Background

In the refining process of tin, the temperature of molten tin needs to be increased or decreased according to the requirements of impurity removal, casting and the like, and the method of burning or electric heating under a tin pot is generally adopted for increasing the temperature of the molten tin.

The temperature of the tin liquid is reduced, and the traditional operation method is that cold water is poured on the surface of the high-temperature liquid tin for cooling, so that the temperature of the high-temperature liquid tin is reduced to a target temperature, or the high-temperature tin liquid is naturally cooled to the target temperature for a long time. The method of pouring cold water on the surface of the high-temperature liquid tin for cooling to reduce the temperature of the high-temperature liquid tin to the target temperature needs to spray a large amount of cold water into a tin receiving pot for cooling. Cold water and high temperature liquid tin direct contact can produce a large amount of dust and vapor that contain harmful elements such as heavy metal, have the risk that high temperature liquid tin directly meets water explosion simultaneously, and environmental protection and safety problem are outstanding. The method for naturally cooling the high-temperature tin liquid to the target temperature for a long time needs long-time natural cooling, and has the advantages of slow cooling process, long operation time and low working efficiency. In some cases, the long-term cooling can also cause impurities in the tin liquid to rise, resulting in the condition of unqualified products. For example, the tin of the product with the residual aluminum removed is higher than the optimal casting temperature, and in the process of cooling and waiting for casting, if the cooling speed is too slow, the iron in a tin pot can be dissolved into tin liquid, so that the situation that the iron content of the refined tin product is increased to exceed the standard is caused.

By the two cooling methods, the energy released when the high-temperature liquid tin is cooled to a proper temperature is not utilized, but is wasted, and the energy utilization efficiency is poor.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve the problems of the existing liquid tin cooling method, and provides a device and a method for rapidly cooling liquid tin, so as to achieve the purposes of improving the working efficiency and the heat utilization rate and reducing the safety and environmental protection risks.

The purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:

a liquid tin rapid cooling device is composed of a tin pot and a stirring machine; the tin pot is made of steel, a plurality of groups of cooling tube bundles are welded on the outer wall of the tin pot, ports at the bottoms of the cooling tube bundles are softened water inlets, and ports at the tops of the cooling tube bundles are steam-water mixture outlets; the softened water inlet is communicated with softened water, and the steam-water mixture outlet is connected to a steam-water separator of the steam system;

the stirring machine is an electric integrated tin liquid stirring machine which is arranged on one side of the tin refining pot through a stirring machine mounting foot stand and can rotate around a stirring machine rotating device to place or remove a stirring paddle into or out of a tin liquid layer in the tin refining pot and is driven by a stirring machine transmission motor.

The invention also discloses a method for rapidly cooling liquid tin, which comprises the following steps:

1) when the tin liquid in the tin pot needs to be cooled, respectively opening a softened water inlet of the cooling tube bundle to inject softened cooling water into the cooling tube bundle;

2) softened cooling water absorbs heat of a tin liquid layer in the tin pot in the cooling tube bundle and is vaporized into steam, and the steam are discharged to a steam-water separator of an external steam system from a steam-water mixture outlet and are respectively recycled;

3) the stirring paddle is placed into the tin liquid layer in the tin pot to be stirred by the rotary stirring machine, so that the temperature of the tin liquid layer in the tin pot is uniform; and when the temperature of the tin liquid layer is reduced to the required target temperature, the softened water inlet is closed.

The invention has at least the following beneficial effects:

1) the invention can quickly cool the high-temperature tin liquid to the target temperature according to the requirement, does not need to spray water on the surface of the tin liquid for cooling, does not need to naturally cool for a long time, shortens the operation time and improves the work efficiency; meanwhile, the phenomenon that a large amount of water vapor containing dust is generated due to the fact that water is directly poured on the surface of the tin liquid for cooling is avoided, the risk that the high-temperature tin liquid directly encounters water for explosion is also avoided, and the safety and environmental protection effects are obvious;

2) the invention enables a large amount of heat in the high-temperature tin liquid to be efficiently recovered in the process of conducting to the cooling tube bundle on the outer wall of the pot, and the heat is converted into clean steam for a heat supply system, so that the heat utilization rate is greatly improved, and the energy-saving effect is good.

Referring to fig. 1, a liquid tin rapid cooling device is composed of a tin pot 1 and a stirring machine 2; the tin pot 1 is made of steel, and four groups of cooling tube bundles 5 are welded on the outer wall of the tin pot 1 at equal intervals; the port at the bottom of the cooling tube bundle 5 is a softened water inlet 6, and the port at the top of the cooling tube bundle 5 is a steam-water mixture outlet 7; a softened water inlet 6 is communicated with softened water, and a steam-water mixture outlet 7 is connected to a steam-water separator of the steam system;

the stirrer 2 is an electric integrated tin liquid stirrer which is arranged on one side of the tin refining pot 1 through a stirrer mounting foot stand 8 and can rotate around a stirrer rotating device 9 to place or move the stirring paddle 4 into or out of the tin liquid layer 3 in the tin refining pot through a stirrer driving motor 10.

The method for using the cooling device comprises the following steps:

1) when the tin liquid in the tin pot 1 needs to be cooled, respectively opening a softened water inlet 6 of the cooling tube bundle 5 to inject softened cooling water into the cooling tube bundle 5;

2) softened cooling water absorbs heat of a tin liquid layer in a tin pot in a cooling tube bundle 5 and is vaporized into steam, the steam is discharged to a steam-water separator of an external steam system from a steam-water mixture outlet 7, and the steam and the water are respectively recovered and utilized;

3) the stirring paddle 4 is placed into the tin liquid layer 3 in the tin pot 1 to be stirred by the rotary stirring machine 2, so that the temperature of the tin liquid layer 3 in the tin pot 1 is uniform; when the temperature of the tin liquid layer 3 is reduced to the required target temperature, the softened water inlet 6 is closed.
