is increased in the asphalt aging process. The waste tire pyrolysis oil is mainly derived from colloid self pyrolysis products in rubber, organic additives in rubber and pyrolysis products thereof, and operation oil (naphthalene oil or anthracene oil) in a rubber production formula, and is a complex mixture with a wide boiling point; in addition, the waste resources can be recycled.

Because the flash point of the waste tire pyrolysis oil is low, the waste tire pyrolysis oil is required to be safe in the hot mixing process, otherwise, the waste tire pyrolysis oil is easy to burn.

Preferably, the viscosity reducer is firstly added into the lake asphalt, the waste tire pyrolysis oil is finally added into the lake asphalt, and the mixing temperature of the waste tire pyrolysis oil is 100-110 ℃. The mixing temperature is less than or equal to 110 ℃ because the flash point of the waste tire pyrolysis oil is low. The viscosity of lake asphalt is high, so that the mixing temperature is more than or equal to 100 ℃ to ensure uniformity.

The viscosity reducer is added into the lake asphalt with higher viscosity, so that the mixing temperature of the lake asphalt can be reduced, the energy consumption is reduced, and the mixing temperature is reduced due to the fact that the flash point of the subsequently added waste tire pyrolysis oil is lower, so that the safety is ensured; because the waste tire pyrolysis oil has better fluidity and lower flash point, the waste tire pyrolysis oil is added into the mixed mixture of all the components, so that the fluidity of the regenerated sealing agent is effectively increased, and the safety is ensured.

The viscosity reducer can reduce the mixing temperature of the regenerated sealing agent, and save energy while ensuring safety.
